The 17th Suspect (Women's Murder Club)

Half-hearted and poorly constructed. Very disappointing when the rest of the series has been so compelling. Didn't even understand the Yuki arc - what was she doing there again?
Did they accidentally publish a draft, or an outline? Confused and won't buy again.

This is the 17th women’s murder club novel that I’ve read. That is to say I’ve read them all — they are JUST THAT GOOD!

The 17th Suspect has all of the suspense and drama you have come to expect from the series, while preserving the warm relationships between the “girls” and with the men in their lives.

The only bad thing about the Murder Club series is the length of time you have to wait for the next book. BRING ON THE 18th James and Maxine!

if you enjoy James Patterson books and have followed the series of the Women's Murder Club you won't be able to put this one down I have read and have the whole series is a good read and enjoyed all have also read some of his other books but this is outstanding can't wait for #18

I love the Murder Club and how the women interact. This was a good story, but to me not the best of the series. That being said I would still recommend reading it to stay current with the girls and their adventures.

I love James Patterson books and have enjoyed the women s murder club series but for the first time I have to say this book was a big disappointment! Very plain and boring book. Definitely seems to be a "oops it's time for a new book in a series " kind of read. No twist or surprises at all. Hate giving a bad review but this book was just no good.

This book was absolutely amazing. Once I started reading I couldn't stop. I love this series and was so excited when this one came out. I hope that there will be another one, if not it was a beautiful way to end the series!

I have been following these gals from book one. Characters have been well developed and I feel like I know them, hey it's book 17. But this book fell short for me. I kept waiting for something to happen and it really never did. I will still read book 18, but if that doesn't live up to my high expectations I will say goodbye to these lovely ladies.
