I enjoyed reading the last book in this series! The only thing I was slightly disappointed in was this paper back was a smaller sized book than the other three that I have. I would have thought they would all have been the same or the description would have specified that.

I love everything Nora writes...without exception. But I must say, this one left me wanting a bit. I closed the book thinking, that's it? There were all kinds of aspects that were left on the table. It felt like it was written in a rush.
Like I said, I love reading Nora.. just not enough in this one. :)

I've read all of the Bride Quartet Books, because Nora Roberts is one of the best writers. She holds your attention from the first page and holds it until the end. She doesn't leave you hanging, but each one so interesting that you can't wait to read the next one. Whether it's love, murder or mystery, she has a way to keep you reading.
Jewels of the Sun (Gallaghers of Ardmore Trilogy) :: Midnight Bayou :: Heart of the Sea (Gallaghers of Ardmore Trilogy) :: A Passionate and Intriguing Novel of Suspense (Language of Love) :: Finding the Dream (Dream Trilogy)

I love the entire "Bride Quartet" series that Nora Roberts made. Beautifully written. Does anyone have any other similar recommendations from her close to genre (not on weddings, but the romance and sex she writes so well)?

Nora Roberts has yet to let me down. This series of four books were so entertaining and mesmermizing I couldn't put them down once I opened the cover. They were so well written and the stories all moved from one to the next so smoothly. I hope she continues to write series such as these. She is an outstanding author. If you buy the first one, make sure you buy the other three at the same time as you won't want to risk not being able to find them.

This book is great. If you are looking for something that has a twist and exciting this is not your book. It is completely predictable and you know what is going to happen. Even with that being said, if you like the too good to be true, never going to happen in real life love story.. this is the perfect book for you. It will make you cry and espeically if you have read the first three in the bridal quartet, you will love this story. I am a Nora Roberts fan for life.

"Happy Ever After" is equal to the other three books by Nora Roberts, in this quartet, awesome. A reader can enjoy this book knowing that it will hold your interest as much as any of Nora Roberts's other books.

After many years of reading Nora Roberts books I am disappointed with her writing. I found the series of four to be predictable which is unusual for her. About 1/2 through the first book, I had identified the men her "ladies" would fall for. I also became tired of the flip attitude towards casual sex prior to each woman finding her love. I hope that this series was just a blip in Nora's otherwise stellar career.

I liked this series and the premise -- no psycho serial killers, no creepy woods, just friendship, love, and a dose of family dysfunction. But this last book just runs out of gas (like another reviewer, I'm giving an extra star for the pretty cover). Nora Roberts has updated her writing to sound comfortable in the iPad age, but this particular book had too many b*tch words, etc. A lot of the swearing seemed unnecessary. And the story really missed the mark overall. Roberts had a chance to do something on two people who have lost one or two parents to death and are looking forward to building a life together. Having had a best friend get married two years after her mother died, I can tell you there is very rich material here. But Roberts punts. The deeper emotional connection feels trite, and there is only one brief exchange that deals with the disparities between a rich girl and a high-school educated boy who runs a garage and is a mechanic. If she isn't going to have a creepy serial killer, she needs to do something to hold the readers' attention. And I hated the proposal scene. The real Malcolm would have risen to the occasion and done better than that. Given these flaws, by this point, I'm a little sick of all the self-indulgent brides and their wedding disasters, and the guys, grooms in waiting, who are hanging around ready to move chairs or flower arrangements. They are two bad sentences away from becoming Ken dolls with slicked up names. In this final book, it felt like Roberts herself was a bit sick of the characters, which is a shame, because she could have kicked it up a notch and made this a very satisfying end to the series. Instead, it's like eating that second piece of overly frosted cake, cloying and why did I do it?

As usual Master of Romance, Nora Roberts has shown us positive world of friendship and love. She has shown in tha series of 4 books how cooperation of people may work and improve quality of the life. Of course real world is not so easy and problems are not so easy to be solved but it is nice to read that it happens at least in story world.

I was disappointed when I downloaded this, as I kept getting some sort of email address right through the novel, which was very offputting but I loved the novel and am thoroughly enjoying the series. I am a real fan of Nora Roberts and will be downloading some more of her books for my travels next month.
