I really enjoyed this series for a long time, but all of the time jumping and mixed breed characters are making this confusing and predictable at the same time. I literally had to make a cheat sheet after the first time jump to use as a reference to know which child belonged to what couple and what species they were. It's a real shame because some of the story lines are good, but they are feeling rushed and some of the characters just don't feel fully developed. It's almost as if you know the characters will be a couple as soon as they meet and everyone is matched and happy and ready to jump again. I really hope the next couple of books go back to more of the style of the beginning of the series otherwise I will be leaving the shade for good.

I enjoyed again. Hopefully since Vita has been taken they can let the romances die down a bit and get down to getting the bad guy. I also gave this a four star bcus all six of them are related with five of them actually related by blood but they keep saying my FRIENDS . I know you can be best friends and cousins, but these young adults are LITERALLY cousins. It just upsets me when they say Friends and not Cousin

I never would have believed it if someone had told me I'd be reading romance books and loving it! Granted these books are not your typical romance. If you're interested in reading this series, start from the beginning, not because you have to but because you'll be glad you did.

The series has kept me hooked. However, I feel in this latest series, the teenagers are quite stupid not trying to get GASP involved in fighting the current evil, even if the parents have no recollection of their existence. It's quite frustrating.

Sorry this book was very disappointing, with all the signs there was no way it should have went on as business as usual, so for them to not dive more into who the traitor was made no sense, for the vision of Aida been taking and yet nothing was done to avoid it made no sense, knowing, what they knew Darven would have secured the stone...it made no sense how this book was written. Very disappointed.

Again Bella Forrest created another great saga of the shade of vampire series I can't wait for the next chapter to find out what will happen next my only drawback is when will she include the main characters from the Shade into this storyline. I believe the people of the shade will be able to help them with their mission
