What a refreshing book that poses compelling ideas about our civilization's origins and our history. Best of all, Mr. Coppens provides photo and illustrations in support of other possibilities in contrast to what most folks are taught as the official version of history and sold as the gospel truth in most every school and university.
I would recommend this book to anyone who has an open mind and would like to learn about other points of view regarding the possibilities of alternate historical pasts and perhaps even what could be truths and realities. Too bad the ruling academia in control our writing and teaching history turns a blind eye to other possibilities about of our civilization's origins, as raised in Mr. Coppens' interesting book.

Interesting and great to get deeper inside to the tv show as the explanations there are just a few seconds. The author is balancing the possibilities of ancient aliens questions very good despite his dislike to some people in the scientific and historic community.

I find this book well written, and well researched. The author clearly has a good understanding of the topic material and imparts information in an easy to understand format. I really enjoyed reading this book, and highly recommend it to others.

Definitely worth a look if you have an interest in ancient civilizations. Several of the author's claims are exaggerated, so take it with a grain of salt. Pieces of the truth can be found here however.

The author's superpower appears to be the ability to take fascinating material and transform it into pedestrian dribble. My auto insurance policy is a better read than this book. There's no flow or transition, and the topics are portrayed in a disjointed, awkward fashion. There are many references to Graham Hancock and Fingerprints of the Gods, but this is as close to interesting as the material gets. Very disappointing.

I bought this book with high expectations, but at the end it left me somewhat disappointed. Though the book gives many arguments and thought on the issue of ancient aliens, it offered nothing new to me. This is a great book if you are new to the subject, otherwise you will mostly read the same arguments as other researchers already put on print.

Coppens delivers a well articulated discussion on ancient aliens and the role science needs to take. Enjoyed his explanations from several points of information. Recommend for those who are pondering the question.

It trusts what anyone says without entertaining the idea that they could be lying or misinformed. I would hesitantly recommend this book to someone interested in the subject, but warn it needs to be read critically with a grain of salt.

There's really nothing new here. It presents the same evidence in a less detailed manner than most Ancient Aliens episodes. I would only recommend this book for someone who is quite unfamiliar with ancient astronaut theory.

Coppens had me wishing Zecharia Sitchin were still alive to defend himself. On the other hand, he did reveal some things I hadn't seen before, and new ways at looking at old data, so, I did expand my knowledge somewhat, and that is what it's all about for me.

This is a must have in any ancient aliens collection. The style of this reading is simple and clear however exceptionally interesting from page 1.

It's a great book for any reader, even if you are an expert in this matter.

Personally I recommend it as a great addition to your personal collection without any doubt.

I can't wait for the next book from this author.

The writer chooses to debunk most of the other ancient alien theories before revealing what he believes is the most convincing evidence, which is getting high and communicating with alien life forms. unfortunately for me that seems the most likeliest of scenarios.

I purchase books all the time as gifts. I ordered this book and the first season of "Ancient Aliens" as one of the gifts to my son who enjoys the subject material. He was surprised, and had fun looking through the book. We all watched the videos, and agreed that they were interesting and entertaining.
