Very interesting book! In my opinion, Sitchin fabricated certain parts of the story in order to fill in gaps left by the mutilated text. Galzu never existed. The truth is that Sitchin probably does not know whether or not these extraterrestrials left, why they left, and if they are even still alive.

A very interesting autobiographical narration, supposedly by Enki, an ancient alien who claims to have created Earthlings by genetic manipulation and artificial insemination. Could these people be considered the weeds who were planted among the wheat?

Highly recommended to anyone who has the need for more information. I recommend to anyone regardless of religion or belief to expand your mind to more. You don't have to believe in something to understand it. Understanding something allows you to not only believe in what you believe in more but to understand why.

sitchin rocks... can't say enough about how this search of mine through the ancient alien theory has changed my life... also as i've said in my previous posts, my standard is 5 stars if it arrives as expected since that is not a guarantee these days... i would purchase again from this company.

Zecharia Sitchin is my daughter's favorite author. In fact, she named her first daughter after him because she loves his works so much. I personally have not read it, but they keep it locked away in a box so that it doesn't get damaged.

Clear type, good size -- not ultra small like many of the other Sitchin books. Helped tie together so many bits and pieces of information I had gleaned from disparate sources. Ideal material companion to the other Sitchin books and to Michael Tellinger's "Slave Species of the Gods".

Zecharia Sitchin definately gives you a differnt and entertaining view of the earths origins and makes you think more about how we all came to be. He ties some things together from our past that make you wonder is there more to our history than whats being told ?

This book truly puts you right there with the ancients and the Anunnakis. I learned so much in this book that I think it should be replacing the bible and the other "holy" books. The truth is now available to everyone who cares to know.

This is the man who proved Von Daniken right. The 12th planet and The Lost Book of Enki go together. If you have followed the Erik Von Daniken and have heard the struggles he's gone through to get his points across, then this book is an eye opener.

Author is very thorough and references extensively multiple cultures and ancient texts. If you read all of this series you will find much of it repeated. It is full of facts and not easily read at leisure.I came away from reading all of his books with a better understanding of ancient culture and of course, the history of our planet.

This is potentially a very important book. Without having read other books by Zecharia Sitchin one would find the content unbelievable. In my view the book fills in many gaps but it still raises many questions. I would like to believe that the content is directly translated from clay tablets. If it is the case, then the book provides important historical revelation.Shaking the Tree

It was alright. I like his other books better. Just looking at all different views. So I can make a decision on alot of things with his books. I dont take his books as gospel truth just some thing to read from a different stand point

The Auto-Biography of the guy who invented us! All Semites, and indeed All other Races need to understand the History of Humanity, and this would be a good place to start to put the puzzle together. Must read for any student of the Middle East.
