I absolutely loved reading Dark Visions!

I used to only fall in love with vampire books. Who would've thought that I could become obsessed with a book about an emotional vampire?

I would definitely recommend this to all of those who love the Twilight saga, Moral Instruments series, House Of Night series or any other fantasy book.

Dark Visions was a paranormal fantasy that I just loved. Very cliched but it was good. I would suggest it to any of my friends and already have for some.

It is the story of Kaitlyn Fairchild, a wholesome teen who has psychic visions in which she turns to a familar thing to interpret, art. She is know for her hair and"Haunting, witch-like eyes" and also knowing where a little boy's body was. She then goes to an institue in which four other psychic teens are. She then falls for sweet, golden Rod, whois a healer, and is temted by sexy, dark Gabriel, a telepath or "psychic vampire". But all is not what it seems in this intstitute,

It is cliched ( hello, good girl has to choose between sexy, dark boy and sweet, good boy) but, it is honestly a good book! Anyone who reads it will fall head over heels in love with this book and its author.

Read the first few chapters and skimmed the rest. To be fair, perhaps teens can relate to the main character's angst and insecurities but I just found it annoying. While the plot summary sounded good, the story didn't live up to expectation and it could not hold my interest.
