Jude Deveraux is one of my favorite authors of all time. If you are not formilliar with her writing, start with, "A Knight in shining armor". You will be hooked from there. I could not put it down and at the end I wanted more, more, more.

Was disappointed that she didn't elaborate on Toby's wedding. The ending seem to be rushed, as if to meet the books deadline for publication. Not one of her better works. As she is truly a gifted writer.

As always the characters were real. I think it is wonderful when there is a little something else in volved. Now there needs to be a trilogy on 3 men and the tea ladies. Would not hurt if there are some Taggerts or Montgomerys. I just love the story line on them.

A quick read and a enjoyable storyline. The combination of family, physical therapy, ghost stories and love is unique and entertaining. Not many authors could put this off!!!

Excellent ! Jude Deveraux at her finest! I just finished rereading all three Nantucket Brides! Now I'm on to all of the Edilean books! With my "not what it used to be" memory, I'm enjoying them all over again! Finely, an advantage to aging!

Have been reading Jude Deveraux since I was in middle school, and I am rarely disappointed. Love this series! Beautiful setting, witty remarks, and a few ghosts to add in and you have yourself a good read.

So disappointing. I really loved the first two novels from the series but this one was so flat. Where were all the snippets about Nantucket from the first two stories? Yes, it had the ghosts but somehow that could have been anywhere. I loved the main character and her love but the whole novel just did not have that charisma from the first two. When I read a nook book that cost this much I expect near perfection and certainly didn't get it.

I would recommend this book to ghost hunters. Not all ghosts are scary, mean. They all have life stories to tell. A soldier with PTSD is a good base used in this book. A girl with a tough life was perfect to sympathize and appreciate a ghosts behavior.
