This book is a must read for all coaches especially at the youth and high school level. I highly recommend as a must read for high school athletes as well. My daughter and I read it together, I couldn't have read a better book with her.

Completely changed how I look at how I coach. No more will I be results based, but I will embrace the process. In time this book will change my life. It will take some refreshing, and looking back on, but this book is amazing.
