Book 8, Home Invasion: The Survivalist Series

Language gets worse with each book. Unnecessary! Think Angry American was trying too hard to crank out this book, seems rushed, not enough content, not his best work. Sorry, loved all the others & was really looking forward to this one. What a disappointment.

Great and interesting set of books. you don't have to be a survivalist to enjoy reading about how people would survive during a world changing event. The author did a lot of good research into common sense approaches to the loss of modern technology.

Another great installment of the Home series. For those not familiar with Angery Americans work, it's a post-emp society store with plenty of lovable characters, a few villains, and life changing events. The books are enjoyable and easy to read. My only complaint on this book is it was TOO SHORT!

The A team survives but conditions are about to be changed. It seems that the real fight is around the next corner and its going to be against the Russians and Cubans. As this chapter ends, I am eagerly awaiting the what happens next.

Mostly "Drill Sergeant" type of verbal abuse and day-to-day life described in excruciating detail (i.e. filler). Very little action. Previous books in the series were good, but this was NOT. It seems the author has run out of material and is stuffing pages to sell books. I feel cheated.

Pretty darn well written and edited. Fun characters. Darn good plot. Not all mayhem and destruction. Though that's in here too. A good balance of character development and action. Lots of prepper ideas and food for post apocoliptic​ thought. Two thumbs up.

The entire series is imaginative and informative. And each book just adds to the feeling of hope and despair fighting over dominance. If you have read this far in the series, I'm not telling you anything you don't already feel.

Another great addition to the series. Very interesting due to living in Florida close to where it all takes place. It's neat to drive by things and think, hey that is where this scenario took place. Thanks again for the great read.
