This series is great if you are looking for something that has more substance than just 'kiss me baby oh yeah'. From the description of surroundings, to character development, to the plot moving along at a good speed, this book series is great. Ordered, used the store prime, very happy.

Lauren Kate’s 3 book, Passion was really good. It definitely showed the reader exactly how far back Daniel and Luce’s love for each other went. Again, her creativity is astounding. Just the thought that she put into the Announcers alone. I, mean, come on what do you think of when you see a, someone else’s or your shadow? Also, the use of the gargoyle was really good. And to think, the whole time I thought the gargoyle was Cam. Hmmm or was he? Well, I’m onto Rapture. I do not know how Lauren Kate’s mind will think to save all the Fallen angels this time. Trying to trick Satan is a hard task. If not..... them what was all this for. Great book, once again. Great author, too. A definite must read.

Luce takes a journey through time to see whether Daniel's love for her is really real. Great story that keeps moving, showing you more about the two characters Luce and Daniel. I read it almost in one sitting. The protagonist grows a lot, too, as she learns more about not only who Daniel is, but who she is as well.

I just finished reading the book, and it was absolutely fantastic. I loved the previous 2 books, but in Torment I found Luce to be a self-absorbed and slightly immature teen. In this book she is more mature (thank God) and she discovers a lot about her past with Daniel. The ending is not another cliff hanger like Torment, and the book's ending leads perfectly to the final book.
Each chapter was very detailed and included details about Luce and Daniel's previous lives together. I agree with the previous reviews that Bill was an excellent character to add. Towards the end I couldn't help thinking "I KNEW IT ALL ALONG!!!!!"
I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL RAPTURE COMES OUT IN THE SPRING!

Loving the fallen series so far but this book (passion) was impossible to put down! Stepping into the past over and over to find yourself at the beginning of time was an amazing journey! I finished and immediately bought the final book which promises to be just as attention grabbing as th ones before! Can't wait!

I read the first two books in this series relatively quickly. I love all of the characters and their interactions. This story focuses on Luce as she travels through herstory and I was worried that I would not see anyone else. Not to worry. The feel of this book is a bit different from the others, but I really enjoyed reading it. The first book is still my favorite, but I am now excited for book 4 next year, after having read 3.

I was actually very dissapointed with this book. Fallen and Torment were both such captivating books, I though this would do the same. Sadly, I was constantly trying to find reasons to keep reading- and the book really seemed to drag. By the end of the book, I was exhausted and upset with the way it ended. Now, I have to wait until the next book comes out- maybe by then I will muster up the energy to read it.

This series is so intriguing. You fall in love with Daniel and luce. I missed the characters when it was over. Lauren Kate is a beautiful writer. The story is very involved and complex, yet dynamic and special.
