Claire and Shepherd’s book was my first introduction into Addison’s world of Omegaverse. I had read snippets here and there on the subject but her take is by far the most enticing. The males depicted in her series are usually anti heroes and the females are strong despite their dynamic but every character is unique. This certainly isn’t a cookie-cutter book. It’s compelling and dark. I anxiously wait for the newest release in their story.

Addison Caine can write an omegaverse tale like no other. So sad for Brenya and Jules. Hope the Commador gets his soon. Also hope the 2nd book in this series comes soon. Heartedly recommend reading anything Ms. Caine has written as soon as you can.

Every character is invested in, every sense engaged so much so, it makes Addison Cain one of those authors that can make the readers love a villain as well as a hero. I absolutely cannot wait until the second part.

I absolutely loved the concept of these books. Alpha, Omegas, pair bonds I loved it. I love Claire and Shepherd's story I hated the end of their book but I think we know that was coming. What will stop me from reading the next books is if these Omegas keep doing stupid stuff I know their naive but damn can they do anything right that won't jeopardize the world!!! I can't deal with any more stupidity please give these women brains I'm so frustrated with them, if I start reading the next one and they haven't gotten any wiser that's it for me!!

I started this series on accident and was totally sucked in. I love how this book is a continuation of the previous storyline! I laughed and cried and raged and am looking forward to more of the same!

This is my favorite from Addison Cain. I enjoyed the Alpha's Claim series but this book just blew me away.

I think I cried more during this book than I can remember any other book lately. It was so heartbreaking and the author has a gift for eliciting strong emotions. I wanted to throw my kindle at times, I may have used some not so nice language at times but nothing could move me from the pages of the book.

I believe the character development and world building in this book is far superior to Alpha's Claim series. It felt much more believable which is partially why it caused me to breakdown so often. I need book 2 immediately though. This book produced a major book hangover.

Highly recommend!

Very dark, dystopian story. The heroine is thrust from a life of chemical emotional neutering into not just a world of full emotion, but a very psychologically traumatizing world. Some of the time I felt like there was a prequel maybe that I had missed. Occasionally it was confusing as to who was talking. I enjoyed the psychology of it though.

Great new addition to the omegaverse universe! be warned, if you dont like dark erotica this might not be the book for you.
Stolen has a great heroine, Brenya, who is an engineer working at repairing the outside of Bernard Dome. According to her, her life has meaning and purpose, until one day the cables holding her to the dome break and she's left hanging wounded and unconscious outside the dome. That is the beginning of Brenya's new life, our heroine realizes she's not a beta as she always thought. Our hero, Jacques, is much less likable but as always in Cain's book he starts growing on you. He finds Brenya in an alley after her accident, realizing she's an omega and forcing her to submit. Jacques moves her from the beta sector and a job she enjoys to the center of the city, where she is force to live a life of an omega among the domes elite. In her new home Brenya realizes how much she misses her old life and keeps defying Jacques, trying to keep her individuality and ideals. Then an ambassador from Greth dome arrives, representing its new ruler in a trade a agreement..... then is when the plot starts to unravel. I cant wait for the second installment of this new series!
Apart from new characters you will also get to read about how Claire and Shepherd are doing.......and even Jules.

There's not a phrase that can really describe Addison Cain's books, unless you count "fanf@(<!ngtasticeverysingletimeunquestionably" (note: I do).

Case in point, Stolen. I loathed Jacques in every sense imaginable. I seriously liked almost nothing about him. I wish Jules would have done what he fought so hard against (sooner). I wish he would have taken Brenya away. I hate that Brenya was ever even in Jacques' presence!

And Ancil?? That dining room scene with Annette and the omega??? Oh my word! No amount of self-preservation could have made me submit to that! I could not have existed in that world!

I hated nearly every single character in this book and quite a majority of the scenes, but geez I question my morals and sanity because I still thoroughly enjoyed it. And Chancellor O'Donnell??? Yes, more of him, please and thank you!

Addison Cain is one of the few authors I will always read anything from, bought on site without knowing any details. I can't wait for the next installment.

Another excellent book from Addison. Can not say I like her Alpha's in this series. Interesting interaction between the Alpha and intended or bonded mate. Definitely makes for a very good storyline.

Whilst you could read this without having read the Alpha's Claim trilogy (a) it would improve your understanding/make it quicker to get into the book and (b) they are so amazing you need to read them anyway! BUT be warned - when we say these books are dark we mean pitch black with dubious consent and also with rape (even if the Alpha's don't quite see it the same way). However the writing is so wonderful, the characters and settings so well thought out and presented that somehow you not only accept it - although not necessarily peacefully - but you can't put the book down until you have finished it.

Oh Brenya, how I love your strength and determination and I know you are not going to make life easy for the monster who stole you off the streets. As for that monster, Jacques, well I'm trying to remember how I felt about Shepherd after Book 1 of Alpha's Claim because, quite frankly, at the moment I hate him. I would love to see him die a slow and painful death and then watch Brenya dance on his grave ..... I can not wait to find out whether I will grow to love him or if there are other plans afoot for him.

Bernard Dome seemed so civilised and peaceful ..... I should have known better! I'm sure Shepherd will use this to his advantage at some point. Annette's story broke my heart and I hope we haven't seen the last of her in this series, I'd also like to see her get some justice, but I'm not sure Addison Cain's books always work that way!

The scenes with Shepherd and Claire almost felt a little disjointed but then neither can I think of any other way to bring them into this new world/situation. However I loved the book, and as I've already said, it's a 'can't-put-it-down' read. If you like dark situations and don't mind a cliffhanger (ish) ending then I highly recommend this book.

OH, MY GOD!!!!!
A Massive five Stars from moi!!!
What a read this was, still wrapping my head around it but the verdict is I absolutely adored Addison Cain's new book Stolen (Alpha’s Control, #1).
So where shall I start, Let's start with our New Alpha Mate Jaques, Commodore of Bernard Dome and all round assole!!!
I bloody hate him HATE HATE HATE!!!! he is an obnoxious, selfish, egotistical douche.
at least with Shepherd, I could find some initial quality's that eventually could be redeemable, Here I just want to bitch slap Jaques, like really really hard !!!
So a brief description of Stolen is we have Brenya Perin, Beta grunt in Bernard Dome recently discovered only actual known Omega under this Dome.
Brenya is stolen off the streets by Jaques An alpha and Commodore.
Made to submit, Brenya's every move is controlled and watched her only purpose in her new life is to serve her new Alpha master, however, he decides.
Problem is Jaques is a Dick GRRR
Not sure how Addison is going to redeem this big jerk but will definitely be interesting to watch.
I had so much trouble with wanting poor Brenya to accept the mate bond, as I felt like screaming NO!!! you tell him where to get off girl, he's a big doofus Jerk.
Brenya herself, well the way life is constructed under this particular dome you are born to your station, Brenya, as a lowly grunt has had her food and lifestyle, conditioned to leave her compliant, obedient and unremarkable.
Becoming omega changes that and Brenya gets to see the corruption and selfishness that thrives at the top of the food chain as she slowly changes and becomes aware of the real agenda flowing beneath the surface of Bernard Dome.
The world building In Stolen was as usual fantastic, you can actually picture it in your head and although beneath a different dome the parallels in corruption are so visible, just as they were in Tholos, it's just under a different regime, the masses are still kept subservient and in the dark, controlled from the top, in Bernard Dome the lowly beta masses seem more like puppets almost slavelike.
The relationship between our Alpha and Omega eventually comes to a head in a shocking mate bond that made me grit my teeth and seethe NO!!!
I so didn't like where Stolen eventually took us, but I really didn't see it coming, so bravo Addison.
it Still peed me off though and I am so mega sulking here.
I have absolutely no idea how Jaques is going to bounce back now, but I'm assuming he will, I will be watching and waiting eagerly with bated breathe for this seemingly impossible event.
front row tickets for sure.
We also get to revisit Shepherd and Claire again, finding out what happened after the end of Reborn, I so needed this closure.I was jumping with anticipation here, so so excited.
I'm not really going to say that much about these two just how great it was to catch up and continue with there beautifully tragic tale.
It was amazing to see the love and care, especially on shepherds part as he tries to help and heal his broken mate.
truly captivating I was mesmerized.
and this is where I will leave you, some of stolen is not easy reading, and I will warn you it is very graphic in places, with dubious consent throughout, this is dark fiction at its best if you are easily offended it's probably best to give this a miss.
Me I loved every word and devoured Stolen.
If you have read Addison Cain before you will already have an idea of what to expect so happy reading, I hope you enjoy as much as I did.
Thank you To the Author for providing me with an ARC of Stolen (Alpha’s Control, #1) this is my own honest unbiased opinion.

*Great twist.
*Disgusting but sweet at times. I would definitely categorized this book as a paranormal erotica set in a dystopian world.
* I enjoyed reading more of Claire and Shepherd. It reminds of the great potential Alpha's Control has. *Poor Annette. Please give us more of her.
*I wish the heroine was tougher though.
*One of my favorite cliffhangers ever!

Fair warning, this book is a dark, gritty dystopian tale heavy on sexuality. The backdrop is less chaotic and visceral this time around, as Bernard Dome is a glittering beacon of civilization to those looking in. In reality, this place is as dark and cruelly decadent as Tholos Dome in the first trilogy.

Addison has a knack for constructing detailed, vibrant worlds. One of the things I enjoy most are exploring all the lore, history, and gritty minutae of a place, and each new book in this world gives just a bit more. I find myself devouring every bit, fascinated and craving more. I want to know about all 22 Domes, the fall of civilization, the way each Dome structured itself, the world outside... I would love maps and prehistory and more.

I didn't think she could make Shepherd look like a hero, but Jacques is so darkly cruel I long to see Brenya free of him. Ancil is so terrible I hope he meets a painful end, the fate of Annette so awful it lingers with me after the book. The Alphas of Bernard seem to be every bit as terrible as the Alphas of Tholos, and it makes me wonder if their society should have survived at all or if Shepherd isn't done righting the wrongs of this new world.

I am very curious to see how this story develops in Corrupted, and hope not all good is lost in this bleak world.

This read is fast-paced and action packed. This book really tells two stories, the continuation of Claire and Shephard’s story which is so emotional and the story of Brenya and Jacques and I must be honest my feelings for Jacques vary from like to hate. Brenya on the other hands is so amazing, so strong and doing her best to navigate this new world she has been thrown into. I admit the ending was shocking and I can’t wait for more. This read is dark, steamy and intoxicating. I loved it!

First of all, spoiler, why did they put the first short story book in this book? I already read it unless you were going to change the point of view it was pointless. Second, I love Alpha (love knot) stories with a bite! I REALLY wanted to like this book. I've been waiting for it to come out hoping this time the heroine would be feisty and strong willed, she's an engineer for goodness sakes she could have caused all sorts of mayhem and brought the dome to its knees! Sorry try Nora Ash's Alpha Taken series instead of you'd like to see fireworks.
Please RateStolen (Alpha's Control Book 1)
