A truly unique story of true love and fighting for survival. Lora Leigh knows how to pull a reader into her story and keep them begging for more. Can't wait for the next one. Thank you for giving me a wonderful few days.

A great follow-up to the last story. I absolutely love how Lora Leigh not only keeps the series going and cohesive, but how every story is stand alone but tied together. You get to catch up with old characters and gain insight into both the new and the old. As for this story, it was wonderful and as full of drama and suspense as usual. Also the sex was hot, hot, hot! There are plenty of twists and turns throughout the story that keep you reading well into the night. I definitely had a hard time putting it down once I started it. Of course, I've read every book in this series, but never once has Ms. Leigh let me down. Even her short stories are great. She is very good at setting the scene but not bogging you down with unnecessary stuff. If you haven't previously tried on of the stories in this series I'd suggest starting at the beginning just for your own fun, but you really can start anywhere in the series and not be lost. Ms. Leigh gives you enough background to seamlessly slide right in to any book In her series, something I really appreciate since there's usually a year long gap between new books. As for this book, I absolutely loved every minute of it! A rogue hero, a very reluctant heroine and so mant twists and turns it sometimes made my head spin. But I loved every minute of it. I try not to do spoilers in my reviews, so I'm sorry if you expected more but I refuse to spoil a book for anyone or anything. All I can say is read this story. Well worth reading!

Whine, whine, whine. Could not get through this book. Skipped over parts as was tired of Cat continuously whining. So disappointed. Think I will stop this series. This one was so confusing from the beginning and just continued along that same line. Also too expensive for an book.

The Heroin is full of bitterness it ruined the story. She brings so much negative emotions it sucks the reader's energy. She's so bitter, always arguing and fighting and complaining it's a very annoying book. Sorry.

I have always been a staunch fan of the Breeds... And this one didn't disappoint me... After Jonas I found the other breeds a little tame, but wow.. Gideon or Graeme enthralled me... I loved the book...

I have been disappointed with the last couple of Mrs. Leigh's books. It drags on then right before it ends the characters get together. I think she needs to look back at her first 10-15 books and remember why we loved those books, action, love scenes (more than 1 and not at the end) and great story lines.
I am also fed up with all these 5' nothing women with these over 6' men. I think she had 1 women that was about 5'7" that could kick butt, which was more believable.
I do believe this book was a waste of my money, but i keep hoping she gets back to what made her books so popular. There is too much story line and not enough action/plots and love scenes.
I want to see them fight the bad guys and find their mates, which shows that they are made to be together, if though the breed is part animal, but he /she still has a lot of humanity, in regards to love, fairness and protecting their love ones.
I want to be so moved, that I am cheering for them and feel that their love is especial, worth and wish that I can find my own breed!

Lora Leigh is the ultimate writer in this genre. The Breed Series is the best BAR NONE! I could not put this book down. The intensity between the main characters, (lusty), the action and the intrigue were wonderful.

This was a great addition and much better than Jonas book which I hated as the worst one and the winged breeds are back baby. You will only like this book if you have not followed the series you will be lost and struggle to understand it. However this was a great addition .
