The Omnipresence of God, which believers know by faith, is finally being proven by Quantum Physics. It's aka "The Divine Matrix" or Unified Field. Braden has done an excellent job in presenting this.

This book was an answer to prayer for me, I have better understood my gift of healing and how it operates. I do it slightly different, no chanting, I only use the name of Yeshua/Jesus with same emotions and non judgement and have had success both times I've used it, since learning these techniques.

This discovery is a milestone.

Lacks true substance.
He is going around and around the topics but takes forever to get to the "how to's"
When he finally gets to the "how to's" - well, very shallow. Changing core beliefs is not as simple as he suggests.
I didn't want to read a boring science book I wanted the "how to's" and his "how to's" are just too shallow and not so helpful.

This book carries so much Scientific Information as well as profound deductions ..... Quantum Physics is a pretty baffling subject, however Gregg help this process of understanding in a logical sequence ... in other words it makes a lot of sense ... Keep them coming Gregg..

The Spontaneous Healing of Belief: Shattering the Paradigm of False Limits (4 CD Set)
Your reading this because the teacher has presented himself to you. You asked and the next step is up to you. I have found that the idea has come to my mind and then the information is presented to me. This is confirmation of it's truth and the next step in my learning. As I advance my ideas change and become more refined. We are evolving physicaly and mentally but the choice is yours. Open your mind up to the possibilities and see what can happen.

This movie does a great job of distilling incredibly complex findings into lay terms. I went on to read "The Field" after watching this, and that book goes deeper into a lot of the ideas surveyed in this video. This is a video you can watch more than once and continue to benefit from it.

Very informative look at condensing Vedic and Shamanistic viewpoints of manifesting change and love into the universe. I studied for years to learn very succinctly what Gregg Braden has to teach.

When you consider how much this world is suffering and knowing that you can help change it by changing your beliefs about your role in this universe, then you would be passing up an opportunity if you don't buy this book today!

Well written easy to read and understand concepts of how we humans are programed from the very earliest part of our lives and how to re-program ourselves to get the life we desire. Kudos to Gregg Braden and many thanks for this work.

I really wanted to like this, but unfortunately I did not. I felt like it was just a rehash of "What the Bleep Do We Know?" Yes, when we observe things it impacts them. While that affected me strongly the first time I heard it, I've had plenty of time to assimilate it, and now it makes sense and seems natural. I didn't feel like there was anything new in the CD set. I had trouble concentrating on what he was saying because I felt like it kept trying to make it sound new and powerful. I'm sure there are people out there who will like it; I'm just not one of them.

One reviewer referred to this CD as "an excellent resource for educating and empowering people." I fully agree that it serves are a rich resource. However, I feel that the title, like too many self-help titles can easy mislead a reader into thinking a clearly articulated process for "shattering the paradigm of false beliefs" is going to be presented. I have now read or listened to three books by Gregg Braden. In general, I think his books present a marvelous set of idea presented in a clear, understandable manner. For most people relatively new to this type of thinking, practically any of his books could be quite eye opening. However, as I have been working with this type of material for years, after reading each Braden book, I have come away with the same feeling: I wish he would be more specific, more prescriptive.

In Spontaneous Healing, Mr. Braden suggests that we have to bypass what we currently think and/or believe in order to see a different world in which we can accept a different set of realities. To do this, we must use one or both of two different kinds of correctives or "patches," namely, the "logic patch" and the "miracle patch." These patches address the questions (1) How do we convince our mind of a new idea (logic patch)? (2) How do we convince our hearts to believe in something new (miracle patch)? The big question I consistently I have for Mr. Braden is "How, exactly how do we do what you propose?" While the ideas are good, in both instances, I feel that the actual solutions presented are both simplistic and unoriginal.

Logic Patch: We need to see a logical flow of ideas that makes sense to us. A new flow of ideas will lead to a new belief. So what are some effective means of accomplishing this? He presents a theory rather than a process. He presents an idea of what a process might look like, but presents no specific process, as a template for individuals to use, at least as a place to begin each person's journey.

Example offered as a change process - breaking the 4 minute record for the mile run. "How did Roger Bannister do it? How did he manage to break the 4 minute mile when it had stood for so long?"

(1) Create a goal that is clear and precise
(2) The goal must be logically attainable
(3) The process of goal attainment should be broken into small increments

This sounds merely like Goal Setting 101 - setting clear, measurable goals. The measurement is a set of attainable objectives which, when accomplished, inevitably results in goal attainment.

Miracle Patch: The proposal is to imagine having accomplished the goal already. See it as real now rather than anticipate it as a future event. As he states, "And I believe that reality works just his way. I also believe it can happen just this easily." And further, changing reality is "less about making something happen than believing it already has."

Is there anything new about either of these "patches?" I do not see it. I feel that, in general there is a great build up to an absent payoff. I was ready to hear something really revolutionary, but did not hear much, certainly nothing I personally could use beyond what I already have tried.

I am beginning to consider the possibility that there is no more that CAN be said. I am reminded of the law of attraction folks who have said that creating intensions "works all the time every time" or Christians who strongly believe that God answers prayer. I can personally attest to both intentionality and prayer as being effect - sometimes, but not always, indeed, not even most of the time (I hope your experience is different). So my question is this: What is the disconnect here? What is the missing link that consistently prevents goal attainment and/or miracles from happening? Stated in the opposite way, what is the precise process by which the use of goal setting (regardless what it is called) will ALWAYS or even most of the time result in an altered understanding of a situation. And what is the precise process by which intentionality (or prayer) will ALWAYS result in a belief change (and subsequent miraculous events)? Wishful thinking? Maybe.

Bottom line: Gregg Braden does a magnificent job of setting the stage for changing ideas and beliefs. However, if you are looking for a process by which this change can be consistently attained, I do not think you will get it from this book/CD.

One word summary for the book- Empowering.

Working 31 “Belief Codes” through the book Gregg gives us many new ways to look at our own beliefs. A “Baskin-Robbin’s 31 flavors” for some yummy consciousness treats.

I almost needed that many highliters as well as I read through the book. It’s full of scientific concepts that will create additional thoughts and nourishment for the empowering of your life, and maybe a new generation. Some really interesting and fresh looks at many subjects.

Gregg gives us lots of ideas, research and theories to support leaving our old ways of thinking, and to harness our Beliefs to create a new universe.

Don’t be fooled by the title, it is not merely about a physical healing of discomfort, but about any ways in which your beliefs may be holding you separate from the Greater You.

A few empowering ideas that really inspired me were:

The research project that showed as little as “the square root of one percent” (ie. 100 people in a city of 1 million)- is all that is needed in order for Peaceful Thoughts to make a difference in a larger scenario. (Hey Social Platformers – use that media responsibly and let’s all continue to make a huge difference!)
It is Emotion that gives our thoughts the “GO” or “Work” command. It is not just the mere thought of it. (Think of that if you are just Wishing or Reciting emotionless daily affirmations or prayers.)
A Judgement is usually what holds a relationship in place, for better or for worse. Change the judgement and the relationship will change as well.
I didn’t know Copernicus was actually a lawyer by day, and look what he did for the future studies of Science! ( So PLEASE- follow your passions - paid or not!)
Belief is pure power. Look for and recognize its power and use it.
Spontaneous Healing shows us WHY and even HOW to re-write the coding for the computer program that is our life. We can use our Belief as code and our intentional focus to build the changes we want to be, and to see.

Look at these 31 Belief Codes to enjoy a challenge every day to raise yourself and the universe in a new direction.

Allow your Beliefs to lift you beyond your false limits!

This book will be very helpful for some very specific people - those who find themselves having undesired negative emotions, but whose emotions aren't completely overwhelming. The exercises on understanding your conditioning and beliefs can be helpful and powerful, if you take them seriously.

That said, I think that's because the title is somewhat misleading because it implies that we can heal the idea of 'belief' itself. While that may be true, more than likely you will be left with a new set of "better" beliefs to replace the old ones.

Also, the authors' voice comes across as presumptuous at times as he compares our reality to that of a computer. He's so excited about his analogy, and so convinced, that his 'voice' doesn't leave the impression that there is room for the possibility that his model of reality might not be accurate.

The ending also left me unfulfilled and seems like it was thrown on there to get more pages into the book. The book's potentially reality-shattering and life-changing climax goes almost unnoticed because it is so subtle, and so the last part of the book feels like filler instead of really bringing the reader into a new awareness and state of being.

The Spontaneous Healing of Belief: Shattering the Paradigm of False Limits (4 CD Set) as read by the author Gregg Braden was quite compelling.

I find it easier at times to listen rather than read. But I do prefer the opportunity of doing both at the same time.

Reading and listening together seem to bring the information home in a more realistic way. But then perhaps this is a belief.

I would highly recommend the book as well as this audio. Although the information may well be similar to other material in this field, Gregg's presentation is very enlightening.

As a huge supporter around the thought that our beliefs influence our behavior and emotions, I really appreciated that this book married the scientific aspects of brain activity to what we intuitively already know, which is that our beliefs define us. I also thought Braden offered some practical and helpful insights into making some changes to ingrained habits or beliefs that do not serve us anymore. I highly recommend this book for those that are open minded to opening themselves up to new possibilities by letting go of conditioned mindsets. Overall good read, interesting, well written and researched, and could possibly have some great motivational benefits to some.

This book is among Bruce Lipton, Dawson Church's work Biology of Belief: Unleashing the Power of Consciousness, Matter, & MiraclesThe Genie in Your Genes: Epigenetic Medicine and the New Biology of Intention and they all must be read IN RELATION to eachother. With my experience and investment of time and energy in this area of study, i have found that there is a lot more going on then just simply intending feeling and visualizing to manifest or spontaneously create reality.

Because quantum particles or energies are very subtle and reside in a lighter (finer) dimensions, its obviously logical that they may be better manipulated or instantaneously controlled by the powerful psychological entities (SOULS, Consciousness or whatever you like calling them) who reside at that level of FINER existence. There are so many resulting things we cant take into account or comprehend while we make personal wishes. Our larger self CAN! Plus our being here as a small self has a purpose... to see certain pains, to be in situations that call for resolve courage and strength etc. If i can do and manifest what i want only... i wouldn't want to experience a single BAD thing... and why should I ...would you? :-)

The story of our world is going to unfold and eventually we will know ourselves as we truly are... cause life (existence) can never remain in this UN-NATURAL state that we have created upon earth for very long... its transitory...

And actually this is a hard fact which we are becoming aware of more and more as our experience with science and spirituality is deepening. On the surface our minds like to think that we are the CO-Creators and what not? Yeah ...sure... But the truth is that things keep happening stubbornly in our world individually, locally and globally that we fail to control or manifest no matter how hard we meditate visualize or intend. The only thing i have seen working is honest surrender and letting GO! Not many people are ready for it. The good news is that for this dimension of existence we need to make an evolutionary JUMP or shift in our psychology and more importantly in our BIOLOGY (BRAIN) where that Veil one day is lifted (by changes happening in the structure of, and chemical composition of the brain) which stops our sensing and knowing of the connection to our larger infinite existence or Whole Self.

It is only from this finer level of Being that we can manipulate the subatomic world of the quantum (and we are doing so as a larger finer Self but not knowing as a small self here). Only when we (this small self) will reach that stage and BE quantum then it will be able to Move quantum to its desires and wishes. Till then we can enjoy reading about it and keep preparing our minds to evolve to that level where we can sense our Whole Being permanently and then probably something strange can begin to happen :)
Hope u do think about this perspective... and it might make sense too!

For several years, I have recommended Gregg Braden's books to patients faced with chronic or life threatening illnesses. His easy-to-read style is to the fore in the excellent Spontaneous Healing of Belief. I particularly like his use of 31 'belief codes' inserted every few pages as summaries of the main points. They are repeated towards the end of the book for further ease of use. I have already used these to good effect in several consultations, as they provide a basis for a deeper understanding on how our conditioned beliefs can lead to ill health.
I found the chapter 'What do you believe?', in which the author examines his own conditioned beliefs of polar opposites good and evil, the most challenging and enlightening. Balancing the yin with the yang, the dark with the light, is fundamental not only to our understanding of Eastern philosophy, but also of our emerging scientific view of our universe with
its black and white holes, light and dark matter, opposing spins, interference patterns etc. Braden suggests that we relate, rather than simply react, to these opposing forces. In Vedic terms, this awareness reflects the opening of our heart chakra, and acts as a gateway to realms of higher consciousness. I explore these concepts in more depth in The Human Antenna: Reading the Language of the Universe in the Songs of Our Cells
So I recommend Gregg Braden's book as an important and timely step towards 'shattering the paradigm of false limits.'

Outstanding work, really! Have been involved in metaphysics for many decades and am able to appreciate the complexity of Gregg Braden's work expressed in simple and understandable means. He ties together metaphysics, New Age, religion, science, psychology -- and explains quantum physics -- the ability to create using our own energy. I am grateful for this man and his work...

Gregg Braden writes in such an easy style that the reader can readily comprehend each and every concept; however, the concepts are such that the reader is challenged to read and re-read in order to grasp, to own the new way of thinking which, from my point of view, is really dormant in human nature.
