I enjoyed how Roberts was able to interweave fantasy and reality at the same time. This book best suits young readers but a refresher for more mature readers my age who need a breather from more serious reading subjects.

One of my favourite Nora Roberts books! I think Aiden is the perfect man. Witty, hard working, intelligent, outgoing, well traveled, flirty, loving and loves his family and friends. Perfect! Most of all I loved Jude"s journey of self discovery. All of this set in beautiful Ireland and interwoven with Irish folk tales. A++ in my opinion. I'm certain I'll read it many, many more times!

Brilliant read, Story is well constructed and holds your interest from start to finish. Love the blending in of the Irish fairytales. I expect nothing less from such a superb story teller, whether writing as Nora Roberts or as JD Robb

Nora Roberts, another great story. She took her time developing characters and I found the beginning of this book a bit slow. Hang in there, as it gets better and better. Can't wait to read the next book in the trilogy.

This *Jewel* did not disappoint! If you enjoy Nora, you'll enjoy this first of the trilogy I'm a huge fan (did you notice my name is Irish) and bought it for kindle even though I've got a paperback copy. Nora never lets a good Irish love story be less than enchanting.

I love the way Nora writes about Ireland . I have always wanted to travel there and when I read this book I felt like I was there. The twist of love and ghosts and strong family was amazing.. looking forward to the next book to see what has come of Aiden and Mrs. MURRAY. Hope to see Brenna and Shawn find there way to each other ...

Read all three straight through which had some advantages as compared to Nora's new efforts where you have to wait for next installment. Enjoyed the Irish setting and each of the characters. If you are a Nora fan you know the formula but always curious whether she will pull it off again - she does and it was a very enjoyable read.

I have read this book many times. Nora Roberts does a wonderful job of bringing the story to life. Her way of telling the story makes it easy to loose yourself in it. Whether it is the first or hundredth time you've read it, this is a book you won't want to put down.

I loved the folk stories that the characters told. They were really beautiful and heartfelt. Also, the way the characters interacted was really funny. I liked the main characters as well as the supporting ones. You can see the stories unraveling for future books.

Nora Roberts has done another fine job with this trilogy. I really enjoyed it and will look for more to read by one of my favorite authors. She is not afraid to embrace myths and romance always a plus!

This was my first Nora Roberts book and upon finishing it I had to buy and read the rest of the trilogy. I adored the fable and fantasy aspect to the book, and the descriptions of the cottage, the pub and the people of Ardmore made me feel I just wanted to jump on a plane and visit them all! I enjoyed the fact that the romance comes without the usual formula of conflict ripping the lovers apart before they can reunite as is so common in most romantic novels. I am now preparing to start reading another Nora Roberts trilogy.

I love almost everything that Nora Roberts writes, she merges romance and magic with colorful locales in an easy to read manner. Her storytelling ability weaves it's own magic which pulls you from chapter to chapter until the end. Her characters are fully formed human beings with all their good and bad characteristics. She is one of my favorite authors

It's another great book from Nora Roberts. I love getting lost in the story as if I'm in Ireland myself. It has an adventure of self discovery for a female lead, and a strong man she finds along the way.

A wonderful, and complex story about surviving a divorce and depression. Jude takes a rest away from her life only to find a new life and a wonderful life style so different. A page turner that cannot be put down.
