I have tried to integrate technology in my classroom, but it was hard managing all of the different apps and websites. Google classroom has streamlined everything and this book has given me the insight I need to use technology well in my classroom!

It is great for people who have extreme difficulty learning new technology. However, if you are a technology native and are familiar with google products and are comfortable just clicking around you can easily skip this book.

I began using Google Classroom in one of my classes last year. This book has helped me to feel confident using classroom in all of my classes in the next school year. I especially liked the ideas for using classroom beyond the classroom for staff developmental disabilities other ideas.

Great to get you started if you know nothing about Google Classroom and Google Drive. If you already use Google Classroom, already use Google Drive and are pretty intuitive with technology, do not buy this, as there are no new ideas. Additionally, all of how to use Google Classroom is covered in the tutorial when you sign up. Very disappointed, I was actually expecting 50 NEW things that are not covered in first time user tutorial.

I cannot believe that any of the authors of these five-star reviews have actually read this useless book. It is essentially a brainstormed list of 50 possibilities with few instructions or concrete examples as to how to carry them out. I have never been so motivated to ward off other unsuspecting colleagues from wasting their money on this book as I was to write this review. I'm throwing it away rather than inflicting it on anybody else who might think they were going to find any help in this worthless reference.

Alice Keeler gives simple, effective ways to utilize Google Classroom in the K-12 classroom and beyond.

If you are teaching in a GAFE school, Google Classroom should be your go-to for workflow management.

As an early adopter of Google Classroom, I had to figure out the tools on my own or with Google Help. I wish I would have had Alice's guide from the beginning. This is the manual I will point other educators to when they begin using Google Classroom.

Use it to collaborate with other educators, organize and assign your students work, and more. Google Classroom is a game changer and Alice's book will teach you how to do it.

Another phenomenal read by Alice Keeler. I love that Alice has pictures in her books that help the readers to have a visual as we learn with her. This book is filled with 50 great ideas to help teachers get started with Google Classroom. I wish I had this when I was first beginning in the G Suite world.

An excellent guidebook for those beginning to use or expand their use of Google Apps for education. What do I love most?? It’s not just theory. Packed full of practical, ready-to-implement ideas that you can begin using right away! Easy step by step directions with pictures to assist. I consider this one of, if not the best, book purchases for enhancing my teaching career thus far.

If you are using Google Classroom you need this book. Alice Keeler and Libbi Miller have done a fantastic job creating a user friendly text that will help teachers make the most out of their Google Classroom access.

Leveraging their long experience with Google Apps for Education (GAFE) Alice and Libbi not only explain the functionality of Classroom, but also the teacher moves that will allow you to give feedback sooner, monitor group collaborations, collaborate with colleagues, have virtual office hours, and much more. This book is not just "what Classroom does," but, "here are some ways you can take advantage of these possibilities."

The book is neither grade level or subject specific. The authors focus on the logistics of running any digital classroom and how Classroom can help with that. Each tip includes a screenshot from Classroom and an explanation of how to make it work. Teachers can best take advantage of the book by reading it with their computer on and Classroom open. That way you can immediately verify that you can make it work for yourself.

Instead of attending an hours long training on how Classroom works, (and then forgetting most of it) you can dip into this book whenever you are ready to try something new.

My district is not a "Google District" but i sure wish it was after reading this wonderful book. I know a few things about Google but had no idea how much work has been done to aid teachers and students in the classroom. This is a fantastic suite of services that helps teachers and students become more collaborative, efficient, and productive. What could be better? I am definitely going to have some interesting conversations with my principal, tech staff, and fellow teachers about getting these fantastic tools.

This might be good for someone starting at ground zero for Google Classroom and GAFE resources. If you have spent any time using Classroom or GAFE resources, this is not the best use of your money. Additionally, all of this information can be found for free with a quick Google search.

Alice Keeler and Libbi Miller put together more than 50 things to do with Google Classroom, they have put together a guide for how to get started, how to set it up and then they launch into a barrage of things that teachers can do. As you go through the list, you can see that this is more than just a brainstorm session, but is one innovative idea after another. Even seasoned Google Classroom pros who read this book will say "I didn't know it could do that!" Alice Keeler represents the very best in educational technology - her ability to integrate technology and learning is seamless and is communicated in a way that inspires teachers to utilize technology for true differentiated personalized learning.

We've been using Classroom for a semester and this book really streamlined many of the process for me and gave me ideas for modifying and boosting what I already do. I can't wait to read the blog post (links attached at the end of the book) to learn 30 more!

If you're looking to incorporate an educational platform into your courses, this manual will teach how to do it step by step.

Google Classroom is a free platform, unlike Blackboard or Edmodo, so If you're school is already paying Google for its email services, better take full advantage of it.

Practical and easily readable, educators can take one idea or all of them and implement them immediately. Google Classroom can make a teacher's life in the classroom easier. More importantly it will provide tools for students to do their best every day. And I want to be just like the authors in my next life.
