Fantastic read. Love Lencioni, and this book pulls together all of his other writings into one book that is prescriptive rather than fable. As a management consultant, I utilize several of his ideas, and he really does know what he's talking about.

I have used other Lencioni books at work and like how this one pulls it all together. We used it in an offsite for a general manager and his staff as they were initiating their department and we think it jumpstarted their team about 3 months. A very useful tool.

This is one of the best business books written in the last 10 years. I would put it right up there with Good to Great. It collects all of the insight of Lencioni's previous books and lays it out in a simple but maybe fashion. Our company is using this as a guide to our strategic planning and communication platforms.

Lencioni has done it again. This is just the message that non-profits and for-profit companies need to hear and implement a like. As a pastor and chaplain I help churches from around the world make better decisions about the mission, values, and strategies. What I am learning through this book will be a great asset to those I minister to.

A no-nonsense approach to healthy organizations with enough "how to" tips to drive practical action. An easy read, because it doesn't detail every element of management; it simply focuses on the keys to health.

Our school district in the Chicago suburbs selected this book to create a conversation around issues related to alignment, communication and cohesive leadership. While not everyone agreed with all the principles in The Advantage, it has definitely elevated our discussion about how to be a healthier, more efficient and strategic organization with a simpler approach to planning. This book does not contain a lot of new information but the strength it has is that the information regarding organizational health is fresh and is succinctly placed in this small volume. I recommend it for anyone seeking ways to help their organization grow in size and strength.

Lenciono shares his hard-hitting facts, opinions and solutions to business challenges. His solutions are based on his own real-world experiences with business and can be implemented right-out of the box. I highly recommend.

This book is practical, relatable, and easy to read. At times, I laughed out loud. There are definitely some great insights and I recommend this book to those who are looking to lead others in the workplace.

This book has a revolutionary premise that is direct, focused, and much, much needed in the business world today. It should be a part of every C level's thinking process: creating a healthy organization. Patrick Lencioni is an engaging speaker and adding his summaries to the chapters was a brilliant idea. This video enhanced edition is a must have.

The Advantage is a book that will help any partnership or leadership team. I feel that Patrick really understands the unhealthy organizations out there and knows what will help to make them healthy.

Lencioni makes the transition from the fable to the straight-forward business-book style successfully.

Not all of the content is brand new to people who have read other books by Lencioni - but, still, every chapter is full of excellent insights and useful guidance.

An enjoyable read and a powerful, inspiring tool.

The 'Advantage' lays out the framework for organizational health and the importance of leadership in driving an inspired franchise. Paired with Dov Seidman's book 'How' creates a powerful platform for running or analyzing a business. Common sense and logic run through both books with a focus on execution being the key to success.

I highly recommend this book for any leader who desires an increase in organizational productivity. But, that leader needs to be prepared for the fact that this book focuses on systemic health and not strategy and tactics.

I wish Lencioni would have spent more time discussing the role the senior leader plays in setting the example for organizational health.

This book put into one volume the multitude of concepts that I have seen over the years. Not revolutionary, but simple & thought provoking presentation about the vital importance of organizational health. A departure in style from Lencioni's other works in that it is not presented as a "Story" with lesson to learn from it.

Lencioni captures the clarifying elements of Great organizations and he does it clearly and simply. Our organization gets a passing grade on most of the elements Lencioni identifies but this primer is a great tool for staying clear and growing in areas of need. Highly recommend this book. It is new required reading for our leaders.
