Sometimes I really wonder if there's anything more to this book. If he's actually trying to earn money from this book, or promoting a company or stock etc. But this is truly just an honest book, no gimmicks or tricks. And it packs a punch realigning your financial path and life!

This book was hard to read from start to finish - too much self-advertising of the book itself and its author. It did open my eyes to how unbelievably broken the current financial system is (hence 3 stars), but left me hanging when it comes to what to do. If an average person cannot trust 98% of financial advisers and doesn't want (or cannot) use the Creative Planning (strongly suggested by the author), then we are supposed to do what the "financial titans" do ... yes, apparently, it is that simple. Perhaps, I'm not financially savvy enough to make use of a high level action list provided in the book. Not enough usable substance for 200+ pages. Oh, and I feel the entire chapter 9 belongs to a different book category and would be better written by authors like Eckhart Tolle. Thanks again, for the eye-opening, not sure where to take it from there.

Superbly presented. Superbly written. Superbly clear. Cuts through all the Wall Street gibberish and enables the ordinary man (me) to have the knowledge and confidence to invest in the stock market without fear and with perspective. Wall Street has created an industry out of confusion and Robbins UNSHAKEABLE cuts right through it. I have had nothing but disdain and loathing for Wall Street and all their ilk. I still feel that way (perhaps even more so) but Robbins message gives me the clarity and ability to see through their crap. God Bless index funds! I thank him for this book.

Wow. Great book. The first parts are basic investing 101 tips...Cruise past that and get to the heart of the book. Literally the heart. Tony's focus for the rest of the book is on being Unshakeable by living a life filled with Gratitude. Truly a beautiful reminder, and this section is filled with practical and useful suggestions. Well worth the read.

More for someone that is not at all familiar with investing. Gave me some insight in a personal level.
Being on the banking industry have had an idea of the fees. Do have a great fiduciary relationship with someone as she is a CFP.

There were a few bits of helpful information. It was more an overview about what you should do...but the only practical suggestions for implementation is to contact his investment advisory company.
Kind of a let down.

Nothing in here for the moderately seasoned investor. Some contradictory advice and plenty of marketing, but little to hold on to. Might have to bite the bullet and read his original on the subject. Have been told the Dalio interview is worth the effort. Unfortunately, it's not in here. Or most any other meaningful insight you haven't already heard a thousand times over.

Thank you Tony Robbins, once again. We really appreciated the concise, instructive & motivating book. We have the Kindle version, the Audible version and now the hardback as a reference guide. We thought it so worth while that we purchased copies as well for our children. Do yourself a favor and pick up a copy. A plus is that you are also helping Tony further his charitable works since all proceeds go towards helping those who need it the most.

After writing a long review for Tony's other book ("Money"), I wasn't planning on writing anything for this one. In fact, I wasn't even planning on reading this book. Nevertheless, when I saw that it promised "step-by-step" instructions, I couldn't resist :) So I bought it and read in a single day. Those of you who have read my other review know about the many problems with it. Unfortunately, this one isn't any better. The good news is that it is (mercifully) shorter. But it is still lacking in specifics. You are still advised to find a fiduciary (and Tony is more than happy to recommend a specific company for that purpose). The good part of this book is that it helps you create the mindset required to "survive" a bear market. The bad news is that that seems to be the core focus of the book, rather than the step-by-step process promised on the book cover.
There is a tremendous need for quality, practical investing information out there. If you read my other review and, most importantly, the response I got from people all around the world, you can see the need. Sadly, this book doesn't even begin to fill that need.

Two words: Tony Robbins. It is written in typical Tony's fashion: easy to understand, fun and enjoyable. Nothing that we have not heard before, but this is an excellent book for DIY investors. The most important part of the book in my opinion is suggestions on what not to do: do not time the market, do not fall in love with a particular type of investment. He mentions a few of his mentors, true professionals, that were able to achieve consistent returns on their investments by following very simple strategies.
I would recommend this book for those who know and for those who think they now how to invest. Could be a learning tool or a refresher course. Keep it, read it, discover something new and re-read it. I am sure Tony will come up with another book that will include some crazy investment choices we have today (bitcoin, anyone?) in a few years. Have fun.

For a book that is billed as a "Financial Freedom Playbook," Unskakeable wanders far afield especially in "Chapter 9: Real Wealth." Chapters 3 - 8 are worth reading as a review of basics that most experienced investors have already learned; however, they are good reading for those who are just getting into investing. Having read the book, I find no reason to keep it in my library; I'll probably give it to someone that I believe could benefit particularly from warnings in Chapters 3, 4, and 5. The book could easily have ended after Chapter 8, and nothing would have been lost in terms of meaningful financial guidance/advice.

This book should have been released before Money Masters. It's a good very very basic intro on how to save money. Tony said he wrote this for millennials and yes this book is perfect for them. I'm a Gen Xer and have read Money Masters so Unshakable is a nice little reminder to go back through investing strategies.

This book is filled with gems that will surely serve you and your future well. Tony does a great job at delivering what could be complex information in a very simple and relatable way. Very practical information that the everyday investor can use today. While there are shameless plugs to get the reader to use Creative Planning as their financial advisor of choice, the information is still on the money whether you choose to do so or not. Great reading for the average person trying to figure out the real foundations of wealth creation. I believe this book has already set me on path to nuture the financial future I've always envisioned. Invaluable.

Tony's book touches on some fundamentals of investing such as indexing, diversifying, etc. However, it had bits and pieces of information that 'average' investors will appreciated, especially regarding market cycles periodicity, and why we should be resilient and not get spooked at the first sign of market turbulence. Another bit of information that applied to my industry (electrical power) is recognizing and investing in the "toll booths", which makes sense to me. Easy and fun book to read. Shipping and packaging was top notch as always and received it within 3 days.

Overall, the book is way too verbose and preachy. The whole thing can be summarized in maybe 5 pages if one were to omit all the silly used-car salesman fluff, such as calling simple statements "freedom facts" and repeating about a million times how this book will change your life.
