For some reason my kindle thought I read the sample when I had not, If I had read it, I do not think I would have bought the book. There did not seem to be any point to this book. The plot and ending were immensely unsatisfying. I suppose the authors would say the point is there are many Benedict Arnolds in the world. While that is true, I had hoped for a more entertaining story.

Good page-turner with twists do plot that made sense but you couldn't always see coming. A few hard -to-believe scenarios that frustrated me, seems like to get out of tight situations or to turn the plot some, something or somebody would complete a very implausible feat. But overall a good read

The story was fine. Found myself skipping over a little bit at a time once into the book - it took me a while to finish the story. Maybe skipping over a few paragraphs at a time affected my enjoying the book - don't know. I had no problem putting it down and picking it up later.

The plot was convoluted with no clear conclusion. Metzler seems to be going the way of Ludlum a few years back when he began to make his plots so complicated they became hard to enjoy, (not to mention tooo lenghty on Ludlums). I sometimes think authors are intent on showing how smart they are rather than write for the readers' enjoyment.
