This story is heartbreakingly beautiful. It is told in the most honest and open manner. Rory opens his heart and soul to us glossing over nothing. One can not read this story and not feel his pain and share in their triumph and their tragedy. Joey + Rory's story is not finished, this is only the end of the beginning. Their faith in God and their love and commitment to one and other is moving and truly inspirational. This is not lighthearted reading but it will touch your heart and possibly change your life.

Very interesting read! I have always admired Rory Feek because of how he portrays himself to the public. And of course I love their music! He had a lot of obstacles to over come growing up, and now seems to be on the right path with his life.

I have been following joey and rory 's story since their fame began on t.v.. I have watched every video and listened to all their albums. This book is a beautiful ending to a love story for the ages. Rory is an amazing storyteller.I couldn't put this book down.

Amazing and heartfelt story of love and faith shared to give us hope and encouragement as we walk through this earthly life. So blessed to know Rory & Joey more intimately, and I pray for God's healing and grace for the family until they reunite in Heaven. Hallelujah!

This book is very honest and real. Interesting to learn about Rory's life growing up, and endearing to read how his faith actually grew during some heart wrenching trials. A sweet tribute to his amazing wife and their amazing, God-honoring life Together.

The one thing I have always enjoyed about Rory Feek's writing here, and in his blog is his stark honesty, even when it's something he's not comfortable with. I first met Joey and him before they were well known and I knew the moment I met them that they were a very special couple. This book can be enjoyed by young and old, men and women, because it tells a story of life unfiltered, and all the pain and happiness it involves.

This book is personal. The writing is amazing. And deep. You could feel that this book is written from the heart. I love the statement that "The word of God may not make sense on paper. Unless you try it. You don't go wrong on purchasing it.

This book has it all. Courage, strength, inspiration, and a unbreakable love. It's filled with love but yet grips your heart. It's well written, not hard to follow or understand. This is a must have book.

Those are only three of the words to describe the love found in the pages of this book. God's abiding amazing love shines through the heart-wrenching pain as His strength gives hope and encouragement to those of us who have, or may not yet have, experienced life's struggles. I only wish it mentioned how much Joey loved his girls and how much they loved her even though she was reluctant to be a mama to start with.

I found this book very uplifting. It reminded me of why we are here, to learn, to grow and to love. The path we are following does not always go as planned but if we can learn to live in the moment, relax and follow God's path our lessons will become apparent. This book changed my thinking on a lot of things. It is making me a better person. Joey and I feel the same way on life.... It's humbling to share so many views with such an amazing spirit. I considered her a very old spirit, but it's hard to see yourself as something so wise and full of light. God is good, hard to understand sometimes-but His message was clear and He was very evident a lot in this book, in their love story and in their lives. I wish it could've ended a little differently, but we trust Him MORE than anything we 'wish'. Rory, praying for you continuously!
