I really like the way this workbook is put together. So far I have only gone thorough part of the book, but it is really helping me manage my anxiety and giving me a lot of different skills that I can use in my daily life. I will write a full review after I finish working my way through the workbook.

This workbook has very clear instructions to follow, and I appreciate the order the chapters are in, with different chapters for beginning skills and advanced skills. I was able to use it with TBI patients and low level readers, with assistance, because the language is clear, not full of jargon. I use this as my model for my therapy patients to teach them these effective skills.

I have read various self-help manuals, both books and workbooks. This workbook has been the only one to change my life. Since it is in workbook format and gives exercises that are to be completed with clear and easy instructions. I also have Linehan's Skills Training Workbook and I find this one more user friendly and accessible. I will continue to use these skills for as long as I live and expect things to just get better and better. People have already noticed the difference in me, and I have noticed a much better sense of calm and well-being. So thankful to have gotten this!

I use this book with a client during counseling to learn the techniques of DBT. I find that the worksheets are very helpful. My client likes doing the activities in the book as well. Overall, it was well worth the price. I will use it for many different clients in the future.

A wonderful purchase to make! It's not only educational for the people who wish to do a little homework with themselves on a day to day basis; I have PTSD as well as Chronic Depression, and this book has done wonders for me! I highly advise to purchase this book, you will see results if you stick to it every day, you will see results! :)

Excellent book for anyone. The meditations will calm your mind and you will be able to exercise much better control of yourself. I am a type A personality very prone to stress and I loved this book. Although it is aimed at people with personality disorders, it works for everyone. The skills should be taught in schools.

Nothing against the seller. This workbook is great, but I do strongly suggest going through this with a DBT trained therapist or a psychiatrist. It doesn't seem to help much when the patient attempts to do it alone. Complex and deep subjects.

Content is excellent. I see it as very useful for all individuals and also for therapists. Excercises can be followed or not in the order presented in the book. Language is very simple and clear. Instructions are given accompanied with examples, and also with scientific references (books and articles).

Great book and extremely helpful. However, the worksheets are not properly formatted for Kindles or the Kindle app, so they appear too small and are unreadable. They should also be formatted so that they can be printed out from iPads or other mobile devices. Please have the publisher fix this.

Excellent workbook for those that need help applying everything you've learned, and to hep get that "extra help" when you are in a difficult space and need reminders.
I recommended this book for ANYONE that has any mental health disorders :-)

This is a great strategic reference for those who are working with borderlines, or with other types of disorders. It is a good reference point with those clients where after taking their "history and medical" you aren't quite sure where to begin. Afterall, we are all carrying some of the problems of the borderlines to varying degrees. I enjoyed having this reference to strategic treatment planning. A loose leaf addition for copying the worksheets would have given it five stars.

I have purchased this book twice now. I am currently going through the book a second time with my 8 year old daughter who has ADHD and behavior issues. we are working on learning how to stay present in the moment and not letting our impulses sweep us away. Being mindful is another important one. I LOVE DBT and it allows me to manage my bipolar disorder significantly better than i'd be able to do so without it.

This workbook is easy, positive and addresses the overwhelming emotions so that I can live a better life. It works with me and gives a ton of options. This is an excellent book and practice. I have bought it for people in my support group. just excellent. wish i had found it sooner.
