I think this was recommended on Simone Elkeles' blog and oh was it great! Rich, sick girl loves to race cars ---meets bad, tattoo foster kid and against all odds they fall in love. I know girls and reluctant readers will love this book. I am looking forward to the next one!

I struggled with the beginning of the story. I didn't like either of the main characters but they grow on you as they actually start to show more of their character.

I thought about putting it down but am glad I finished it.

4.5 stars. I thoroughly enjoyed this book.. Beth the tough girl an Ryan the handsome athletic boy who's family life was not so great.. this had ups and downs twist and turns but I loved it... just wished their was an epilogue.. job well done..

Great book! The first book in the series was great and I'm always hesitant on reading the second cause u never know if it's gonna be good, well I'm so glad I did! I didn't like Beth in the first book but this really showed her side and I loved it!

A very enjoyable read about two teens from different worlds. Modern day Cinderella in a pair of Chuck Taylor's. Katie McGarry has a way of sucking you in to the story and has you on edge until the final page.

this book is in first person, changing perspectives every other chapter. It is an intense love story between a outsider, punk- rock girl and a jock boy. It is one of my favorite love stories and I would recommend this book to anyone over 12 years old. There is a passion scene if an adult is concerned about the content.

Though there were few surprises in this book. It makes you feel good to know that Beth could find love and a family that could put her needs first. Throughout the book you find yourself feeling bad for Isaiah. I would have also liked more interaction with Noah and Echo because these are character we have connections with but it's nice to know they are grill blissfully fine.

I really loved this book & getting to know Isaiah. There was such depth to his character. This can be read as a stand alone book but you are doing a disservice to yourself by not reading the previous two books.
