A great sequel to his first book, giving updated information on research and oxygen products. Explains why reactive oxygen is the cornerstone of health. Oxygen, peroxide and ozone are not patentable, so you won't see any comercials on TV to ask your doctor. Perhaps most revealing is the fact that ozone insuffilations are as effective as intravenous ozone at prurifying the body. With all the craze over trans-dermal applications, I am surprised that he omitted Dr. Kahn's peroxide solution: 1 oz food-grade hydrogen peroxide, 7 oz organic, whole-leaf aloe vera gel, 1 oz DMSO mixed together in a spray bottle and applied topically after showering.

Learned so much from this book and appreciate other countries who use oxygen and aren't motivated by money when it comes to people's health. Everyone should read it - there is something for everyone.

Although oxygen can definitely help with illness, overall I agree with the 1-, 2-, and 3-star reviews. While the author means well and seems knowledgeable, this book is poorly organized and poorly designed.

A lot of it is relentlessly self-promoting, both for the author and products he sells. A lot of it you could find on the internet or in a manufacturer's literature in the unlikely event you needed it--for example, an entire chapter on residential and commercial uses of hydrogen peroxide (bathroom, kitchen, animal husbandry, crops) and another on residential and commercial uses of ozone (aquariums, swimming pools, prison laundries). It has many pages of impenetrable reports and studies pasted in (e.g., 4 1/2 pages on "Ozone Physical and Chemical Characteristics," in outline form), along with 50 pages of testimonials for oxygen.

The illustrations are typically too small to be able to see any detail. The table of contents is 12 pages, because it lists every subsection. The index is useless--it has no second-level entries and lists every page on which a term appears, rather than page ranges (e.g., 71, 72, 73, 74, 75 instead of 71-75), so you have entries with 50 or 100 or more page numbers to consult.

When you do, unfortunately, there isn't much "there" there. Although the book seems to cover most relevant topics, you'll have to wade through a lot of stuff to find them, and even then they may be treated superficially. It's like 600 pages of blog posts without even a search function.

this is one of the most fascinating, knowledgeable read I have had in a long time...very informative, very easy to understand...every human on earth should read this & take actions to be doing it too.

Have shared the information with my nephew who has Lyme disease. Hoping it will help him recover with using ozone therapy. Only time will tell if it does.

Helpful info, some of it dated, some locations listed no longer provide some of these services, thanks to the FDA. Lots of good, basic and easy to understand info. Oxygen is the building block of life and health.

To me, anyway, not much practical useful info, more like a lot of hype than anything else. Also needs updating, some of the products he touts don't even have the same names anymore.

I'll probably donate the book to Goodwill.

I was disappointed in this book. Ed McCabe was more interested in selling his own products. He put down oxygen peroxide. I read the One Minute Cure that saved my life. If I listened to Mr McCabe I'd be broke and still sick with lung cancer.

Been trying to find some practical information in here, like what kind of oxygen bar to get, how to use the various therapies and simple comparisons and ratings of the therapies-impossible! The book is totally disorganized so forget about quick referencing or finding any specific information. A lot of the info is interesting, but I don't have time to read all 550 pages from cover to cover just to glean a few pieces of essential information, which appear not to be included anyway.

It doesn't get much more basic than oxygen therapy being a cornerstone for good health. Try not breathing for just a few minutes and see! McCabe even has a section on activated oxygen as a protection against anthrax and other bacillus spores used in bio-terrorism. If oxygen kills viruses and bacteria, yet strengthens good cells, imagine how valuable this can be.

Ozone, or activated oxygen is for more than just cleansing pool water or disinfecting food, or treating a city's water supply. It's for you and for me, to be used under proper protocol. This book will give you the knowledge you need before you go to the clinic for professional care. I have been using activated oxygen through food-grade hydrogen peroxide to treat osteoarthritus. It is improving slowly, but surely. If there is one health book to recommend, this is it. Don't try to treat yourself without getting the book. GET THIS BOOK.

Based on the reviews i purchased this book. I admit i was a little concerned the author had his picture on the cover. It looks kind of like a cheap infomercial, and implies the book is about him as much as Oxygen therapy.

Unfortunately, this seems to be true. Further, McCabe seems paranoid and a little nutty. He implied his tax evasion imprisonment might have been due to his promoting H202. It seems he thinks the whole world is out to get him. He should just leave his life and fears out of the book.

Further, this book is in dire need of a good editor. McCabe jumps around in his writing. It seems like he likes to randomly repeat himself from paragraph to paragraph. There is a lot of good information in the book, but I just found it too jumbled.

Finally, have noticed the main reviews of this book are NOT even the store Verified Purchase. This doesn't mean the reviewer didn't read the book. It only means they didn't purchase it on the store. It's just a little suspicious.

I'm still interested in Oxygen Therapy. I just think I'll try a different book.

Please use some common sense and don't believe everything you read. As a registered nurse in the hospital setting over 25 yrs , I am starting to see patients that have used hydrogen peroxide enemas and wind up with severe pain, rectal bleeding, and some requiring surgery to remove the portion of colon that was damaged. Not to mention the invasive expensive tests and days, sometimes weeks, of hospitalization, etc. JUST DON'T DO IT. Period.

Wonderful book. So detailed in all of its information. People who come on and knock the book are just scared of trying something new. People who say that it doesn't work without trying are doomed to stay sick. I have people in my family who are taking prescription drugs and I can see the damage that these drugs, that are supposed to be helping, are doing. Maybe they fix one problem, but what drug manufacturers fail to emphasize on is the side effects. Some of which are terrible. Sure the commercials go over some of the side effects, but not all of them. They go through them so fast you miss what is being said and I won't begin to talk about the fine print. So if you are going to buy this book and not act on it, don't come on here bashing it. Otherwise, buy it, act on it, and see positive changes. No the changes don't occur overnight, You don't get sick overnight, so you won't get better overnight.
