Very hard to read in places but excellent. Captures the issue & feelings beautifully without being so awful as some books do. Makes you care about these people. Will be reading more of her books.

this book is about abusive relationships. it is very well written. lots of options opened and turned over. it is about love, sisterhood, and community support. it is about learning self love and respect. it's about gift of parenthood. in other words, it covers all aspects of self growth. Enjoy

The book was wonderfully written and captivating. Easy read and gave good insight to what really happens. Every woman should read if not for herself then for a friend. Hopefully never to be used. I especially think teen age girls need to read. Sometimes love can blind you no matter what age but a 15 year old would be able to learn what not to tolerate and learn if it's happening. ...he doesn't love you.

Great book! Great for someone to read about domestic violence and how you need to stand up for yourself. The best thing to do is get away. The characters feel so real. I couldn't put it down. Must read even if you have never been abused by someone you love.

This book was very inspiring. Very well written. I like she put her faith in God through prayer. She was truly blessed to have to 2 friends standing by her. Not many friends do. I recommend this book to women (or man) that are in a abusive relationship to read the book. It will truly inspire you and believe in a Higher Power

This book was captivating from the very beginning. Unfortunately, even though this particular story was fictional, this situation happens more often than not. The author did a wonderful job at pulling the reader in, creating love for the victim, and making a happy ending. I would highly recommend this book.

This book is fantastic, it portrays abuse realistically as well as spiritual growth within a troubled woman. I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys realistic fiction or who has relations to any type of abuse. This book will keep you on your toes and make you laugh and cry. It is very descriptive! LOVE IT! In fact I'm upset it had to end lol.

This novel will help you understand victims of abuse, and honestly, I think it is the perfect novel for someone who is abused to read so they can see similarities, and maybe in the end, they will finally make the right choice.
