Love, Love, Love it! I attend mass daily and this missal is perfect. Very easy to follow. It does contain the newly revised mass info. It contains prayers and a saint calendar and much, much more. I have had several different missals in the past, but this is the most comprehensive one I have ever owned. Very well organized and timeless.

I use the Daily Roman Catholic Missal to prepare homilies for the Mass. It is nice to have the entire lectionary (weekend readings for years A, B, and C, and weekday readings for cycles I and II) in a single volume.

The book is well made. It should last for years.

No need to keep getting Magnificat's unless you really enjoy the reflection. This is a good all-in-one book to be on top of all the daily Mass Readings and meditate on the Word of God. It also comes with a pretty useful section at the end with prayers and devotions for all types of occasions.

The review title says it all. In what is otherwise a great missal, the publishers chose to eliminate a considerable number of the Commons for various masses. I didn't use it more than a few times before I was at a daily mass which used a Commons which this missal didn't include. And that wasn't the only time it happened.

The Missal contains a significant number of pages for prayers and devotions that can be found in nearly any prayerbook. Eliminate some of those and include the missing Commons. Good Lord, whose brilliant idea was it to exclude them in the first place? I like it bacause it includes the Latin, but for daily use at Mass, the St. Paul missal is more complete, and therefore much more useful.

I love everything about it ! I can follow the readings and the appropriate prayers from the beginning of the Mass to the end. Any information that I need is right at my fingertips. This was certainly one of the best purchases that I ever made !

The Lectionary follows a USA one: needs to be available for the rest of the English-speaking world, where I believe RSV texts are to be the norm.
But it's excellent work and the Editor and his collaborators are to be HIGHLY commended.

My copy of the Divine Office (in all versions) has extra bits for the local Calendars in Australia, England, Ireland and Scotland. Why can't this Daily Roman missal do the same? The edition of this book my husband was given some 13 years ago had the American plus these other four Calendars. It is so disappointing to see that this edition only catered to the American market.
Other than that, the paper is lovely, the illustrations are good, having both the English and the Latin text for most prayers is very helpful. Since the book gives both the Sunday and the Weekday readings and propers it is far more compact than the readily available St Paul's Sunday Missal and the St Paul's Weekday Missal, and lighter by more than half of both of them put together.

I chose this rating because it met with my expectations. I have ordered a similar book from you sometime ago, but it was not what I was looking for and, as a result, had to return it, But this one pleasantly surprised me. I would recommend it to my fellow parishioners.

I love my new daily missal, it contains both daily and Sunday readings, devotional prayers, Feast days of the Saints, Order of Mass, and so much more in this small easy to carry book. The price on the store.com is the cheapest you will find this Missal with free shipping which was a big plus for me. I highly recommend this updated version.

Bought this for Mom as her old Missal became outdated with the changes in the Roman Missal. She loves it! Her old missal just contained weekday Mass readings and prayers, but this new one also contains Sunday material. She is happy, and so am I.

I love the contents. However, my copy fell off an end table onto the floor (two feet or less off the ground) and the spine cracked. Now the cover has completely separated from the insides. I guess I should have shelled out for the leather edition.

A daily missal complete with the morning, noon time and evening prayers, prayers before and after mass, May devotion to Our Blessed Virgin, The Holy Rosary, The Way of the Cross, Novenas etc... I really would not know what to do if I didn't have this missal.

This is an absolutely beautiful missal. This Missal has a lot of great Catholic Prayers in it and all the readings of the year along with the Mass in English and Latin. I would recommend this missal to anyone. A truly great buy.

This Missal is perfect for the faithful that go to daily Mass. It has all of the readings to follow along and the orders of the Mass. Additionally it includes the current version of the Apostles Creed. I was persuaded to search for this book since the Missal in my parish only has the readings for the Masses held on Sundays. Having all readings in front of me to follow along, I can better follow along and understand the Message. I highly recommend this for those that like to read daily Scriptures!!

The quality is excellent. I wanted Sunday & Daily Missal combined for simplicity. I am somewhat disappointed because I find the ink is too faint for comfort compared to the ink used in Vatican II Weekday Missal I have used since published in 1979 by Daughters of St. Paul. I acquired Vatican II Sunday Missal and was equally disappointed in shade of ink as it is not as bold and is a smaller font than my old Missal. Roman Missal has fewer meditations and they don't seem to be as easy to find as they are in italics in the 1979 Vatican II Daily Missal. Maybe it is just going to take some getting used to.

Very nice soft feel to the leather and bound exceptionally well. Pages are thin, but what can you due when there are 2514 of them. Product arrived on time and but took a bit longer than expected, which is purely subjective and probably due to my personal expectations.

I wish the burgundy version came in genuine leather as well.
