The only thing better than one overbearing alpha male is two overbearing alpha males… Though Anna would beg to differ seeing as how one of the overbearing males in her life happens to be her big brother.
When Anna moves back to her hometown, her brother is eager to regain the closeness they once had. But since Adam, or Rake as he’s now known, is a member of a motorcycle club, part of being close to him means being looked after by the members of the Wind Dragons. Anna has been independent for too long to suddenly be escorted everywhere and told where to live and where to hang out. The only silver lining in all her brother’s protectiveness is that one of her escorts happens to be the sexy, albeit sullen, Arrow.
Arrow wasn’t a good boyfriend to the only girl he’s ever loved and he’s lived with the guilt of her death ever since. He certainly doesn’t plan to subject any other woman to being in a relationship with him. But Anna finds a way to get under his skin and into his head and he can’t seem to ignore her, even though he knows Rake would kill him if he hooked up with her.
Arrow wasn’t kidding when he said he wasn’t good boyfriend material. This became crystal clear when he and Anna first got together and one of the first things he said to her was:
“I don’t like being questioned,” he says after a few moments. “At least not by pussy.”
Wow, prince charming, don’t hold back on my account. But in all honesty, I loved that he was like that. It seemed so authentic for a guy with Arrow’s reputation. He’d served time, murdered, cheated on his ex—so to expect roses and sonnets would have been absurd. He more than made up for his rough edges when he really fell for Anna, and I loved him all the more for it.
The beginning of ARROW’S HELL for me was a bit underwhelming. The way Anna described the guys and especially Arrow just all felt a little contrived. But once the story really got going, it was steamy and thrilling and fast-paced. I loved getting to know Anna and Arrow and I could probably read a romance about every single member of the Wind Dragons. I can’t wait until TRACKER’S END comes out and I can see what happens between Tracker and Lana!

Anna doesn't need a babysitter - even one as gorgeous as the muscular and brooding Arrow. Her older brother Rake has always looked out for her and doesn't intend to stop just because she's an adult. Things get complicated when Arrow, the brother Rake has looking out for his younger sister, just happens to be the same man who she needs protection from most.
Chantel Fernando knows how to write a steamy, exciting contemporary novel. Her characters are fun and entertaining - each with their own baggage and story to tell. The romance is sizzling with the pairings being somewhat unexpected yet the couples are perfect for each other. That's not to say they are perfect. The flaws make them all the more compelling to read. After reading Arrow's Hell I can definitely say I'm a fan of the Wind Dragon's MC series.
Anna is a great match for Arrow. She's a strong, intelligent and independent young woman with her mind focused on getting her PhD. But whilst her head might be logical, her heart is set on a bad boy alpha male with a shady history. Arrow is closed off to love but Anna is determined to get what she wants. He's been hurt before and worries his past may come back to bite him and destroy Anna in the future.
The family dynamic was a great part of this book. Anna has her biological brother wanting the best for her whilst at the same time the bonds between Motorcycle Club brothers is tested. There's also the added element of Anna being accepted into the club as Rake's sister. The 'brothers' of the club are always entertaining to read about and it was lovely to check in with Faye and Dex from Dragon's Lair. Anna's best friend Lana was a great support as Anna tried to navigate trying to live her own life and being a part of the Wind Dragons. There's some intergang rivalry which played out in a way which was both interesting and dramatic. The Wind Dragons are still involved in the more shady side of life yet I found it less confronting than in Dragon's Lair. Anna's acceptance of the club felt more believable than Faye's and I found myself enjoying the story more because of this.
The romance is brilliantly woven into the story. Arrow may be a darkly dangerous and sexy alpha male but Anna can hold her own against the biker. Their chemistry is intense and I loved reading any scene they were together.
Arrow's Hell is a brilliant continuation to the Wind Dragons MC series yet works perfectly as a standalone. The characters are engaging and the story compelling. Not to mention the red hot romance with a strong woman and devastatingly attractive leading man. Perfect for fans of sizzling adult contemporary romance.

3.75 stars: ARROW’S HELL is the second installment in Chantal Fernando’s adult, contemporary Wind Dragons erotic, romance MC series focusing on the men and women of Wind Dragons motorcycle club. This is Arrow and Anna’s storyline. ARROW’S HELL can be read as a stand alone although I would suggest reading the series in order for backstory and cohesion. Many of the events in Arrow’s Hell began in book one Dragon’s Lair.
Told from first person point of view (Anna) ARROW’S HELL fast forwards the series five years focusing on the continuing war between the Wind Dragon’s and the Wild Men MC, the building relationship between Arrow and Anna, and Arrow’s spiral into the abyss of guilt and grief. Anna is MC member Rake’s little sister, and she has returned to town to complete her PhD in zoology but Rake is all about protecting his sister, and to do so, she is ordered to move into the Wind Dragon’s Club house. Not one to be pushed around, Anna questions everything that happens including the sorrow and sadness emanating from another club member Arrow. It is Arrow’s history with the Club, and the murder of someone close, that finds our hero burying himself in alcohol and $ex.
The relationship between Arrow and Anna is one of immediate attraction but Rake has issued a hands-off order to the Wind Dragons members as it pertains to his sister Anna. Anna, never one to follow orders, pursues Arrow with the intent of relationship but Arrow isn’t one to settle down with one woman-and in this Arrow’s need to lash out finds Anna at odds about her attraction to Arrow. The $ex scenes are erotic, intimate and seductive but Arrow’s guilt over the death of a friend compounds the growing animosity between Anna and him. Arrow’s growing reputation as a man-whore finds Anna on the outside looking at Arrow destroy her heart.
The world building continues to focus on the MC wars; the camaraderie between family and friends; club brothers; and the women who come in and out of their lives. As with most MC series there is plenty of $ex, alcohol, violence and threats against everyone they love but for Anna and Arrow the threat comes from violence of the past when, five years earlier, Arrow killed the president of the rival MC in retaliation for the death of the woman he loved, and Anne will become the target of the rival MC. As per my review of Dragon’s Lair, the violence and sexual content is not as graphic as some series but there is no denying that the MC lifestyle is dark and dangerous.
Most of the previous storyline characters play secondary and supporting roles including Wind Dragon president Dex and his old lady Faye. With the advance of the series five years, we get a look at the relationship between Faye and Dex’s daughter Clover with the big, brawny and scary men of the MC. Tracker continues to push the boundaries of his friendship both with Anna and Faye, as he continues his sexual escapades with Allie, but there is something growing between Tracker and Anna’s BFF Lana.
ARROW’S HELL is a fast paced, entertaining and intoxicating storyline with some fun and humor to offset the intensity of guilt and grief. The romance is aggressive and heartbreaking (I may have shed a tear or two); the characters animated, colorful and intriguing; the premise not without some cringe-worthy moments. The double standard between alpha bikers, and the Club women and whores seems to be a growing divide although Anna and Faye are smart, strong and independent women-you can’t get around the relationships between bikers and Club whores: it is what it is –a fact of life in the world of the MC.

Remorse. Guilt. Hope. Love. Second Chances. New Beginnings. These words are a few words to describe this emotional, raw, poignant, and yet heart-tugging read by Chantal Fernando. When you think of MC romance books, automatically one would think of gritty, bad a$$ bikers who are womanizers Yes, Arrow's Hell had that one element integrated into it's story but this book was so much more. So what's more? Well, in the case for Arrow's Hell, this book was about exposing and peeling layers of love, emotions, healing, and second chances.
HELL. It is defined as a place regarded in various religions as a spiritual realm of evil and suffering, often traditionally depicted as a place of perpetual fire beneath the earth where the wicked are punished after death. The word hell can also be associated with an individual's suffering. As humans, we fear hell. And for Arrow, his own hell came in the form of remorse and guilt. Guilt that a innocent life of someone he cared and loved for was taken from him. A burden that he has carried for five years. So living in his own personal hell of guilt, can Arrow find a way to see the light? The light of hope? Of love? Of second chances?
Arrow's Hell was about the unraveling of vulnerabilities and true raw emotions of love and guilt. And for Arrow his journey to healing and salvation came in the form of a feisty 25 year old scientist, who has the power to put him in his place. They say love heals. And for Arrow, he found his solace in Anna, the baby sister of Rake, a member of the Wind Dragons MC. Arrow knew once he crossed that line with Anna there was no turning back because there was something he saw in her that ignited passion, happiness, and life back into his life. So can Anna be the angel to rescue Arrow from drowning in his own personal hell?
The chemistry between Anna and Arrow can only be described as tangible. It was one of those magnetic connections. Once you had a taste, there was no turning back for these two. The love between these two was felt throughout the book. Ms. Fernando did an amazing job showcasing the depths of emotions and the pull Arrow and Anna had for each other. Their love really highlights how protective they were for each other. It was the kind of love worth fighting for. The kind of love that's pure. The kind of love that heals. And Ms. Fernando truly allows her readers to FEEL for them. Though, they may not be the perfect couple but that's what makes them feel real for readers like myself. I felt their pain, hurt, disappointment, happiness, jealousy, passion, and most importantly their love.
Arrow's Hell was a well-written story that I found myself enjoying and getting lost in the story of Anna and Arrow. This book had so many elements integrated and intertwined into the storyline from love, friendship, raw emotions, angst, drama, and of course showcasing the raw and gritty side of MC life. So if you are fan of MC romance, I highly recommend you to read Arrow's Hell. This book exemplifies the meaning that love truly heals and second chances are not to be wasted.

My ‘Blogging Reader’s Review’ after reading ‘ARROW'S HELL' (The Wind Dragons MC Series book #2)
(via:BooksMoviesFandoms.wordpress.c o m):
***WARNING: Possible SPOILERS if you haven’t read the previous novel of The Wind Dragons MC Series.***
After reading the first novel of the Wind Dragons Motorcycle Club Series titled ‘Dragon’s Lair’ by Chantal Fernando, I was looking forward to reading the next novel of the series. I was gifted the opportunity to read and review the second long-awaited novel in this series “Arrow’s Hell” and I have to say it was absolutely worth the wait! This story follows the brothers of the Wind Dragons M.C. while focusing on the main characters of this sequel novel, Anna “Anna-Bell” and M.C. member Arrow. Readers, Arrow’s Hell is written in mostly the main female character’s P.O.V.(point of view) but we also get a little glimpse into Arrow’s P.O.V. as well.
This novel picks up five years later. Faye and Dex “Sin”- the President of the Wind Dragons M.C. are still together. Tension between the Wind Dragons and a rival M.C. grew into a war which ended up taking lives, one was the sweet and caring woman Mary that spent her time with the Wind Dragon’s member Killian “Arrow”. Even after five years, Arrow still carries a heavy amount of guilt, anger and sadness even after taking revenge by killing the President of the rival M.C. that murdered Mary. He now drowns himself in his M.C., alcohol and visiting the strip club. To the outside and his brothers, he’s just fine but he’s hiding so many dark feelings that are slowly tearing him up inside. When his M.C. brother Rake brings his younger sister Anna to the club, she instantly makes him feel horrible. He can’t allow himself to be attracted to someone new, he doesn’t deserve it but something about her is frustratingly confusing the hell out of his feelings.
Anna recently reunited with her brother Adam, known as Rake to his motorcycle club brothers. She’s lived on her own for a while and after the childhood they came from, they both had to learn to survive mostly on their own. Anna is beautiful and in her twenties so when she finds out that being the sister of a member in the Wind Dragons M.C. means having more eyes on her and protection she didn’t ask for, she feels the need to fight the overbearing change to her life. And it’s all thanks to her brother and his M.C family. There is one brother who always seems broody, mean and hard to read but he is the only one that seems to draw her in. Arrow is sexy, tall, with a beard that she just finds so damn sexy but his moodiness is not always a comfort to be around.
With an attraction that is so strong and hard to fight at times, Anna and Arrow find themselves constantly battling that pull and the baggage of their pasts. Will Arrow always hold himself responsible for Mary’s death? Will he ever give Anna a chance? Can Anna survive being a part of her brother Rake’s biker lifestyle or will it cause problems between them? Will Anna always see Arrow as just another biker womanizer? If you’re familiar with all of the dynamic characters of this series, you’ll be happy to know that we also get a glimpse at them as well. And readers will also get a very good look into what may be developing between Lana(Anna’s best friend) and the fun M.C. brother Tracker, who is also dealing with his rocky relationship with Allie.
The Wind Dragons M.C. takes care of their own and those they care for no matter what. Dealing their illegal business, sometimes using violence when necessary and loving hard, they are a sexy bunch of alpha-males. Not only are the males sexy and protective but there are also strong female characters in the mix, giving us awesome characters to love and hate. This storyline continues to be dangerously good and steamy in such an intense way. Just like the first novel in the Wind Dragons M.C. series, this one continues with the same texture as far as not being too gritty like other biker/M.C. novels. But it still continues to keep a dark and dramatic tone to the storyline with a sizable amount of suspense. Author Chantal Fernando again gives cameos and appearances to some of the awesome characters from her amazing ‘Maybe Series’, which include Reid Knox, Summer, Ryan, Dash, and Tag. I love when she does that! I recommend this gripping novel to readers who love a good, dark romance with hot M.C. bikers. If you’re looking for something to read, this is a definite “Must Read!”
My star rating for ARROW'S HELL is: 4 1/2 out of 5 stars.

I loved Dragon’s Lair and was slightly apprehensive about whether or not this would be able to captivate me in the same way but I hush my mouth because Arrow’s Hell is just heavenly!
We got a little of Arrow in the first book but not quite enough, but what you do get is the facts and the unabashed detail of his descent into the purgatory in which we find him now, the death of Mary completed the desolation of his soul.
In this book though he may just find something worth fighting for.
Anna is Rake’s little sister and while she has never been part of the club, she is back from college and trying to get to know her brother. But there is an attraction that she cannot deny when it comes to Arroe, there is something about him that draws her in, he speaks to her soul and she is hard pressed to justify the strength of her feelings.
Arrow, was such a complicated and angry man but he has directed most of his anger towards himself because he was unable to protect his woman and because of that he was content- no maybe that is the wrong word, he was accepting of the misery that had become his life after the death of Mary.
But the two of them have a fight on their hands if they honestly believe that they will ever be able to keep what they have under wraps, it is just too intense.
Rake is a possessive brother and knowing the man that Arrow is and what he has been through it was anyone’s guess how he would take the news of the two of them getting together but I was screaming at my kindle to give the guy a break!
Arrow wasn’t perfect but he was enigmatic, he drew me in and held me close as I read his story and in all that time, I was silently pleading that he could see that he was worthy, worthy of being loved , worth of forgiveness, worthy of the future that he was willing to deny himself.
Anna became his hope, she was the one bright spot on his horizon and it was completely reciprocated, the two of them something that was completely engaging, beautiful and powerful. And in time she would be his reason to live again.
But the path the travelled was littered with obstacles and tests, they were never going to be able to have an easy time of it but they had the chance to put themselves first and they took it.
I cannot praise the author enough for both the content and context that she managed to pour into this book, she gave me a leading man that not only took me to a dark place and showed me what it was like to live in hell but also a man that having carried the weight of the world not only on his shoulders but heavy in his heart.
I cried for this man and I am not ashamed to admit that at times I was blindsided by the depth of his pain, it was so real, so descriptive and so tangible that I wanted to dip into the pages and take him away from it all. I wanted to yell at him to give himself a break to learn that in order to have those around you forgive you, you first have to forgive yourself. Anna was his first step and it was all he needed.
I may not have discussed much about Anna in this review but that is not deliberate, she really was such a pivotal character in the book and I have to say that with Anna, the author pitched he character perfectly, she was strong and opinionated, tough enough to take on this damaged man and tough enough to win – she won the prize she wanted and the one he was reluctant to give … him!

Let's start by saying I just loved Dragon’s Lair. Therefore, I couldn't wait to get my hands on this novel, and was over the moon to be given the opportunity to receive and review this ARC. The events in this book have taken place five years after Dragon’s Lair, so please read book one.
Chantal has written a fantastic story that pulls on your heartstrings. The characters in this novel are all about family, caring, loving, and most importantly, always have each other's back. There doesn't come a time where you don't feel the love flowing through this book, and I found myself smiling or laughing at many points in this read.
The prologue starts us off with Arrow having a serious think about what's happened in his life. So he is trying to drown his sorrows with a bottle of whiskey. In walks his MC brother and his baby sister. Instantly Arrow is having feelings for the young Anna; feelings he doesn't want. My poor darling Arrow! He is a strong, sexy, dominant, and a fun loving male who is fighting his demons while at the same time, fighting his attraction for Anna. Until events occur putting Anna in danger and placing her at the protection of the club house. Arrow decides to stop pushing Anna away; however, he ends up hurting her with the quilt of the past. And Janet is trying her hardest to cause a few problems for the both of them which doesn't help matters. With secrets that only he knows, will he lose the one woman for him? Can he hold on, or will he succumb to the darkness again?
Anna! What a strong, feisty, independent young woman. She knows who she wants, what she wants, and can't stand being told what to do. She’s brought into the MC world when she moves back home to her brother who belongs to the Wind Dragons MC. While trying to accept her new MC family, her brother’s relationship with the other members of the club is causing jealous emotions hard to control. She’s also fighting her strong feelings for Arrow. Looking into his eyes, she can see the lust he has for her, so why is he pushing her away… hurting her? When she overhears her brother's and Arrow’s conversation, suddenly she feels very confused. She realises that there are secrets being kept from her. Hurt replaces the love she has, so she does the one thing she said she would never do. She runs! She runs to the somebody who holds all the answers. Answers that make her more confused, hurt, shocked and angry. I say confused because she doesn't know what to think or feel. All Anna wanted was to finish college, rebuild her relationship with her brother and maybe fall in love. Can these two characters overcome everything? Can they put the past behind them and move forward? Read it and find out!
I loved all characters in this novel, and I do have to say that Chantal has developed Anna's character to perfection. I loved the way she stands up for herself and won't take any rubbish from any one. The story is written well throughout; nevertheless, I felt that it was a little too rushed towards the end. I would have liked more detail about what happened to Janet. So for this reason, I’ve rated the book four and half stars.

If you've read Dragon's Lair, you know that Arrow has been to prison for murdering the president of a rival MC in revenge for an attack on the Wind Dragon's club house and the subsequent murder of his lady, Mary. Now out he can't overcome the guilt he believes he deserves since his relationship with Mary led to her being in the wrong place at the wrong time and therefore having to pay with her life. He also has deep seeded guilt because he didn't live up to the kind of man he knew Mary deserved before she died. So now he is drowning himself in alcohol and all nighters at strip clubs to try to drown out his depression.
This is when we meet Rake's sister, Anna. Following the tradition set forth by Faye, Anna is a firecracker. She's also intelligent and quick witted. I loved her. She was strong and more than capable of sticking up for herself against all the testosterone the alpha male brother's of the Wind Dragon's threw out. Since she's a sister of a club member, she is automatically taken in as part of the family, which includes her being protected and supervised even when she wishes otherwise. As soon as she meets Arrow, she is drawn to the quiet and somber member even though he has walls a mile high.
Arrow, for his part, has been attracted to Anna since he saw pictures of her years ago. Now that he's met her, his attraction to her multiples to something he's never felt before even with Mary. He does not feel worthy of the attentions of someone so out of his league because the crimes of his past still weigh so heavily on him. This means he fights his attraction to her and her obvious attraction to him. He has made a pact with himself that he won't let his feelings get another woman hurt ever again. This begins a tug-of-war between the outgoing Anna and the closed off Arrow.
Ms. Fernando knows how to write a brilliant plot that continues to open up in new directions you just don't see coming. Her ability to write MC life with strong heroines makes her Wind Dragon series one of my top favorites. Of course we see plenty of off the charts steam from the alpha males, but her heroines are some of the best written because they add humor, wit and strength of character to her story lines.
Next up in the series is Tracker. He has been a favorite side character in each book so far and I'm really excited to see his story. Fingers crossed he gets an HEA with an equally brilliant, strong-willed and spunky heroine like Faye and Anna.

Arrow’s Hell comes along about 5 years after the story of Faye and Dex in Dragon’s Lair. We find a broken Arrow (no pun intended) after the loss of a woman he cared very much for, Mary. This story revolves around Arrow and his brothers recently re-acquainted sister Anna. It’s not really as straight forward as though, it never is. You have first and foremost the “bro-code” to contend with, then the rivalry and revenge from another MC, then the girl…and most of all the guilt and forgiveness.
This book is all about forgiveness, and it comes in many forms. Chantal really threw a few curveballs in with this story. I really didn’t see one or two of them coming in all honesty, and I always love that element of surprise. I liked Arrow previously so I guessed that wouldn’t change so much reading his story. He really wasn’t a character that I fell in love with, he had his faults for sure and while I understand he was grieving I kept asking myself when is enough, enough? I found that angle a little too repetitive I’m afraid despite it being a huge part of the story line. Anna, well, I’m still not sure about this lady. I think someone already mentioned that her character didn’t seem to fit her age and I would have to agree with that. She presented as extremely immature at times and that really does throw me off a character. The back and forth cat and mouse game was frustrating to watch at times but when they finally get themselves together then it’s game on. They fit each other. Rake plays an important role clearly, the fact that he is Anna’s brother. He brings along his own guilt and how things are with his sister. Again you get this fantastic sense of family. You have your same secondary characters involved as in her previous book of this series and as always they make for good entertainment. I really liked Talon’s interaction in here too, I think hearing his story would be good.
I have pretty much the same feelings from Arrow’s hell as I did when I read dragon’s Lair. It’s good but not quite there for me, again there is this feeling of lacking. It wasn’t edge of the seat stuff for me. Perhaps I just have a penchant for a grittier kind of MC book; they are among my favourites to read. I’d still recommend this, and again I’m happy to read on and am looking forward to Tracker and Lana’s story, I think that one might just be explosive.

Arrow and Anna's story is heartbreaking and healing all at the same time. I was excited to read this book and hope you will be as well. Dragons Lair was amazing and I didn't think anything could top it, but I am here to tell you I was wrong. Chantal Fernando's books get more exciting and amazing with each new release she gives us.
Arrow was determined to be celebate and never be happy again and punish himself the rest of his life for Mary's death. He would relentlessly punish himself by visiting the strip clubs and drink himself into oblivion. He was always remembering his time with Mary and let everyone else in his club believe he was doing whatever they wanted to believe he was. Until HER, why did she have to come and tempt him more than anyone possibly ever could. She made him want again, and that was impossible! He had to pay penace the rest of his life for the life lost because of him and his club.
Anna coming back home to her brother Rake was both exciting and terrifying for her. She loves her brother but knows the distance between them over the last few years will make it hard to build the bond they use to have. She is jealous instantly of his relationship with everyone in the club. She use to know her brother better than anyone and now they know him better and it has broken her heart to know she has lost that bond. She wants to have that back but at the same time he has become overprotective and that is not a good thing for a college woman, who has a massive crush on his brother Arrow. She knows Arrow is troubled she can see by looking at him, she also knows that if she can break through to him it will be worth it. He is loyal to a fault, but as one of her escorts from school he ignores her at all cost due to his infatuation with her. He will not allow himself to have her.
As push comes to shove and trouble brews, and as she befriends those in the MC and watches her best friend fall for Tracker and him being with the she devil screams trouble to Annie....
Does Annie and Arrow get their happily ever after, or does he push her so far away with his self loathing that he pushes her away into another mans arms? Only Chantal has that answer for you in her amazing novel of Arrow's Hell!
Do not miss this amazing MC read and watch as these men and women face the trouble and love and death of loved ones. This deserves a high review! 5 stars Chantal way to go !

Some would say, including Arrow himself, that the hellish life he's lived for the last five years since Mary's death is from his own wrong doings...you reap what you sow, and it seems Arrow has garnered nothing but guilt, regret, and self hate. Anna and others would say that Arrow is a victim of circumstance and he didn't make Mary's choices for her; she chose to be with him, knowing the kind of lifestyle he led. Regardless of who's to blame...where the fault truly lies, ever since the might Arrow lost Mary, he's closed himself off from everyone, especially any woman who could make him feel more than icy bitterness and self disdain.
Arrow's a wildcard for Anna - not only because she's supposed to be off limits to him because her older brother's a member of the Wind Dragons MC but also because at this point, Arrow's incapable of having any kind of relationship with a woman, even of a physical nature and the push and pull between them due to Arrow's issues is bound to cause her heartache. But Anna's a headstrong woman who set her sights on Arrow and now will do what she can to pull Arrow out of the dark pit he finds himself in, even if it means falling in with him.
I felt both frustration and compassion for Arrow through much of the book...readers can truly understand why he's so conflicted, but his hot/cold actions could drive anyone mad. Anna takes on a lot when she steps up for Arrow and tries to tackle his demons with him. It's a difficult situation that doesn't have a straight path or clear resolution, which Chantal Fernando does a fantastic job of illustrating. Arrow holds himself back from living due to guilt, and it's going to take a lot for him to feel worthy of Anna, which may never happen.
The Wind Dragons MC is a family at its core; they may be dysfunctional and rowdy, but they have each other's backs at all times. Chantal provides readers with insights into more than just Arrow and Anna's relationship; we get to see Anna reconnect with her brother, Rake and establish a friendship with Tracker and Faye. I love that the story is about way more than the conflict or the main couple; it's about the club and those who live for each other due to the brotherhood.
On a side note: Tracker is a fantastic supporting character; he brings humor and raunchiness to ease some of the heaviness of the overall story, and I can't wait for the crazy that comes with him and his story!

I’m bracing myself for pitchforks and curses to be thrown. I have been hanging for this book. I had fantasies of how this book was going to be. I was broken hearted for Arrow from the first book. He’s a broken man and I couldn’t want to see him rebuild himself. He needs to make amends. This was not the book I had hoped for and I hate to say it, the supporting characters ended up holding my interest more than the mains. **ducks head to avoid flying objects**
This book is a lot darker and it had to be to cover the content, I’m glad we didn’t get a carbon copy of Dragon’s Lair but naturally there will be comparisons and similarities. Feisty girl, dominating male, male tells female what she can and can’t do but no one tells him what to do, female goes and does it anyway. This theme is true to the MC gang mentality.
Arrow’s dealing with his mental demons, trying to deal with death and his actions but we read all of this from Anna’s perspective. I think this book would have packed more of an emotional punch had I’d read more of Arrow’s headspace.
These two are very strong characters and that’s where my frustrations lie. They seem to fight each other more than be attracted to each other. Arrow is gruff, dismissive and seems irritated by her presence. Arrow puts down the rules of ‘you can’t be with me but you can’t be with anyone else’ – yeah – we all know that’s not going to fly. As much as she annoyed me, Anna is a likeable character. She’s smart, she’s feisty and you’d have to be to put up with this lot. She wants to be independent but the club’s affiliations tamper that plan down fast.
I found their interactions frustrating. There is a lot of too-ing and fro-ing in this book and I just wanted something to happen. Arrow is a complicated character and I get that he’s trying to deal the best he can, but when he shuts down any emotional outlet and then in turn, shuts Anna out – I wanted to reach through the book and slap him.
On to the positive parts – there were parts I was laughing at the c**k blocking. I enjoyed seeing the characters from the first book reappear to keep up with their goings on. Fernando’s writing is great. It’s concise and has great scene setting. I really do think I would have had a different feel had there been more of Arrow’s perspective. What I am looking forward to is Tracker’s End.
I was given a copy of this book for my honest opinion.

"Arrow’s Hell is the a dynamic dynasty of flavoured romance, passion, hurt, tragedy, pain, breaking walls and building roads in an emotionally driven second book in the Wind Dragons MC series by Chantal Fernando."
MC novels are very much a stylistic vow to the inner minds of the knitted family of brotherhood and lines of perception and repercussion. Looking no further than the second novel in Chantal Fernando’s series Wind Dragons MC Arrow’s Hell embeds family at core, heart in the running blood of right and wrong and an undeniable and unbreakable passion that ran deeper than the surface of the skin.
We first met the Arrow of Anna’s mission in Dragon’s Lair and at the beginning of Arrow’s Hell five years later the past is bound haunting the nights and struggles of heart for Arrow unmoving . The scorn of sorrow I felt when Anna (Rake’s sister: Wind Dragon’s MC member) begins to break the walls of character dimension to his demeanour and hard shelled exterior scripted a sonnet of pain and passion woven with danger and suspense.
Anna was the fight of Arrow’s Hell whilst reading from page to page, born and bred into an upbringing of hurt and anguished pain, Anna see’s something in Arrow more than the attraction that has her dreams of landing in his bed a possibility. The bond of breaking the walls down to confide in the touch of each other banters and through the tribulations of Arrow’s past and his story conjures to provide a passion worth the passion and connection Anna and Arrow have. The anguish of a past deeply engraved in Arrow’s skin and the puzzles of life may just hold and reconnect to a better future or could be left disconnected and scattered at any moment.
Arrow’s Hell kept the pace riveting a fast pace of connection and was a bewitchment of why I love MC’s as the speed and jump of the harrowed and damaged hero and the lionhearted dauntless heroine wrecks the walls and builds the roads of recovery and heart. The MC romance is never one without the trials and tribulations but as I dive more into the scene of the Wind Dragons MC, I can’t wait to read Trackers Story in Tracker’s End.

My Review:
Anna...a heroine who was thrown into the MC world through no choice of her own, just because she's the close sister to one of the members, Rake. And this isn't something that Anna takes lightly because she's not a dependent type of girl.
Okay, I'll admit, I have real issues with the MC's views on women and their 'old ladies'...ugh, I hate that phrase...really, REALLY hate it. So that's one of the things that I like about this series. No, the guys aren't anymore evolved than the guys in other MC's, but their girls feel the same way that I do. These are strong, smart, independent women, who just happen to fall in love with MC members. That's not what they would choose for their lives either.
We met Arrow in book #1, Dragon's Lair, which takes place 5 years before this book. In that book, something tragic happens and Arrow is still lost in that bad place after five years. He hasn't come out of that pit...until Anna. She revives him when he doesn't want to be revived. And he sure doesn't need to get mixed up with one of his brother's sisters. Rake will not understand.
While this book didn't have quite as much non-stop action and drama as the first one in the series did, I found that I still enjoyed it a lot. I loved the twist that Talon added to the story and thought it was perfectly written. I loved the glimpses of Dex and Faye from the first book. And although I have issues with their attitudes on women, I do love this group of irresistable, unapologetically un-PC men and the camaraderie between them in the MC.
Now I'm ready...bring on Lana and Tracker, who have the spotlight in the next book. I loved the glimpses of their story and know they are going to be just as explosive on the page as the other two main couples have been. I'm also ready to see who is going to take bad-boy, Rake, down. His story will be amazing.
I received a complimentary copy of this book in return for an honest review.

Well Chantal Fernando you have outdone yourself with this next installment of the Wind Dragons MC Series, ARROW'S HELL was just as good as the first book if not better, I think I need to find a motorcycle club to join and find me a man, that's how great this story was.
The plot of this story is very well written and is very fast paced, I read from start to finish in no time at all, I found that I could not put the book down as I needed to know what was going to happen. The characters in this book are very well written and they are very easy to fall in love with and feel for. The main characters in this book are Arrow, a member of the Wind Dragons MC
club and Anna the sister of Rake (another member of the MC club), most of the men and women from book one are back in this installment and a few new ones added, who all help to make this one amazing ride of a story.
This book picks up five years after book one ends, and you will find Arrow still broken after the death of his girlfriend in book one and thinking that he does not deserve to happy when she is gone but then in walks Anna and suddenly Arrow is brought back to life, you will Arrow struggle with wanting Anna because she is one of his brothers sister and it cannot happen out of respect for the club. You will see Anna going through the same struggle as Arrow as she knows what her brother will think, but for how long will the both be able to resist the temptation???? In this book you will also have some suspense when someone is kidnapped and we will see more into Rake and Anna's past through a member of a rival MC club.
I have been taken on wild bike riding, alpha male ride when I read ARROWS HELL, and cant wait to read the next in this series of hot men and strong willed women, I do suggest that you read book one to understand this book though.

## WAY TOO MUCH CHEATING. This book is disturbing. Arrow treats the heroine like dirt throughout the story. He's so hung up on the dead girlfriend that he's constantly comparing her to Anna. Mary this. Mary that. Mary wouldn't have said that. Mary didn't care that I couldn't be faithful. Ugh. He loved her so much, yet he couldn't keep it in his pants. And again. He tells Anna: I only slept with Jill to get you off my mind. Wow. Flattering. NOT. He ditches the heroine to care for Janet, Mary's sister. Just leaves her. In a bar. Just drives off. Buh bye jerk. She puts up with everything. Even the girl sitting on his lap kissing his neck. "I didn't even notice her". Ha, good excuse. It's so degrading to women. I would've kicked this guy to the curb with last weeks trash. Bye Felicia.

4.5 out of 5 stars
This was awesome! Excellent story! I couldn't put it down!
I loved Anna and Arrow’s chemistry. They had such great animosity towards one another that was filled with attitude and bickering, it made it fun to read. I liked them fighting their feelings and watching it all grow. It was entertaining and playful and sexy. I loved Anna! She was definitely a spitfire and I love that she just threw that attitude out there and stood up for herself. Arrow was something else. Totally alpha male but also sweet and protective. He had so much he was dealing with and so many walls up, I loved seeing them come down. It made for fantastic story.
I thought this had really great development and everything unfolded nicely. There was definitely some intensity happening and drama throughout. But there were some lighter, funnier moments as well and I thought it all balanced out well. I really liked how Faye and Anna's friendship built, loved Anna's friend Lana and can’t wait to see if that goes somewhere with Tracker in the next book. There was more of him in this and to say I'm excited to know more about him is an understatement. Tracker is the best!
I really liked the MC world Anna and Arrow lived in and how it was presented. I also liked the background development for Anna and her brother Rake and how the details of their story emerged and came into play. I did find some of the descriptions repetitive in the beginning and there were a few spots that seemed fast paced but overall I thought this was an an excellent read, I couldn’t put it down. I liked the first book Dragon’s Lair a lot but this story is on a whole new level, loved it!

Ms. Fernando has done it again. I am really hooked on the Wind Dragon’s MC series. You got to meet Arrow in Dragon’s Lair and just knew that he was a guy you wanted to hear more about and how did he really get the nickname of Arrow. Was it like Faye had thought when she walked into the kitchen & he was cooking breakfast in the nude?!
Arrow’s Hell is the story of how Arrow came to love Rake’s sister Anna. Nothing can possibly break mc brother’s up like wanting to get down & dirty with a sister of another member. Good thing Anna was a little spitfire. She did not take crap from anyone and she also knew what & who she wanted when she first went to the clubhouse. It was about Arrow letting go of all the guilt he had felt for Mary with what had happened to her in Dragon’s Lair.
This book gave you another understanding of what a real family can consist of. It doesn’t have to be blood in order for a family to have your back no matter what. I really liked the balls that Anna had in dealing with everything in her life. Arrow had to finally admit to himself what was really important, holding on to past guilt or moving forward with a hot little number like Anna.
If you are looking for a quick read with lots of badass bikers who like to live on the wild side this is definitely the book for you. It is well worth your time and I can’t wait for the next book in this series to come out.
I received this book as an ARC from NetGalley for an honest review.

Alpha-ness: YES

Love Story: An MC version of a love story, but yes
Angst: Not really

Pro: You loved arrow in book 1, and it is so nice to see him get his story. There is no better person for him than Anna. She is tough when needed and still innocent and sweet enough to love her. I love how she wasn’t a victim when things happened, and she gave everyone chance no matter who they were affiliated with. I know after reading this I should be anxious for Tracker’s story after this, and while that would be a good one, I would LOVE to get Talon’s story. He seems so genuine an in such a sticky place, I would love to see how that pans out. I would also love to see what kind of woman (women) can tame Rake. I could see him with a gaggle of kids, too funny.
This series isn’t as gritty as some MC’s but it has its alpha moments, and its drama. Hot men who love their women, what more could you want? Would definitely not be disappointed with this one.

Honestly, this book was better than I thought it would be. I just read the first in the series and didn't love it but thought it had a lot of potential. This book was leaps above the first one. I felt like it had an actual plot and character development. I did enjoy how the characters developed their relationship - it seemed like they actually had one as opposed to liking each other at first sight and immediately falling in love. The angst with the stepbrother was a little overdone but whatever, it was doable. A couple of things I didn't like -- first of all, Anna was gone for seven years but has just moved back - why? She's getting her PhD but that doesn't explain why she's doing there in their town instead of her previous college. I'm also curious about how these smart, kick butt girls just accept the criminal parts of the MC without any kind of remorse or explanation. Anna's mother was a druggie and left them alone most of the time - I would think she would have a problem with the club and the drugs. The one explanation that they don;t "anymore" doesn't quite cut it. I would have liked some kind of acknowledgement that they were moved into the legal businesses and left the illegal when Sin became president but nothing was mentioned like that. I am looking forward to Lana's story but I'm a little tired of the back and forth theme and am hoping that something more organic happens between Lana and Tracker.

Arrow's Hell is the highly anticipated second book in the Wind Dragons MC series, and that is because of the male lead Arrow who I fell in love with in the first book, an intriguing and amusing character that I couldn't wait to read about with his own story, especially after the tragedy in the last book that left him a shell of the man that us readers grew to adore.
Anna is the sister of fellow Wind Dragons member Rake and out of bounds to any member, but that doesn't stop the immediate attraction that flares up between Arrow and Anna when they first meet, with Rake's over-protectiveness and Arrow's self-punishment it seems nothing will ever eventuate between the two, but denying their feelings for one another is futile, and explaining their relationship to Rake is not going to be easy, but they are ready and willing to give it a go and finally find the happiness they each both deserve.
I flew through the two books in this series in no time and I'm eager to get my hands on the next installment featuring my other favorite Wild Dragons member Tracker, I CAN NOT WAIT!
A highly addictive and steamy series that will only leave you begging for more.
I can't recommend this series enough, trust me you'll love it!
Another home run for Chantal this series is kick-ass.

Chantal Fernando provided me with several of my favorite novel characteristics in Arrow’s Hell. Does it make me a bit twisted that I love a wounded, emotionally broken hero? Motorcycle Club romances have easily become an obsession and this author creates exciting storylines that effortlessly sweep me away. The men are dangerous and sexy, the women are tough yet gentle, and the passion is off the charts.
Life hasn’t been the same for Arrow since Mary was tragically killed by a rival MC. He has spent time in prison and completely shut himself off from really living. He has no purpose and has lost motivation. When a brother’s younger sister arrives on the scene, Arrow’s future suddenly has a bright spot and her name is Anna.
Arrow and Anna have numerous roadblocks standing in their way so anything more than friendship is out of the question. Their hectic and unpredictable journey captivated me more with each passing page. The chemistry between Arrow and Anna is instant but their relationship is a slow burn. Is the battle to be together worth it?
Arrow’s Hell is another solid performance from this talented author. I am always looking forward to what she will think of next and there are plenty of secondary characters for her to move on with. If you haven’t read her work, now is a perfect time to start!

Arrow’s Hell By Chantel Fernando
My Rating 5 Stars
Seems like I waited forever to get Arrow….Boy was he worth it!
This story is a page turner, I enjoyed meeting Rake’s sister Anna. Anna isn’t the typical girl that gets involved with an MC, and what a spitfire she is. Anna is much like Faye and they eventually become friends. I absolutely love the friendship she has with one of the brothers. What Anna doesn’t understand about the club is…she now has a much larger family than just Rake. Rake the ever overbearing protective alpha brother has made sure that all the brothers know Anna is off limits, Ha! we all know how that goes…
Arrow is a broken man, living with the guilt of Mary’s death he believes he should never be happy.
Let’s just say I enjoyed the hell out of the relationship of Arrow and Anna, that girl is feisty and she takes no s***! Arrow has found his match in the battle of wits, when it comes to this girl. These two have chemistry that you feel as your reading. I enjoyed each page of this story I read it cover to cover never wanting it to end.
Chantel doesn’t disappoint at all in this book, I always look for more from her.
Can’t wait for more!!

Unfortunately for me, this just didn’t grab me. It wasn’t a story I enjoyed – it was just okay.
Let me just say that I really disliked the heroine (Anna) in this story. She was really quite a bitch and so childish and immature. I just couldn’t get her at all. I just felt that it was all a bit try hard for her – like was Anna feisty or funny? No, she just came across needy and ungrateful.
The whole tug of war that Arrow was going through – I want her – I don’t want her was driving me nuts and to top it off - they were suddenly together – like one minute he can’t make up his mind and the next he can’t get enough of her.
I just couldn’t connect to these characters or the story.
I was disappointed with the first book and again with this one.
Again, I’m not saying don’t read it – it just wasn’t for me.

Introduced in the first book of the series, Dragon’s Lair, Arrow is a flirt with a soft heart. After he is broken by tragedy, Arrow seeks revenge. Arrow’s Hell picks up with him having done his penance and learning to live with his new reality. Enter Anna – brainy, beautiful and his “brother” Rake’s sister, which makes her totally off-limits…or does it?
Honestly, Arrow is my favorite character. He has depth and strength that you very rarely see in a MC book. Does he make mistakes and act like a jerk? Of course he does, but he has good qualities that far exceed the bad. He is an extraordinary character.
Arrow’s Hell has a well developed story line with strong and amazing characters. Chantel Fernando has created a biker world that draws the reader in with her superb writing. I can not wait for the next installment. If you have never read an MC series before, give the Wind Dragons a chance. They will, without a doubt, turn you to the wild side ;-)

Shew.. I haven't read not one Chantal Fernando story that I didn't love!
Arrow, I loved from the last one but I didn't think I could like him from a love interests point of view... Same with Tracker...I don't understand wanting someone or having feelings for someone but then sleeping with random women... motorcycle club or "lifestyle" or not... it's just tacky and gross... I guess I'm just onea those types of chicks, I don't give many chances, if you F it up... that's your bad...
Anna though, she was tough, I liked her relationship with her brother and with Tracker, they cracked me up...
I even hope Talon gets his own book. I bet he's got an awesome story and I'm glad Anna wanted a relationship with her, I think he really cared about her from the beginning. I hope Rake gives him a chance eventually.
Anyway... long story short, this was an awesome book and this is gonna be an awesome series, I can't wait for the next one!

Oh my........could book 2 be any better than book 1? I didn't think so, but hell yeh! Arrow and Anna are hot together, both are secretly crushing on each other, but Arrow knows that the younger sister of one of the MC members is off limits. Anna is sick of Arrow blowing hot and cold, he doesn't want her, but nobody else can have her, she's had enough! When Anna Leaves the clubhouse when it's on lockdown, she starts a string of events that have a knock on effect for Arrow and herself. So well written with some very strong characters that you can't help but love. A must for all Dragon MC fans, book 3 here I come.

HEA Part of a series - Has ties to the first but can be read as a stand alone. I read the first book and loved it.
This was good addition to the series. The story has all my favorites, a strong alpha male who is possessive and likable, a strong, smart female lead and great supporting characters. It is well written and has a good, stgeady plot with a twist or two. Arrow is filled with guilt and regret after the death of his girl, Mary. He does not feel that he deserves to be happy. Anna is just what he needs. She is tough and outspoken. I like how she didn't sit around and mope about Arrow and his back and forth ways. She laid it out for him. She empathised with his feeling regarding Mary, but she would not allow him to use Mary as a excuse for denying his feelings about her. I like how she stood up to him and everyone else that got in her face.

Wow this series just gets better and better. The MC still has their bad habits and smoking hot Alpha males with all that bossy personality. But with this series Chantal Fernando gives us strong, independent and well educated women. These stories are funny and entertaining, steamy and erotic and a little heartbreaking. This is a new favorite for me.
In Arrow's Hell you see how the decisions made in the first book play out across the lives of the MC members now 5 years later. Decisions that were made have consequences and some old wounds are still not healed. Arrow is dealing with his own demons when the beautiful spitfire Anna walks into his life. They are drawn together despite their best efforts not to be and sparks fly.
This is a novel and a series not to miss.

Arrow! <3
Arrow’s story was everything I was hoping for and more! I thought Anna was just what he needed to finally move on and deal with some of his anger. If it was anyone else, I don’t think that they could have pulled him out of his grief. Anna was just the right amount of independent and sweet. And damn funny, she had me cracking up like crazy, especially her scenes with Tracker! These might not be the most dark and edgy MC books, but they are so well written and the characters are so lovable that you can’t help but get hooked on them. I’m looking forward to the next in the series which I’m really, really happy will be Tracker and *hopefully* Lana! With all the build up they better get a HEA or I’ll cut a bitch, probably Ally…lol

You need to read the first book to understand the background to Arrow's story. After the ending of book 1 I couldn t wait to read this to get more of Arrow, he's intense, closed off and so comflicted. After Mary he thinks he doesn't deserve any kind of happiness and try's to push Anna away but damn she's stubborn, I loves Anna's character, she's funny, opinionated, loyal and persistent , when she manages to get the lip twitches from Arrow I felt her sense of accomplishment. Biker books aren't usually emotional but this is, it's written beautifully, don't think there's no drama because there is with surprises along the way. I'm going to counting down the days till the next one.

Loved it! After reading Dragon's Lair, I couldn't wait for Arrow's story and it was definitely well worth the wait. I was caught up in the storyline from the start. Arrow feels unworthy of love and fights Faye every step of the way. He's running from demons of his own making due to guilt and his thoughts of failure to protect those he cares about. Faye sees beyond all that and wants him for the man he is, flaws in all. The chemistry between them is explosive and hot. Storyline is captivating, action-packed and hot. Has a secret revealed that I didn't expect. Definitely a page turner book. Can't wait for Tracker's story. Received an ARC copy from Netgalley for a honest review.

It seems like I have waited forever for this book to come out and I was not disappointed. Love this new series and I really loved Arrow! Really enjoyed the story and how Arrow and Anna got together. So many MC books lately have been about nothing but the detailed sex between the couple and there is no story. This was the opposite and I really enjoyed reading it. Don't get me wrong, there was still "hot sex" in it but the story line was still great. Can't wait for Tracker and Lana's story. Luckily we won't have to wait for it as long as we did this one since it will be out in two months. Yeah!!

I'm just speechless! This book started by grabbing you and pulling you in right in. It was fantastic. The characters are wonderfully developed and very realistic. This is the first MC book that I've read that has taken this route. The main character being a sister of one of the club members. Of course she's going to fall for one of the forbidden club members. There was a twist near the end and holy smokes it knocked my socks off! I was extremely thrilled to get this book from the publisher for an honest review. I highly recommend this series. Eagerly waiting for the next installment!

Another amazing book by Chantal Fernando!! Arrow & Anna are fantastic characters and their story really brought out my emotions. Arrow was such a broken man and then Anna walks in and it's like a light finally shining in his dark world. He felt so guilty & beat himself up when really it was never his fault. I loved how strong & determined Anna was. She never gave up on Arrow and I loved watching Anna break through to Arrow. This book was beautifully written and I can't wait for Tracker's book!!!

Arrow and Anna fit perfectly. Great book. I love that Anna is kick ass and she doesn't take crap from anyone. I also love that Arrow can admit he's head over ?. I was a little concerned with his guilt over Mary but in the end he got his act together. Can't wait to see Tracker and Lana's story. I hope the 2 MC's interact some more. And if course all the sexy scenes are awesome.

Loved Arrow, loved Anna..another easy to connect with, swoon worthy read from Ms Fernando! She has a complete knack for writing a possessive male that you have no other choice than to love! A kick ass female that doesn't put up with games from club hos..put these two entities together and they shine! ~Dawn http://www.facebook.com/twounrulygirls
Please RateArrow’s Hell
Arrow is drowning in guilt. Because of him being in The Wind Dragons MC the woman he loved was killed. He got his revenge and also went to prison. He tells himself that he will never love another woman again. He will not be responsible for another death. He spends his time getting drunk and hanging out at the strip club. That is until Anna one of his brothers baby sister comes back to town.
Anna is in college. She has been on her own for a while. So when she moves closer to her brother and his MC she's not used to all the over baring males coming around. If her brother isn't there to pick her up he sends someone else. It seems Arrow always draws the short stick to be there waiting for her. Or is it? lol
I loved how Anna was a firecracker and put up a fight every-time they tried to lock her down. She wanted Arrow and never backed down from trying to get under his skin. The relationship was a slow build.
Why not a 5 Star?
I felt bad for Arrow losing Mary the woman he loved. I honestly didn't like that it was mentioned so much. I also didn't care for the drama at the end between Arrow and Anna. It just didn't sit well with me.
Over all I didn't love this one like I did the first one.
Can't wait for Trackers story next. I'm excited because we got a lot of him in this book. He became one of Anna's good friends. He also has a piercing. lol
