This book is just amazing. I've read it over and over at times and every single time I read it, it hits home. I've recommended it so many times to different people. I needed this book to let go, I'm so happy I read it. Thank you!

Telling it to the reader the way your closest long time BFF would. You will feel pain, you'll cry, you'll curse at the one you loved and expected more of. And you cry some more. This book made a big impact when I needed it. I will survive this one as I have in the past and a person grieves in their own way. Be healthy now Let It Go. Good Book. Every one reads books and everyone has a different opinion. won't know whos right until you've read it yourself.

this is an awesome book all the way through. a nice, quick read. it's like a less accusatory, less depressing "he's just not that into you." This one lifts you up and tells very relatable stories. quick chapters. I finished it in a couple hours (with naps).

This book was full of rehashed advice and pithy cliches easily found in scores of self help books and talk show host monologues. There were also a considerable number of typos which I found to be very distracting. The reason my rating is a 3 and not a 2 is the sincerity found within its pages.

This book really hit home. Never has a book touch my heart and explained every emotion, good & bad that I have been feeling. It offers you hope, perspective, forgiveness, acceptance, and everything in between to help you move on, not knowing what or who the future holds, but assuring you, it WILL be okay. For anyone going through a hard time, especially in a relationship that is or has ended, you MUST read this. Thank you, Heidi, for this most perfect book of writings.

... or at least you could play the Pandora radio station designed after Cher's "Do you believe in Life After Love" while reading this. It's a light read that parses through the gamut of emotions one experiences while moving through heartbreak. I'd recommend it to anyone who needs a little motivation and perspective on moving on or anyone who loves reading about healing a broken heart!

I thought it would be more about the acts of how to let go not about analogies and basic common sense. It was hard to follow based on the fact I thought it was about letting go actions. Not good but not bad either

Anyone whom has let go of a lover, after letting go, then attempted to let go once again; should read this book. It's empowering, and engaging. The advice, and feelings the author talks about hits so close to home, you find yourself tearing up throughout different chapters. Beautifully written, and comforting life advice.

Not a bad book and some chapters were very relatable however it leaves a pit in your stomach. It's as though the author is fighting to let go. Sometimes we need to take off the rose colored glasses and see these individuals who lied and cheated as the scum they are and not sugar coating it for more than it's actually worth. I personally don't think they deserve such a nice ending.

I used to write poems and be really into them and i was just a poetic little person lol but when my family found them they kind of shamed me for it because were not like "feely" "emotional" type and it really put me down and recently i have been wanting to write again but its hard for me to "switch" it back on since it was all shut down at a young age and discouraged and seen as dumb or useless and irrelevant. This is a good start and I want to get back into writing again just need to find my voice again. i also got "our numbered days", "milk and honey", "the last time i'll write about you" and I am open to suggestions if anyone would like to let me know thanks!

This is a great book that deserves 5 stars but with the numerous typos, I can only give it 3 stars. The essays are written in a way that's not preachy. The tone is very matter of fact - like talking to a wise person who has been through everything you are experiencing. I'm currently trying to get over a break up and I could relate to so much of what the author touched on in each essay. If you're at a crossroad in your life this book can help put things in perspective. It will also help you handle the guilt associated with loss, mistakes, and heartbreak. Hopefully the book can be edited again to catch the typos.

I bought this book without much expectation. However, after reading just the first article, I can tell that I will be reading this book again and again for years to come. This book is for anyone who needs a reminder of the AMAZING person that they are and that no matter the obstacles you face, you will conquer.

I want to start out by saying thank you to the authors. As a sometimes suicidal always depressed insecure female this book made me cry happy tears. I loved it it said everything I needed to hear. I have read it over and over I may buy a physical copy as well just because it ment so much to me. I recommend anyone who's ever doubted them selves read this and take the message to heart. If only the first chapter.

A friend lent me this book. It reads like someone's journal or collection of essays. I found myself rolling my eyes and waiting for more "How". Maybe I missed the point entirely (her writing is the "how"?) but this was not for me.

I didn’t buy the book someone bought it for me. It’s nice to feel understood especially when you yourself don’t understand what went wrong or why it didn’t work out. This book also made me feel like I wasn’t alone in what I’m going through which is especially helpful when you are having a hard time moving forward or forgetting someone you don’t want to forget or when you’re having a hard time forgiving someone who hurt you so bad. It makes you understand what you feel and what you’re going through and how to go through it. Buy this book cause it will help you feel better.

Being a person that's currently going through a tough time myself, having read this was a blessing for me. I was able to take out a myriad of bits and pieces from this book that really resonated within me and gave me a sense of hope through this cynical and somewhat jaded emotional roller coaster I am currently undergoing. A very profound read that will definitely touch your heart and your feelings deeply.

Going thru the hardest breakup of my life, this was a truly moving book. It might not help you thru the 1st month after the breakup, when emotions are the rawest. But as the rawest of emotions begin to subside a tiny bit, READ THIS BOOK!!! It will help you with closure, and acceptance, more than you can imagine.
