Marry Me at Christmas is the annual Christmas story in Fool’s Gold and Susan Mallery really pulls out the stops in this one to make it a very fun and romantic story for the holiday. Longtime resident and wedding shop owner Madeline Krug is thrown into the deep well when she is asked to help plan a small, intimate wedding for her Hollywood star crush Jonny Blaze. She’s out of her element in planning weddings but finds working with Jonny very easy when she gets to know him. Maddie might have been a little tongued tied in the beginning but then she realizes he’s just an ordinary boy, doing what he does best to give anything to his sister to make her happy.

Jonny is making Fool’s Gold his new home and finds it extraordinary that they treat him as one of their own and are really friendly. He can go about his day walking around town without the fame hanging around his neck and finds it incredible when they aid him in keeping a low profile in town. Working with Maddy is nothing what he expected and finds it refreshing when she doesn’t go all fangirl on him. They grow into a comfortable rhythm and slowly get to know one another over the weeks leading up to the wedding. He isn’t looking for love, and when his backstory is revealed you can understand his hesitancy of putting someone in that position of being his love interest and dealing with his fame. But it seems the more he is around Maddy then more he’s given it a hard look and wonders if she could be the one. After He takes in Raven I fell totally in love with him! He’s my kind of hero.

Maddy herself isn’t immune to heartache but plays down herself that Jonny wouldn’t be interested in her ordinary self. She doesn’t give herself much credit but Jonny sees that there is more there when she is total upfront with him and intrigues him even more. Maddy is fun and loving and cares for her town and her family and friends, as she keeps his business private, and makes an effort to include him in family fun activities throughout the town. She is a likable, funny woman and it is nice to see her get support in friendship from the other women in Fool’s Gold.

Its holiday time in Fool’s Gold and that means its festival season too. The town is buzzing with activity and the local townspeople are swinging into action as usual with decorating and planning, which is always delightful when dealing with a Live Nativity and Toy Drive. It is always good to catch up with the girls when they lunch together at Jo’s and hear the latest of what is happening in their lives. I fell in love with Fool’s Gold and I’m amazed that this series still feels so new and fresh to me after 18 stories and still going. Marry Me at Christmas is a total package of fun, laughter and romance all in one story and truly and charming addition to the series. I loved it!

Madeline Krug is part owner of Paper Moon, the bridal shop in Fool's Gold. She loves helping brides pick out their wedding dresses and seeing them so happy. Her friend Dellina is an event planner and is too busy to plan a small wedding, so along with Mayor Marsha they both ask Madeline to plan this wedding. She thinks it will be a great experience. She hears the brides name is Ginger Blaze, and at first doesn't recognize the name at all. Then all of a sudden she realizes that the Blaze name could very well be that of her major crush, Johnny Blaze. Turns out its his little sister.
Johnny Blaze came to Fool's Gold to live quietly. He wanted normal, nothing like L.A. or Hollywood. But he finds out that this little town is nothing that he thought it would be. He can walk through the streets and no one will bother him. So odd. He thought that some people would at least bother him. He is introduced to Madeline to help him plan his sister's wedding. Johnny finds her to be honest, refreshing and down to earth. Is she awakening long deadened feelings in him?
While working together on Ginger's wedding Madeline and Johnny spend a lot of time together, as you would expect planning a wedding you have to go over the food, flowers and invitations. Since it is the holiday season, Madeline is showing Johnny around the town and introducing him to the many festivals and things going on in Fool's Gold at this time of year. As they spend time together, they start to share interests and like each other. Madeline sees past Johnny's star power and into the real man he is. Johnny has never opened his heart and doesn't say I love you, he has endured too much heartache in his past to let anyone that close. He will do things for people to show them, but will not say the words. He is not a forever type of guy. Madeline is trying to remember this and keep her feelings to fun and short term. But as the time goes by her heart is opening more and more. Will Johnny be able to open his heart to her or will he leave her broken hearted.
Susan Mallery has brought us to Fool's Gold once again at Christmas Time for a warm and wonderful story. Its full of fun, love and heart. She knows how to keep us as her readers happy. I enjoyed this book from the front cover to the end. This is a wonderful holiday story full of everything you want at this time of the year.

My Review:
I have to admit, I'm a sucker for this trope...and I'm not even sure what to call it...when the normal girl next door catches the heart of the most wanted man in Hollywood.

This was just a fun book. Madeline runs Paper Moon, the bridal gown store in Fools Gold (I LOVE the name of it.) Ever since she heard Jonny Blaze was moving to town, she's been a little bit flustered over it. Every one of her friends knows about her crush on him. It's really kind of sweet just how awkward she is around him. So, it's a huge deal when Mayor Marsha comes to Madeline to ask her to help Jonny plan his sister's wedding for the day after Christmas.

This is everything a Christmas story should be...sweet and fun and full of those tiny magical moments that left me with a smile on my face. I love how overwhelmed Madeline is by the thought that Jonny could even be interested in her. And I love how aware Jonny is about his "famousness". This is another book that shows just how perfect this little town is, because they couldn't care less about him being Jonny Blaze as they prove over and over again. I loved those little glimpses of his ego taking a decent hit. It showed that yes, he's a huge movie star, but still just a normal guy. He's aware that his life doesn't make a good environment for relationships, but that's where Fools Gold is perfect for him...because here he IS just like anyone else.

It was a fun book, full of romantic, holiday moments. I loved getting to see the town in its holiday splendor. I think this book is right up there among my favorites from this series. It's hard to beat Charlie and Clay...another one of those "normal girls gets the star everyone wants" stories. I also LOVED...omg, I was laughing out loud...at how Clay and Jonny know one another. Classic and so funny. I also adored how Jonny handled the older ladies...Eddie and Gladys.

Like I said, this one's a winner. Tons of fun and laughs. The story left me with a smile on my face and happier for having read it.

I received a complimentary copy of this book in return for an honest review.

Great story for Christmas time. Love Fool's Gold and all the people. The story was full of love, laughter and family. Even if you're famous, you're just a regular person in this town. Mayor Marsha seems to know all. But how? And Gladys and Eddie are hilarious as usual. Madeline and Jonny make another cute couple. Now on to the next in the series. Love, love, love it.

When Madeline, part owner of a wedding dress shop, meets Jonny Blaze her heart is racing and the lightning bolts strike just as her mother warned her. Madeline attributes this to his star power and not true love. Jonny, a Hollywood star, has recently moved to Fool’s Gold. Madeline is asked by the mayor to help Jonny plan a small wedding for his sister. I loved this special heartwarming Christmas story as Madeline and Jonny get to know each other and overcome their fears.

Fool's Gold + Christmas is the perfect combination. I love, love, love anything to do with Christmas, and Marry Me at Christmas was the first holiday book I've read this season. It definitely exceeded my expectations.

Jonny and Madeline were such a wonderfully sweet and fun duo. What I really enjoyed about this book, though, is that the romance wasn't so insta-love-ish, which was refreshing. Overall, it was smooth and warm, just like hot cocoa on a winter day. :)

Loved this one! I always look forward to a new Fool's Gold book, but this one is probably my favorite (if second, only to Felicia's story). The storyline was great and I had missed some of the 'flip" remarks characters made as those weren't as present in that previous two. As always I love Eddie and Gladys and their antics and it was great how the main character, who is a movie star, was written to appreciate those little things in life. This one was a quick read so slow down a little and enjoy it! It''s a keeper!

Fool's Gold, Christmas and a wedding, what more could you ask for? Mayor Marsha asks wedding boutique owner Madeline Krug to help plan a small Christmas-time wedding for her celebrity crush's sister. She discovers that Jonny Blaze is just a normal guy who is famous. It was fun to see how Jonny reacted to life in Fool's Gold since it was vastly different than what he was used to and how Jonny and Madeline overcame their thoughts of unworthiness to come together. A great read to continue the series.

Jonny and Madeline learned the wisdom of the old adage "don't judge a book by it's cover". The heart is the one true window to a person's soul. Marry Me at Christmas was a no brainer for me. Once the main characters let their inner light shine, it was easy to see that there was something worth exploring. The outer package may have been a little off putting but the wants, hopes and dreams each had were similar. I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

If it’s fall, it must be time for a Fool’s Gold Christmas story from Susan Mallery.

I love these stories, for so many reasons.

They’re romances, hello!?!?!

They’re set in Fool’s Gold, the best fictional town in California.

They’re set at Christmas time, when we love to snuggle with a warm afghan, a cup of tea, and a good book.

The steamy love scenes of the other Fool’s Gold books don’t appear. I like my love scenes to be behind closed doors, and the Christmas books meet my criteria.

In MARRY ME AT CHRISTMAS, we finally get to meet action movie star Jonny Blaze who’s been mentioned in the other 2015 Fool’s Gold books. Madeline Krug, part owner of the local wedding dress shop, is asked to plan Jonny’s sister’s wedding planned for the day after Christmas. Jonny has been her movie star crush and she’s intimidated by the thought of even meeting him, much less working with him.

Madeline manages to be professional and she and Jonny plan the wedding and attend some of Fool’s Gold’s local holiday festivities.

I love stories about two worlds colliding and I especially love stories about when a public life and a private life collide. Because at heart, we’re all just people swimming along in our lives, trying to work, love, and laugh and feel like we have a purpose. Whether our purpose is touching people’s lives through the arts or pouring coffee, we’re all happiest doing what we’re meant to do.

So all that combines to make MARRY ME AT CHRISTMAS a great book, for winter, for Christmas, for anytime. I love it!

The holidays are always special in Fools Gold, California. This year, Madeline is asked to help Johnny Blake plan his sister’s wedding for the day after Christmas. There are two problems, 1. Madeline has never planned a wedding before even though she runs the bridal shop, and 2. She has such a crush on movie star Johnny Blake that she can hardly speak in his presence. As they work together to plan the perfect wedding for Johnny’s sister and her fiancé, Madeline comes to see Johnny as a regular man who wants to have a normal life in his new home. Johnny begins to see Madeline as the perfect woman for him. Come to Fool’s Gold for the holidays and enjoy the magic of the season.

I love the Fool's Gold series. I have read them all, and I own many of them. Madeline has been around through many of the stories, and this time the story is all about her. She finally gets her Prince Charming. I like the characters, but I felt like the story was rushed. I still liked it, I just didn't love it.

Another Susan Mallery Christmas story!! Who doesn't Love that! I loved the hero, Jonny Blaze, in this story. A famous movie star that is really just a regular guy trying to give his sister the best wedding possible. The chemistry between Jonny and Madeline, the wedding planner, was steamy. Mallery writes deep love stories with fun humorous scenes that make the stories so real. I would LOVE to be able to watch Eddie and Gladys's butt contests on My TV!!

I love Fool's Gold at Christmas. Madeline and Johnny where a perfect couple. I liked how Fool's Gold kind of humbled Johnny some from his superstar status. Then once they accepted him I loved how they protected his identity. Madeline and in part her family showed Johnny how it's okay to love someone and not everyone goes away. Of course Eddie and Gladys where their awesome selves.

This was a beautiful sweet story which is par for the course with Ms. Mallory and Fool's Gold.

This is a light read. The book is well written. The characters are very good. I liked Madeline and Jonny. Many of the things Jonny did seemed a little out of character for a tough, action guy (dog shopping scene for instance) but it was still okay. It did get a little confusing when so many previous characters are introduced into the scenes. Sometimes it's hard to keep track of who is married to whom, pregnant. etc. It was a fast paced, easy reading book. Nothing too in depth. Just a nice, light enjoyable story.

Sometimes people who think they are ordinary, will catch the attention of someone famous. Each of them looking for the same thing and not being aware of it. Love is in the air in Fools Gold again! Bridal shop manager meets famous Hollywood star! Madeline is so busy helping brides find that special dress for their special day and Jonny comes to Fools Gold looking for normal. They find each other and start their own happily ever after. Love this story.

The hero, Johnny Blaze, has such a hard time believing that the people of Fools Gold can see and treat him as just a normal person. He just can’t believe that they don’t see him as the big movie star that he has become. It takes just that special person to show him the error of his ways.
Madeline is just an ordinary person in her mind and can’t believe anyone like Johnny would want her. Even though she had a crush on Johnny at the beginning, she soon starts to see him as a normal person who loves his sister. Of course, when anyone in Fool’s Gold is asked by Mayor Marsha to help, you just can’t say no. Madeline and Johnny plan Ginger’s wedding together and the sparks fly.
Through this book, you are pulled into the lives of not only these two lovely characters but into the town.

I am a huge Fool’s Gold fan. After I read a book from this series I always think, “this book was my absolute favorite” then I read the next one in the series and think the very same thing. No doubt when I read Marry Me at Christmas it became my new favorite book in the series. I was worried at first that a book about the famous Jonny Blaze would be too predictable and he would be stuck up and all about himself. Mallery surprised me when she brought to life a very laid back and easygoing Jonny that was mellow and wanted to actually blend in with the quirkiness of the little town of Fools’ Gold. His unforeseen romance with Madeline was super sweet. I found myself falling for the likes of Blaze and his charms right along with Madeline.
Also included in this book were reoccurring characters from previous books and of course the ever so popular Eddie and Gladys. Also a new furry addition to the family, Raven which is a super sweet story in itself for Jonny.
If you are a Susan Mallery fan and an even bigger fan of her Fool’s Gold series, I highly recommend that you read this book. Great Christmas book!!!

A trip to Fool's Gold is always a joy to experience, add in the Christmas season, and a wedding and love is in the air. I couldn't put this fantastic book down and the characters are so special you have to love them. Don't miss the journey Madeline and Jonny take to find true happiness! Looking forward to my next visit to Fool's Gold!

Loved this story about Jonny Blaze (a movie star) & Madeline, part owner of Paper Moon, the wedding dress store. As usual Mayor Marsha works her magic, she has Madeline help Jonny plan Jonny's sister's wedding. Add in all the people of Fool's Gold, all the town's festivities & you have a wonderful Christmas love story. Can't wait to see what Susan Mallery comes up with next.

Christmas in Fools Gold is never boring and romance is always in the air. Things are no different this year in Marry Me at Christmas, a Fool's Gold Christmas romance. Jonny and Madeline are good characters who fall in love over planning somebody else's wedding. This is a quick and easy read and a better story than some of the last few Fool's Gold books.

This one has got to be one of Susan Mallerys best books in my opinion. I loved it from start to finish. Madeline Krug, the Wedding Boutique manager and part owner is asked to help plan a wedding for the sister of Jonny Blaze, a movie star who has moved to Fools Gold and whom she has really fallen for, from a distance, and from there you can imagine the rest. Heartwarming and fun, this book does not disappoint!

Marry me at Christmas is another great Fools Gold Book. Madeline and Jonny have an instant connection, however Madeline is convinced that its just the star power that she is interested in and not true feelings and Jonny is convinced that love is to complicated when the everyone following him around. But once Mayor Marsha gets her match making fingers on something there is no way to avoid falling in love.

What is not to like about this book. A movie star and local gal ( bridal shop owner) are thrown together to plan his sister's Christmas wedding. The town joins in to throw them together . A true highlight for me was the his acquisition of a dog. I had hope that their wedding would be at Christmas. It was a lot of fun and it kept me sneaking away to read.

Christmas is a time of magic for me. I've always loved everything about Christmas. That may be why I love Susan Mallery's Christmas stories so much. I take a trip to a place I love, Fool's Gold, and watch some Christmas magic happen. Fool's Gold is a place I've grown to love through these books, and I always love spending more time there. Watching Madeline and Jonny's story unfold was fascinating, and I'm just sorry that I reached the end.

Another Fool's Gold hit! I love reading this series and haven't ever been disappointed with any of Susan Mallery's books. I think that Madeline and Jonny were very realistic characters brought to life by having valid feelings and worries. Marry Me At Christmas had quite a bit of humor to it - I found myself laughing out loud! I sat down and once again felt like I was back in Fool's Gold, from start to finish - love getting updates on past character's lives also.

Of all of the Susan Mallery books this year, I enjoyed this one the most. The characters that showed up in this book were people I would like and that made the book fun. The themes of Christmas and wedding planning draw up happy feelings. The decision to face what you fear and push through it was another appealing characteristic of Jonny and Madeline. This book made me feel homesick for a place that doesn't really exist. I found myself wishing it was real.

Madeline struggles with this age-old question, as she's roped into helping Fool's Gold's very own Hollywood Heartthrob, Jonny Blaze, plan a small, tasteful wedding for his sister. Every idea Jonny has, however, is way over the top, and she finds herself having to say no a lot. But when he asks the right question, the answer is YES!

Susan Mallery's "Rescue Me at Christmas" - part of the Fool's Gold series, is a fun, lighthearted, quick read and definitely one of my favorites in this series! This time it's Maddie's story and her "mad crush" on Jonny Blaze. It starts off as a working relationship, then a friendship, and then it turns into a something that's so much more. Maddie begins to see him, the real him who just wants to be accepted for who he is, not what he does. You get to know their families and see the love and dynamics of each family. You are also re-introduced to the people of this awesome town. I love that he adopts an older rescue dog and how this town drives and strives to look after their own. With their annual adoption drives where they spruce up the babies for adoption, to toy drives for children at Christmas. It's such a great story and I absolutely loved it!

Susan Mallery gifts the reader with another excellent story from Fool’s Gold. The long awaited story of Madeline’s trip to Happily Ever After was worth the wait. Jonny Blaze wants his little sister to have the perfect wedding. Enter Mayor Marsha, to do a little match making. Madeline Krug owns the local wedding boutique, and goes all out helping her brides. Read it in less than a day! I just couldn't put this one down. Who could resist Madeline's cheerful attitude and desire to give every bride her dream. Along comes her crush, Jonny, who is a movie star who rarely meets anyone who treats him like a normal guy instead of a movie star, much less a person who feels protective of him. I can't exactly pinpoint what made this Fool's Gold book so special, but I thoroughly enjoyed every moment spent reading this book.

This book is part of the "Fools Gold" series. The best thing about the "Fools Gold" series is that a person does not have to start with the first book of the series. A person can start anywhere in the series and read the books in any order. The "Fools Gold" series of books are real "feel good" books when a person reads them. I have read reviews on books from the "Fools Gold" series that say that say that every book has the same basic premise of "man meets lady and so on" as we all know. That might be so, but the "how" of how they get there is totally different in every book. I have read quite a few of the book in the "Fools Gold" series and I have to say that, just like the others, I absolutely loved this book. Without giving any thing away about "Marry Me at Christmas", I loved Madeline and Jonny's story and you will too. So, pick up a copy today and enjoy!!

I'll start by saying Susan Mallery's Fool's Gold series is a must read for me. We all need a happy place to go and this is mine. Sounds cheesy I know but true. I don't need to read the synopsis to know I'll be reading the next in the series and love it. They are the type of book that when you aren't reading it you are mentally trying to figure out when you can get back to it. You know there is going to be a happy ending, no surprise there but that's why we read these books!! I love the town and catching up with the people but it can be a little distracting at times. I think it would be wonderful if there were a list and brief history of each couple, just as a reminder of sorts for people like me with bad memories. I find myself stopping and trying to remember people. There is a very good line up on her web site, susanmallery.com but a brief reminder in each book would be wonderful.
If you haven't read the series then go out and start with book one and you're welcome. You are going to love it!!

"Marry Me at Christmas" by Susan Mallery is the continuing story of the authors 'Fools Gold' series. Even though it is part of a series it can be read alone. The author does an amazing job with the characters in her books and it is easy to catch up. Personally, I love series books and I recommend this one. It is classic romance at its best. In this story Mayor Marsha asks Madelyn to be wedding consultant for Jonny Blaze's sister. Madelyn has a secret crush on Jonny and curbs her feelings at the same time. Being thrown together it's easier to think she can do it, but harder for emotions to comply.

I have to say this was my favorite Susan Mallery book. Not that I haven’t liked all of her books but for some reason Madeline and Jonny stole my heart. Madeline, part owner of a bridal boutique, is a down home kinda girl who has a crush on gorgeous movie star Jonny Blaze. Every time his name is even mentioned she becomes tongue tied and flustered so of course, it’s only natural that they are forced to work together to plan a wedding for Jonny’s younger sister. Jonny who is over the top when it comes to ideas and plans and Madeline who is grounded and realistic make a great pair in more ways than wedding planners. Their romance blooms slowly and takes them both by surprise but its honest and natural and so much fun to read. Really makes you feel as though you are a part of Fools Gold. Of course, there is always Eddie and Gladys and their butt-tastastic pranks! Susan, thanks for another great read

Another hit from Susan Mallery! I love the stories that Susan Mallery weaves through the town of Fool’s Gold. Her newest book, “Marry Me at Christmas” is a wonderful story about Madeline, who is the bridal boutique owner. She is asked by Mayor Marsha Tilson to help the famous resident and movie star, Jonny Blaze, plan his sister’s Christmas themed wedding within seven weeks. Although Madeline has never organized a wedding before, she takes on the job, (no one says ‘no’ to Mayor Marsha). Madeline has had a crush on Jonny for a long time and is star struck at first. Jonny wants to have a normal life in Fool’s Gold and of course wants to find true love. He is very involved with the planning and Madeline is visited by Jonny almost daily to suggest another detail for the wedding, just to see Madeline.
The story has humor, romance, and strong female characters. It is like “going home” because past characters are entwined with the story and the reader can see their lives continuing and their families growing. Having old friends from past novels adds to the plot especially our senior friends, Eddy and Gladys.
I love reading about Fool’s Gold and “Marry Me at Christmas” is another wonderful addition to the series.

Love this series and this book didn't disappoint. Johnny Blaze recently moved to Fool's Gold and Madeline has always had a movie star crush on him. When Mayor Marsha comes to her and asks her to help out with a Christmas wedding you can't say no. She finds out it is for Johnny's sister and needs to find a way to deal with him without acting like a fool. She realizes that he is a really down to earth guy and really nice and truly loves his sister and wants her to have the best wedding ever even though Ginger wants a small low key wedding. As the 2 of them are planning the wedding he goes to dinner with her to prove to her ex boyfriend and his wife that he is the one that lost out when he dumped Madeline. They end up falling in love and decide to get married but don't say anything as to not spoil the wedding. There are a lot of things that happen in between but you will just have to read the book to find out.

Marry Me At Christmas is a great love story and a welcome visit back to Fool’s Gold. This town and the people in it are wonderful! Even more, they are so funny! Fainting goats and pot bellied pigs are in the Nativity Scene. Two elderly ladies get so excited over being allowed to touch the hero’s butt that they forget to take a picture. The hero wants to turn his sister’s wedding into a major event with the Vienna Boys Choir. Without giving away too much, there were some lines that just made me laugh out loud. “Was it wrong to want a little tongue for the holidays?” is an example. Of course, there was a sweet love story intertwined with all of the crazy. Madeline and Jonny have been mentioned in previous books, so it was great to see them get their chance at love. I recommend this book for anyone who wants to fall in love and laugh while they do it.

Madeline Krug has been visited by Mayor Marsha and we all know what that means. It is time for her to find her happily ever after... She has been asked to help plan the wedding of the sister of her star-crush and newest celebrity homeowner of Fools Gold, Jonny Blaze. Once Madeline gets over "crush" and starts to see Jonny as a man things settle and heat up.

I really enjoyed this trip back to Fools Gold. The last couple of trips back to town have left me wondering where the love and fun and romance of Fools Gold was but this book brought it back. Along with all the characters we all love to see what is happening in their lives.

The best part of the book is the entire book as it focuses on Madeline who owns the local wedding gown store . I have waited for her story and so glad that it has started with this book. Always you will get a peek at someone else who was in an earlier book which is what makes Fool's Gold a Grand Slam Series!

MARRY ME AT CHRISTMAS – Susan Mallery Hit!!!
A romance with a Christmas theme is a feel good read.
Madeline is a partner in a wedding boutique. She has lived in Fool’s Gold all her life and considers herself a ‘small town girl’. Jonny Blaze is a handsome, famous actor. Jonny moves to Fool’s Gold to get away from Hollywood. He needs to be himself and hopes the residents of this small town will treat him as a regular person.

Madeline is asked to help plan a wedding for Jonny’s sister. How can she work with Jonny as she acts like a stuttering teenager with a huge crush. Then Madeline gets to know Jonny and they work will with each other. The Christmas theme makes this story all the more romantic. With a wedding, Christmas, snow, a lost dog, quirky residents and Mayor Marsha – Madeline & Jonny do not stand a chance.

WOW! Fool's Gold just keeps getting better and funner and.......more everything! Eddie and Gladys as always story stealers.........Mayor Marsha wish I knew her....the girls lunches sound wonderful...........Madeline and Johhny what a fun believable story line! This might be my favorite of the series...but then I tend to say that after everyone of Ms Mallery's books! Thank you for letting us visit Fool's Gold.....what an amazingly fun place to live!

i absolutely love the book. Susan never disappoints. I have enjoyed the Fools Gold Series. It's a small town and all about family and carrying about each other. I love the story of Jonny and Madeline. How they meet me work together for his sisters wedding and start falling in love. I hope you enjoy the book as much as I did. I so look forward to the next book. Very easy read and captures you from beginning to end.

Another great addition to the Fool's Gold series. This series just gets better and better! Madeline works at a bridal shop and has a huge crush on action movie star Jonny Blaze. As a favor to the mayor she has decided to help Jonny plan the perfect wedding for his sister, now the only problem is how to get her feelings under control and take on this new job that she has never done before. The perfect combination of humor and chemistry between the two main characters all set in the holiday season - LOVED IT!!!!

It's Christmas season in the town of Fool's Gold which is a magical combination! Madeline makes sure all the brides that come to her have the wedding dress of their dreams, it's more than a job to her. Now she is asked to help plan an entire wedding for a newcomer in town. Madelyn is always willing to help but this request is to help her Movie star crush Jonny Blaze. Well Madeline learns Jonny in real life is better than the movies and the magic of Christmas and Fool's Gold make this a heartwarming story. Loved it, made me want to get ready for the holidays!

Marry Me at Christmas is a wonderful romance. The main characters, Madeline-small town girl, and Jonny-famous movie star, are sweet and fun. Although the story is more about planning a wedding than the Christmas holiday, every fan knows you can’t ignore any holiday in Fool’s Gold. If you find a real-life guy like Jonny Blaze, I recommend you marry him! I received a promotional copy in exchange for an honest review.

Marry Me at Christmas by Susan Mallery was such a delight full book to read. The characters developed quickly and there was never a dull moment in the story. Love that everything is happening over the Holidays and Fool's Gold is just such an adorable fictional town that you can't help falling in love with everything the town has to offer.

Susan Mallery has once again reunited me with old and new friends. Each and everytime I read a Fools Gold Romance I feel as I am visiting my hometown and my Best Friends. This Enchanting and Heartwarming Christmas story is no exception. This story is filled with laughter, surprises, and sadness. Everything a good story is made of. I am waiting anxiously to read the next book in this delightful series.

If you love Fool's Gold, you will love Marry me at Christmas. Madeline gets the chance to work with her "crush movie star" Jonny Blaze arranging his sisters wedding. Everything is over the top with Jonny wanting the wedding to be extra special and Madeline job is to keep it simple. Jonny wants to be treated like an ordinary person and Madeline and Fool's Gold are just what he needs.

I got this book as a part of the review crew, so I broke my usual rule of not reading Christmas stories before Thanksgiving. All in all this was a very good and enjoyable Christmas romance. I'm not quite sure I find the movie star/small town girl totally believable but I certainly still enjoyed it.

I loved Marry Me at Christmas as much as I have loved every other book in the Fool's Gold series. Madeline may work in the fairy tale business of wedding dresses, but she never imagined being a part of a fairy tale herself. Totally stunned when Mayor Marcia asked her to coordinate a wedding for her movie star crush, she agrees because it sounds interesting and no one can refuse the Mayor! Concerned about turning in to a babbling idiot every time she is around Jonny Blaze, Madeline is pleasantly surprised to find that he is a really nice and for the most part pretty much a regular guy. Best of all, the wedding is for his sister!!! The Christmas setting adds to the magic of the romance.

The physical relationship is behind closed doors.
