I have never been into “out of this world” type stories. This was definitely a huge change of pace. You just gotta love the guys, they are just so different that they work perfectly together. And the way that they are with Tori is so adorably cute that you can’t wait to see how their relationships turn out. Though there is a lot of internal struggle within Tori, the guys try their best to help her... some more than others (grrr). And Tori is no damsel, she is strong, holds her ground and stands for what she believes in! I can’t wait for the next one...

Davis creates an interesting world in this story. Overall, I liked the story. It was interesting and I wasn’t sure what was going to happen. Tori at times annoyed me with her back and forth, and I did think that one of her guys was a little too pushy. I am interested to see what happens next, so will be looking for book 2 when it comes out in March.

This book was just super disconnected to me. I think it was cruel to show how solid Tori and Jensen was at the beginning and just ruin it no matter why. Like everyone was happy with their relationship and it gets pushed aside and hurting Jensen unnecessarily. Dane was also very annoying with his attitude towards Tori as well. Tori also suddenly tries to stop confiding in her friend Kylie and even runs the idea of wiping her memory out too? It felt like the author didn't know how to present this character. It was weird to see how the author thought was "close" with Tori and Cooper, but Cooper ended up taking his flirting to a new level and then apologizing for it? Seemed insincere and confusing. I'm not going to read the next one because this didn't catch my attention, had major multiple character flaws, and was unnatural responses between characters.

What a great read! I love reverse harem stories and this one is full of action and attraction. The storyline is really interesting and the guys are hot! Tori learns she is not just a normal teenager. Along her journey, she will lose someone she loves, but will she find her true purpose? I'm voluntarily reviewing a free copy of this book.

Great start of New Series.
Nothing in this book was boring I felt all characters and wanted want t get to know them better.
Tori seems normal HS girl with friends and stuff. But she's not! I loved The way Her origin was unrevealed slowly and that not everything was obvious immediately.
I will grab book 2 for sure!

Tori thought things just couldn't get any better... a cute boyfriend who meant everything to her, her upcoming graduation, all the awesome friends she had in her life... well, things were just perfect!
Then those 4 boys started school. and things just went haywire from there. She has an instant attraction to them- all four of them- but especially Dane. They try to tell her about her secret past, but it sounds so crazy. She doesn't know what to do, or who to trust!

Tori loves Jensen. That's that. Everything else is forced with a "magical roofie". Greatly dislike all of her protectors and their mentally of "owning" her even after stating that proctectors are not husbands.
The origin story is ripped of Superman. Beckett likes to wear glasses to hide behind it and where were her protectors every single time she got attacted...ding, ding, ding...never there and always a little to late.
This book made my IQ drop with the shear stupidity of it.

I love this story. The plot is different than anything else I have read. The characters are great. I really loved the guys. Especially Beck he is just such a sweetheart. I would have loved for there to have had been more one on one time between her and her guys(and more steamy scence...lol) But I am still hopeful. All in all I think she did a great job building her world and characters and I can't wait for the 3rd book!

The characters are full, the plot-line is familiar, but with a lot of twisty turns. I was pulled in by Chapter 3. This is a great thing, usually by Chpt. 3 if I'm having trouble reading it, I just put it down. Not the case with this book. I like the reverse harem concept, such a nice change. Yeah, Ladies! Once pulled in by the characters, I raced right through, and was left hungry for more. A good book to put in your library for a cold night re-read.

My first read from author Siobhan Davis. I was the winner of Siobhan Davis' giveaway for an audio book copy of The Lost Savior & The Secret Heir. Although I own several of her books, I didn’t own these 2 & had never read anything by her, my loss. Very well-written and enjoyable with captivating characters, now I just need to get the rest of the series, yes it’s that good!

This was a great book! The clash between Tori’s human life and, unbeknownst to her, alien life was intriguing. I was happy to see the internal struggle and that she did not just drop everything and buy into another persona because of what she learned about her history. The guys are awesome and of course I have my favorites ;) A great debut into this genre for the author and now I’m ready for book 2!

Tori has a wonderful loving ,caring, hot boyfriend (Jensen). They grew up together and you can tell they love each other. As the plot unfolds and four hot bad boys show up at school Tori feels a connection to them. She's lying to Jensen about everything, has fantasies about these guys all the while telling Jensen how much she LOVES him. Even after he catches her with them! She tells him he's her one and only, her universe. She is breaking this sweet boys heart and then has the nerve to feel offended when he gets made at her. So Jensen is the only character I like and watching his heat break is painful. Loyalty and honesty mean a lot to me as person so I can't help but hate Tori and the guys (who are deliberately trying to break them up). I'm not event at the 50% mark and I don't think I can finish it. Every time Tori goes with the guys I want to scream. I doubt that's what the author was going for. Also Tori's origin story during a memory /vision TOTALLY ripped off Superman. I mean come on sent in space ship by her parents to earth to save her, landing in a farm field. Adopted by an older couple that couldn't have kids, developing powers like super speed. I described it to my husband and before I even finished he was like "SUPERMAN". Not original at all.

The story was interesting itself... felt slightly like Superman as a girl... the reverse harem aspect was just okay. I didn’t especially care for the boys and kind of feel let down by the lack of character development in them. I think Tori is thus far a strong girl character but would like to see more of that. And honestly I read the book 3 times in a week...
Jensen kind of disappointed me and I love/hate cliffhangers. A good read overall.

Loved it! It’s greatly written with strong characters. That’s what I love about Siobhan Davis writing. The lead female starts out immature but grows into a Independent strong female. I can’t wait until the next book. It’s a must read

I really like Alinthia she was struggling with so much yet she tried to take control and acknowledge what she is becoming. The guys were a little aggressive. I didn't like the push and pull with them. I felt like I was getting whiplash most of the time. I thought for being protectors they really sucked. I hope the next book is better for them.

Really enjoyed this book! The story is great, the characters are great! I got really annoyed with Tori and Jensen and was glad when that ended lol I mean how can you ignore destiny!? Really excited to read the next book and see how things go now that Tori/Alinthia knows about the prophecy! And to see her relationships grow with her protectors!

Good story, good characters, but I get a little put off with the mixing of human & alien characters. Like including Kylie in on this & not her other besties. Is Kylie human? Also, fix her relationship with Jensen or he'll be used liked Jack!!! I LIKE the 4 protectors. I look forward to seeing their relationships develop more with Tori!

Warning! Some of the information in the review can be viewed as SPOILER!
First, I wanted to say that I really enjoy Siobhan Davis’ books and love most of them, so it was hard for me to give only three stars for this book…. Although, the 3 stars mark is not bad at all. The book just did not influence me as Inseparable did which I loved a lot and still think about sometimes.
I loved the Saven series and enjoyed True Calling very much (if speaking about space/alien oriented stories), so I was excited when the author informed the readers that she is writing this new series; the only thing that worried me was Reverse Harem, which I was not very acquainted with before.... Now I know why I did not try other books of that kind… as it turned out – I cannot enjoy relationships where is one girl and more than 2 boys which she truly likes. Although, I love complicated relationships and enjoy the stories where the girl has one boyfriend at the beginning, then she changes her mind and chooses the other one, but 4 alien guys + overly jealous boyfriend were just too much for me…
The story starts slowly and the actual set is in a usual High school in a small town where a 17-year-old girl has a boyfriend she loved and friends she enjoyed to spend time with, but then she meets a stranger in the mall and all the action starts… Then 4 handsome boys start to go to the same school as the heroine and everything changes. She feels strange pull to the boys and cannot understand why she feels so many emotions towards them; her boyfriend gets angry and changes to the nightmare, not a boyfriend.
So... at the end I just hated Jensen, I hated him so much that I could not read his dialogues with Alinthia (Tori) and really wanted them to break-up. He seemed so immature and unsure of himself. He was not nice at all, that is for sure.
Then there is Cooper who thinks that the world swirls around him (as he looks like Bieber)and I hated him even more than I hated Jensen… Cooper showed how unimportant Tori’s feelings and wishes were to him (I apologise to those who think otherwise, but this is just my opinion). I liked Mad Dog and Dane the most, as these kind of heroes I really like.
While reading this book, I understood that I am one, max two-guy, relationship girl :) I think that I could have enjoyed the book more if there were only 2 guys, not 5.
Anyway, I still want to read the second book as I need to know how their Harem will resolve and how the story ends.
However, I believe that book is good enough to try because if I experienced bad feelings such as hate, then it made me feel at least something and think about it a lot, which means that I can recommend it to those who enjoy RH.
The book is well written and interesting, although, unfortunately I cannot say that it is one of my favorite Siobhan Davis’ books.

Siobhan Davis is one of my favourite authors. And she never disappoints us. Her RH book is a really good read. Tori thinks shes just a regular girl until her life twists upside down when she crosses path with the alien who finds her before her protectors find her. The barn scene was a little emotional but written well.

I absolutely loved this book! I devoured it from the get go! Tori’s life was going so great, and then these guys came barreling into her life! I’m not a space/six-fi reader, but this one was awesome! As soon as I finished I as so upset, I need book 2! This series is going to be awesome, I just know it!

I dread, DREAD writing this review. Anyone who knows me knows I LOVE Davis' Saven series. I went into this one desperately wanting to love it, yet hesitant to delve into the sudden fad that is Reverse Harem. Unfortunately, it just didn't work for me. Maybe it's an age thing, but the MC just seemed immature and the high school drama was nothing new. Except take boy drama and then multiply that by 4.
I just don't think the " Why Choose" tagline of reverse harem series works for me. I'm a sucker for all encompassing romances, and even the occasional triangle, so it's not a fault on Davis for my dislike of the genre.
Rather, the fact that I delved into this book despite swearing I wouldn't try it speaks volumes to how much I love the author's writing. The Sci-Fi aspects of The Lost Savior were done well and I have no qualms there, nor with the characterization of the 4 boys who are all Interesting and charming in their own ways.
I think readers will definitely find their favorite of their boys by end of book 1. I believe this book sits at a late middle school high school level of maturity/reading level. Those who are well past their high school years may feel the pain of our MC's immaturity and drama llamas accutely. That, however, does not mean it isn't for you. Each to their own, though if you're like me and distinctly dislike reverse harem, steer clear, this book most likely isn't for you. But what do I really know? I'm just one person with one opinion! Try it out and form your own!

I had never heard of the term reverse harem before, so after reading what it was all about, I really had no idea how I was going to like it. It was just such a new genre, I guess, for me? Genre might be too strong a word..Regardless of my slight hesitation and second-guessing, Siobhan ABSOLUTELY blew me away.
I was so impressed with how she made me feel connected to each of these guys as well as to Tori. The way she describes these aliens too. I mean, I just found it so fascinating! They are each unique and different; I really enjoy stories about aliens (Hellooo, Saven series? SO GOOD you guys...) and sometimes they are described in such a..typical way. It can be a little bit of a let down when they’re described the same way as usual I guess, but Siobhan never lets me down. I always love picking up her books and knowing that the way she’s crafted these characters is going to be unique and something I’ve not read before and I just love her so much for that! I have no other reverse harem books to compare this to, but I am totally hooked. I don’t want the story to ever end. The connection she has with each of them too, feels so authentic! I wasn’t expecting that at all. I thought after reading about reverse harem that it was going to feel forced..like..just not plausible for the character to be the way it’s described. But it felt flawless; effortless, the way they each bonded and how they balanced parts of each other out, how there was an understanding between each of them on different levels.
So, yeah..I totally loved this book haha can you tell!?
There are certain scenes also, that I HAD to read over again, a couple times actually..just because I loved them so much!
I can’t wait for the second book to release! ❤️❤️

At first I wasn't sure I would like it but it did not take long for her to draw me in, like she has done with all her other books, and let me wrap myself up in this story. This is a really Interesting concept for a story and I love that this series combines the RH with the sci-fi! This story revolves around Tori, who discovers that she is the last saviour for the galaxy, and her four protectors, Dane, Cooper, Maddox and Beck. I think this series is going to get better and better as it continues and we see Tori get older and come into her powers! In this book Tori books bonds and connects with her protectors, however, at times it appeared forced due to it being pre-ordained. I did not like all of the protectors in this book but I am sure that they will get better as we get to know them more throughout the series. Cooper especially annoyed me with his over the top affection for Tori. This book sets the scene for the series and it has everything a reader could want, including, intrigue, evil, good, romance and friendship. A recommend read and a good start to a new series. Bring on book 2!!

I was so so excited that Siobhan Davis was returning to the genre that got me reading her work. And while for the most part this was a good read, it just didn't hit the notes for me that True Calling and Saven Deception did.
Yes, it's unfair to compare this to that, but it's because I know Siobhan can knock it out of the park with this genre that this read was disappointing. I think one of the reasons it didn't quite work for me was because the book had to do a lot of the world, and character heavy lifting. And with there being Jensen, Becket, Madox, Cooper and Dane to have us fall for there just wasn't us much room for action and all the awww I've got my OTP feels.
With that said, I'm certain book 2 will be great. We know all the characters, have a feel for the world and powers. So here's to book 2.
*I'm a lucky fish and on the author's ARC team*

Yet another great read from Ms Davis. A different take on the alien theme. This time a reverse harem- every girl's fantasy is to have swoonworthy hunks looking out for her!
Tori thinks she is a normal high school senior, in love with the boy next door, with great friends and loving . An encounter with a not so friendly alien will completely change her life. Tori finds out she's not human after all and has powers which she needs to learn how to use. Who better to help her than four fellow aliens who have been sort of 'programmed' to protect her since birth. Difficult to resist the obvious attraction between them. Added to their problems is an unknown enemy. Gripping stuff!
Must for Supergirl fans as there are similarities.

This is an interesting start to the Alinthia series. I have not read anything from the author before, but I found that she is able to weave a wonderfully detailed world. I am excited to see where she takes this story next!

A fantastic read about a normal teenage girl who finds out that she is not that normal after all. Not only is she an alien, she has 4 gorgeous protectors, who make her feel special. With lots of laughs, love, drama, and wicked cool powers, this book keeps you entertained.

I love Siobhan Davis! Her books always draw me in, and The Lost Savior is no exception. Following Tori’s adventure had me laughing, yet frustrated, but in awe of the many directions the author takes us. I’m glad I read it, and wish The Secret Heir was already out. Well done!

Siobhan Davis does it again with another intriguing series. At first I wasn't sure I would like it but it did not take long for her to draw me in, like she has done with all her other books, and let me wrap myself up in this story. Kudos to you for another great beginning to the series, cannot wait to see what happens next! I voluntarily reviewed an advance complimentary copy of this book.

Tori is your typical high school teenager until she physically runs into a guy at the mall. He follows her and her friends as they head home. Then everything goes crazy for her. Read to find out what happens and who comes into her life.

Holy cow! This book is really good! It starts off kind of awkwardly but I'm glad I kept reading because it really picks up. I will definitely be reading the next book in the series and checking out other books by this author.
