Ram Das has written his best book in Polishing the Mirror. His meditation in this book has been read multiple times and the entire book twice as I glean new experiences from each reading. A life changing read that is a must read. Wonderfully written.

Another sweet gift from this beloved acharya. A wonderful, intimate offering. It is such precious distillation of the teachings he has offered during this lifetime. A treasure to be savored and read again and again, whenever inspiration is needed.

Excellent book from the great spiritual master; well written, maintains your interest. I didn't give it five stars because many stories are repeats from previous books and audio programs. However, if you're new to Ram Dass, then this is a great place to start.

went to India the year I began teaching at West Point, and he came back as Ram Das while I was in Vietnam, so I was not into the drug culture, but I liked his spirituality and still do, so I loved this new book.

Just read introduction so far...I didn't pay attention to the copyright year, 2013 when I bought the book, but the intro ends with "August 2013". I read this and thought "wow, it's only August 6th, talk about "being here now, it's like Ram Dass just wrote this for me!" I'm thinking it would be a nice "truth" if Ram Dass wrote the introduction in the past week, but I can live with the publishing lie that it was probably written a while ago and dated to coincide with publishing date.
