In the last Eve installation Johansen reminds fans why we love Eve so much! She is not only a master artist, but smart exhibit.s true grit in horrific settings! I was hooked from the beginning to the end! Also, there a lot of other stories to be told on the series, so I hope Johansen delivers them. I would love to see what happens next with Jane and please,oh please with Catherine and her love interest!

Another suspense thriller with Eve and company. You cannot put the book down for long and Eve and Company continue to contain more and more characterization. However, be sure to start this series at the beginning for the maximum experience.

Another awesome read by Iris Johansen. If you haven't read any of her books, I highly recommend that you start. I love how her books keep you with the same characters. They truly feel like a part of your family because you get to know them so very well.

Again I never review but this is becoming the norm now. I like the way the characters came together in this series however this was not the best one of the three. A tad too hokey on some levels. I will continue to read about Eve and her family and friends but I hope they come down to earth soon.

The third in a trilogy, the adoration society comes to save the recently canonized St. Eve Duncan. Is this literature? No. Is it a fast fun read? Yep. However, the Eve Duncan stories are starting to grate on my nerves. Eve is on a pedestal so high, she is no longer reachable and is getting old. Quinn is redundant in his never ending adoration of her is getting old. Jane's obstinance is not her best feature and is getting old. I spent most the time wanting to duck tape her down. And by the way, did she ever go back to the hospital and get healed? That was left hanging. SPOILER ALERT: Trevor's demise was a relief; now I won't have to read a dozen books of how he adores Jane which would get old. See how irritating redundancy becomes? Ms. Johansen needs to go in a different direction; this formula has run its course and, pardon my redunancy, is getting old. And for Godsakes, please let little Bonnie go and rest in peace.

I enjoyed the story......just found the anger and hostility that all the characters have is a tad overdone.
So serious for so long. It just doesn't end.......I get it, but it's tiring to read.
I will still read the Eve novels, guess I can't get enough,

Johansen is one of my favorite authors. Her books are difficult to put down. I know that whatever she writes will have unexpected twists and turns. Her characters are really fleshed out and three dimensional. Couldn't put it down.

I really enjoy the Eve Duncan series. All of them. This was no exception. That being said Ms Johansen dragged it out and it could have been done in one book. To much rehashing for my taste but nevertheless a five star for me.

Another awesome book in the Eve Duncan series. I enjoy reading all of the books that Iris Johansen writes but my favorites are with Eve and her family. The only problem is I can't put them down once I start them. :)

I really liked this book the last in this series. If you like mystery and suspense you will like this book.
After reading all in the series I think it was dragged out a bite that is way I only rated it 4 stars.

Once again, non stop action mixed with raw heart bending emotion. Iris Johansen spins here characters stories so well it's easy to forget that the are fiction. You always know that a story is good when you finish with tears in your eyes.

Characters at their finest. The pace was great, story telling the best. Could not put it down had to finish it. I cannot wait for the next story. I always enjoy the characters and anticipate the next.

These three books should've been combined into one novel. Thankfully I knew this before I started reading them. I definitely would've been ticked off if I would've read the first one then had to wait a year to get the second one then wait again to get the third. I feel this was done in a way to get more money out of the loyal readers of Iris Johansen books. Shame on you. Otherwise the story was a good read. But the idea of so many diverse people being that loyal and overwhelmingly enthralled by Eve is kind of bordering on making me nauseous.

Silencing Eve was a very interesting book. Easy to follow and you just knew she would be alright but not sure who would be the hero because there was a lot of people on the chase. Very interesting read. Wondering what comes next.

I love Iris Johansen books and especially the Eve Duncan series. They keep you reading even when you know you shouldn't be. You do need to start with the first books in this series to really appreciate Eve Duncan and what has happened in her life. I really liked that she brought in many of the characters that Eve has met and had dealings with along the way. A great book and a great series.

Eve and Joe are great characters and Iris Johansen makes their lives and challenges a great read. Johansen is one of my favorite authors. I hope she keeps building more exciting stories around the main cast.

There is lots of action and a bitter sweet ending. You will want to have all three books, but it is a long read. Toward the end you think you will never get there. Great books, just maybe a little too long.

Johansen met all expectations with this one too. I love the Eve Duncan series. You have to start from the beginning with the series, but I guess they could stand alone. I'm not sure because I read them as they came out.

Could not wait for the final chapter, and this definitely did not disappoint! Very good ending to the trilogy. A little sappy with the writing, "your Eve", and the way Caleb speaks to Jane, but I still had to keep reading to get to the ending.
Very satisfying.

I especially love her Eve Duncan books. I would have given it five full stars, but I was a little put off by the middle-East, al-Qaeda part. That said, it was a great book with a large cast of Eve 's friends showing up to try to help her. I would have given it 4 & 1/2 stars if I could have figured out how.

This trilogy was very good. I thought that the last one of the series was the best. I am rooting for Caleb! Can't wait to see where Iris takes us next. She always has such imaginative and heart wrenching stories to tell. Hope we do not have to wait long.
