Review:This short story did hold my attention. I would have liked to hear more about Martha's recovery and beauty's life after Nancy's departure. I pray for the children of abuse. I gave it 3 stars bc there were a few words / phrases that were seemingly not correct grammar (deaf trap). Read more
Review:There is nothing that brings out the mothering instinct like a story with Maya. She is fabulous and tells it like it is. There are many times as a mom I have thought about what would happen if my children went missing....Maya puts it all much better. It was wonderful that she finally got the hedgehog she has always wanted. Maya may be a smart ass but no one messes with her family. Another great romp through Ridgeville. Read more
Review:I emailed Michael about this story and told him how much I loved it and his Riyria Series. He was kind enough to write back and thanked me for my comments. I hope Michael writes more storys. I cant get enough of Royce and Hadrian... Read more
Review:Almost impossible to read in the Kindle format. You have to go back and forth between the questions and answers. The answers do not reference the questions they belong to, so you keep flipping back and forth. Good information, terrible delivery. Read more
Review:Good story even if you have never seen the movie. If you have seen the movie, there are nice details the movie couldn't bring to the screen and the characters will be familiar with more details into Holly's family. Read more
Review:This book reads like an adolescent girl's diary. Choppy, sophomoric writing, little to no character development and an annoyingly implausible storyline that went nowhere in 5 chapters. Pass on this one. Read more
Review:While I loved (LOVED!) the Chaos Walking trilogy, I didn't like this story at all. The Viola in this story is more of a "typical teenager" than she is in the books -- all she did was whine, mope about, not appreciate what her parents and others did for her, and whine. Did I mention whine? Because she sure did whine.
Maybe younger folks are interested in reading about characters like that, but older ones might want to skip this (even though it's free).
It is a YA book/story, so I'm ... Read more
Review:For a very short story Tonight packs quite the punch. I loved it so much I wanted so much more. These two had such chemistry packed into 48 short pages.
It may seem like a quick fall into love but it was actually 5 years in the making. After being told by his brother that Wiley is not gay David had no hope for anything more than his lingering stares at his brothers best friend and his vivid fantasies to keep him company. But what if Derek has been wrong this whole time, what if Wiley is a... Read more
Review:3.5 The beginning was good, the middle, leading, then you get to the opening of the doors. There isn't much after that. I get it has to be explained why and who. But, it was lost to me. Unless it was meant to be like that. Read more
Review:Unless something is wrong with my kindle, short isn't the true description, "tidbit" should describe this tale. A prologue and chapter 1.
that's it.............please enlighten me if there is more. Read more
