Mystery & Suspense
Review:I just LOVED this book! Its had suspense and romance all in one. There is some graphic details of forced sex in the book that may bother some people but it doesn't take up much of the book and if it was skimmed over you aren't missing anything important plot wise. The ending was awesome, never expected it to end the way it did. Read more
Review:A great series of stories! There is just something so hot about a man in uniform...and these books were full of all kinds! I prefer a series that includes the involvement of the characters from the previous books, and this did. Suspense, mystery, romance, hot men, strong women, lots of twists...what else can you ask for? Review:Booker Booker BOOKER! Hello hotness wrapped in a birthday suit with coffee. This story absolutely blew me away, we’re introduced to Booker and understand that he is not the most uplifting man at the moment because there’s so much going on in his head but we just don’t know what exactly and then enters Cat. I love the determination in this woman and how she’s trying to build a sold life with her own business. As we go further along in the story we’re given breadcrumbs into Booker and why he’s in ... Review:I have read several Linda Howard books before, so when I stumbled upon this book in the library, I decided to check it out. While it's not perfect, it is a very interesting read.

Review:The way the characters were developed especially
Mary and her strong personality.
The murderer was pathetic and it made me sad he was filled with
Prejudice and hate from his parent. We fear what we don't understand. Read more
Review:Although written in 1988, this story grabbed me from the start, full of unexpected twists and turns. The H and h are strong, interesting characters caught up in an exciting and unusual situation. Both characters are so believable and likeable. I rated the story overall at 4 and would assign a sexy rating of 4.5. Good, growing sexual tension and some good, but not graphic, sex scenes. Well worth reading. Read more
Review:Lily is a much scarier female protagonist that many in other of Ms. Howard's books. She is a hired contract killer - mostly hired by the CIA. Without giving away the plot, which I hate when reviewers tell almost the whole story, Lily is going to meet her match in Lucas Swain who is even trickier than she is. Swain is more tender-hearted and feels that Lily has lost out on a lot of life. However, he was sent to take her out of the game and so falling for her is not a good plan.

Review:Okay, slap me silly, but I actually enjoyed this romance. Reese Duncan was crushed by his first marriage. His ex-wife took him for everything and it has taken seven years to have the ability to run his Montana ranch in the black. Now he needs more: a wife and children in that order, but he IS NOT looking for love.

Review:I was just checking on Miss Howards new releases and see where "The Cutting Edge" is coming out in hardcover
with a $17.00+ price tag. This book was written well over 10 year ago as a paperback. Shame on Miss Howard
and her publisher for releasing this in hardcover with hardcover price. Unless the story has been completely re-written an updated then perhaps a paperback re-release would be acceptable. ....Note: This is the only place I could find to put a warning as the book has not bee... Read more
Review:This delightful book is one of Linda Howard's best-an impressive accolade considering her incredible ability to tell a story.
