Star Wars: Episode I: The Phantom Menace
Star Wars: Episode I: The Phantom Menace

Review:If you found the movie in any way disapointing, and even if you didn't, read this book! It's way better than the movie, which, while enjoyable was also confusing at some points, and I found it very difficult at times to connect with the characters. Not so with this book. Anakin especially was well done; I found him extremely annoying when I watched the movie, but here not only can we finally see what makes him so special, but we can even relate to him. Qui-Gon as well is much better portraye... Read more

Star Wars: The New Jedi Order - Vector Prime
Star Wars: The New Jedi Order - Vector Prime

Review:A dramatic story packed into the Star Wars universe, this book keeps you engaged from the first pages as you follow Yuuzang Vong invasion and reckless defense on the rim of the galaxy. You see how Solo children develop their Jedi skills and how they test the Force to find new sides of their personality.

Good reading that I enjoyed very much and would recommend to any Star Wars lover. Read more

Star Wars: Shatterpoint
Star Wars: Shatterpoint

Review:Finally, a novel about one of my favorite Jedi of all time. The main plot is very good. Mace Windu's fromer Padawad, Depa Billaba, is sent to Mace's home planet of Haruun Kal to battle the Seperatists. Once there, the Republic hears there is a CIS pullout of the system. Yet Depa still hasn't returned. From there, Mace has to go and investigate and find out what's happend. Shatterpoint was an excellent book made better just because it was about Mace Windu. It also added more depth to a really one... Read more

Star Wars: Millennium Falcon
Star Wars: Millennium Falcon

Review:Not only is this book THE worst Star Wars universe book I have read(and I have read them all), but it may be the single worst book I've ever read. The plot is just...clumsy, the ending is horrendous, the middle is meandering. Back to the end, was there even a point? Was there a chapter missing or something, I mean, what was that? Worst ending ever. All that for a imitation, and nobody seemed to care? Yep. The history of the Falcon was ok, but the plot, the dialogue, everything was just at... Read more

Star Wars: Red Harvest
Star Wars: Red Harvest

Review:I am very excited about Star Wars branching out into other genres of storytelling within this universe. Usually Star Wars follows the template of an adventure-fantasy-historical mix. This time a horror story is told, a zombie story, that takes place thousands of years before the movie narratives. A Sith academy is infected with hungry, undead students and masters all because a Sith lord, Darth Scabrous, stubled upon a potion that could make him immortal. It makes him immortal, alright!
A coup... Read more

Star Wars: The Force Awakens
Star Wars: The Force Awakens

Review:Enjoyed it, there's a little new information that is probably from deleted scenes which I hope will show up in the dvd release. Interesting snippets that weren't in the movie indicate Kylo Ren knows who Rey is and where she came from before she was left on Jakku. Can't wait for episode VIII! Read more

Star Wars: Battlefront: Twilight Company
Star Wars: Battlefront: Twilight Company

Review:Different from anything in that I have read before with the Star Wars name on it. A nice change of pace away from the big names of the Star Wars universe. I enjoyed a look into the rank and file of the rebellion, a nice read Read more

Star Wars: Cloak Of Deception
Star Wars: Cloak Of Deception

Review:Cloak of Deception is a very political book. Instead of the great Jedi action Star Wars fans have come to know, this book is really about Sumpreme Chancellor Valorum and the corruption that plagues his administration. If you are not a avid star wars fan you will not understand what they are talking about. Cloak Of Deception takes place mere months before The Phantom Menace. It explains how the Trade Federation blockade comes to be. It gets deep into the rule of Sumpreme Chancellor Valorum and th... Read more

Star Wars Legends (Republic Commando) - A Republic Commando Novel (Star Wars
Star Wars Legends (Republic Commando) - A Republic Commando Novel (Star Wars

Review:This was a really tough read--especially at 430 pages. Normally I can blow through Star Wars novels in a weekend or a little longer, but this one took me awhile. The problem? The story was just soooo stagnant and ultimately ended without ANY of the problems being solved or any meaningful insight revealed. This kind of storytelling makes it very hard to want to keep picking the book up enough times to finish it. The only exception was the section toward the end that took place during the batt... Star Wars Lost Tribe of the Sith - The Collected Stories
Star Wars Lost Tribe of the Sith - The Collected Stories

Review:Starts out a little rough but becomes a good read. This e book made me late to crossfit a few times which is hard to do. I like the sample stories in the end however they leave me wanting more. On the same note I want to learn and read more on the tribe. I would love to read more from the author and maybe see some artist renditions of the characters on Wookieepedia. I recommend this e book. Read more
