Review:This is such a nostalgic book for parents to see. I am a 4k teacher. I used this book for the kids to "read" the pictures one day, then watched the movie the next day. I loved it that many were not familiar with the book but loved the movie. Read more
Review:Batman: Gotham by Gaslight is a short Elseworlds collection, answering the question: What if Bruce Wayne became Batman in 1888? First, Batman sets off against Jack the Ripper, who has taken up residence in Gotham, but then Bruce Wayne is arrested as Jack the Ripper, himself. Review:The books are loved by my students. However, the first book, Dog Man, is backwards in the cover. The pages are partially cut off.
UPDATE: Book 1 is falling apart. The pages are falling out of the book. Not happy. Read more

Review:These 'comics' are really well made and beautiful. I imagine that they will last forever. I can't say about the content just yet because I've purchased them as a xmas gift for my nephew who saw these at a bookstore and expressed interest. I love buying reading material for all my nephews so if they keep publishing more of these I will surely continue to buy them. Read more
Review:Great Great Read. I was instantly hooked after the first volume and had to order the next two, then after reading those two, i thought to myself why didn't i just order the whole set, because that is what ended up happening anyhow. Just caused me waiting impatiently for More! 100 percent recommended. Read more
Review:I weakened and bought this book a second time, not quite remembering why I disliked it. After all, Mark Millar is one of my favorite modern comics scribes and this story has been announced as the basis for the next "Captain America" movie. Then, after reading the let down of a "climax," I remembered what bothered me. I also bought the companion comic, "Choosing Sides", and another, even more compelling reason to be unhappy with this "epic" story hit me square in the heart. Does anybody remember... Read more
