Book 1), Bite Me: (Bitten

I loved the storyline of this book. The flow from action to romance and back was quick and effective. My sister would love this book also. There are some grammar errors in the book, so another edit would be good.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this story. I especially liked Conner, but sometimes Donna could be annoying. She was okay with him bitting her and drinking her blood, but how dare he buy her a dress. Really!

Spectacular story line and well written, did not want to put it down.
I felt that some of the descriptions were a little long winded, like describing a particular sean taking three pages (?) one full page maybe but more is just to much.
Anyone liking paranormal romance would enjoy this.

This is another book where the female lead is just plain nasty to the H, under the guise of being "spunky", or "feisty", or "independent", or whatever. The h in this story yells, stomps, sticks her tongue out, huffs, sighs, throws things, shuts doors in people's faces, and generally acts like an annoying child throughout the entire story. I've given 2 stars for my review because the writing, taken as a whole, is not bad. Not great, but not bad. There are worse books out there.

Donna really does have a dry, sarcastic sense of humor and her friends only add to it. Conner has such patience with her and he is beautiful. It is so satisfying when a 400 year old vampire finds his mate. This book has a lot of laughs and much information about vampires. Donna is stubborn to a fault. She finally lets up some but not much. I will continue to enjoy reading this author's books.

Wow! Great story line and love scenes that make you quiver!
Kept me up late turning page after page! Couldn't wait to find out what happened next.
Whether it was a heated love scene or the suspense of being kidnapped.....

What a great little story. A little over 200 pages I think. I love vampire books but Scottish Vampires are wonderful. I wish that he accent was in the book more. But that's ok because I enjoyed this book so much. It not anything fresh and new but it was well written and a joy to read.

I really enjoyed this story. The world that was created was interesting and Donna and Conner were both fun together. There was action, romance and sex in this book. The story wasn't ground breaking, but it was a fun read that hit all the right notes. If you enjoy supernatural adult books that aren't too heavy that are a complete story (the next one is about a different couple) then I recommend this one.

I loved it! I bought the whole series after reading this book. I was just trying to get back into reading after having my baby girl. So my fiancée gave me his tablet and showed me the free books. I love the authors writing so much. I had to come back to review all of them. Donna and her friends made me wish I could join their group. l loved the world the author created and the love passion between Connor and Donna.

What a wonderful love story! Donna and Connor are the perfect couple but they are plagued with a woman from Connors past. There is unexpected twists to the tale that is also action packed. I can't wait to read the next in this series.

Good story with lots of action and sex. Donna and Conner couldn't be any more opposite yet it works for them. Donna brings out Conner's humanity and Conner presses every one of Donna's buttons. Bite Me is an excellent start to the series and I hope the rest of the books are just as interesting to read.

Exciting read. Loved the whole story line and the characters

Supernatural vampire story was very enjoyable without being over the top. Story moved along at an enjoyable pace. The adventure of Donna were believable and we'll told

So I've read Christine Feehan, Charlaine Harris and am a huge fan of the BDB. this was a different take on vampires. Everything was very normal, of course, the vampire is hot, his human mate to be is strong and sweet..... Or strong and sarcastic as the case may be. I love the sarcasm! It's a fairly quick read with sexy times, some laughs and a lot of fun.

Loved this book. Was fast paced and an easy read. Kept me entertained from the start. Conner is a hot vampire. Love his humane traits, such as the headache he gets dealing with Donna. Donna was so funny & independent. Sometimes she was a little to stubborn for her on good. The sex scenes where great! If you want a quick, easy, fun, sexy read, try this book!

I absolutely thought this story was creative and interesting. I couldn't get enough of Connor and Donna. They were thrilling and the chase was exciting. I thought Donna was awesome with her bluntness and her feistiness. I'm glad I read this story because it totally blew me away. In some ways this was humorous and dramatic. I really couldn't get enough.
