A Bad Boy Romance Novel (The Cocker Brothers of Georgia) (Volume 1)

Most freebies are average or bad, this was surprisingly good. It grabbed my attention and kept it throughout the book. Will read the other books in the series. A great surprisingly good free read and another author to add to my read list..

OMG I'M IN LOVE ... the Cocker Brothers have just stolen my top favorite brother series! Can't wait to finish up the rest of these. Jake and Drew's story is sooo good. Grabs you from the start.. Great I can tells he likes blunt honesty, Drew is small town girl moving to the big city looking for a new start. Jake is In your face Alpha male,and doesn't hold punches. Their chemistry is off the charts from the start! He's a cock bastard gotta love him. Not your typical story line either which is good , lots of great plot twist and business up of the whole family!!

Good writing, even better characters. Lots of witty, fun humor. Jake's family was entertaining to say the least.
I found some of the southern dialect annoying. (I'm southern, some of the slang was annoying)
No cliffhanger!

This was a great book! The storyline flowed flawlessly, could relate and happen in real life! The chemistry was off the charts! Looking forward to the next book in this series!

I discovered the series by accident, I actually read the second book first, but since they are all stand alone books it was no problem to read them out of order. I love the characters and the storyline, you really can't go wrong with these sexy guys and interesting heroines, and there was plenty of hot and steamy romance. Perfect summer read, or great for cold winter nights. Faleena Hopkins sure has a new fan in me and I can't wait for the next book.

Cocky Roomie... what's not to love, Sexy Cocky Male lead, with 5 hot brothers, beautiful smart leading lady. Hot dirty sexy time between the sheets, laughter and alittle suspense. Absolutely loved this story and I can't wait to read the rest of this series. I am so glad one of my favorite authors suggested this book as apart of her monthly book club. Happy Reading!!

Loved the meet your prospective roommate scene. Wow. Hot scene. Loved listening to it on the audible version. In fact I have listened to this book twice before I wrote this review. Reading the book is good too. The Jake and Drew flirting around their attraction is funny, frustrating and oh so hot. I adored the Cocker family....talk about witty and funny dialogue. This book will keep your interest and you will be going right to the next Cocker romance to keep getting your fix of this author's uniquely refreshing books.

I enjoyed reading Drew and Jake's story, well written storyline. It kept me wanting to read more and find out what would happen. Loved them, can't wait to read the next story I'm the series. Recommend reading

Cocky Roomie is the first book I read from Faleena Hopkins and I loved it. It drew me in from page one and keep me turning the page till I was done reading the book.

Drew Charles is a sweet Georgia peach looking to rebuild herself after her husband cheated on her. All she needs is a roommate to help split the bills until she find a job. Jake Crocker is the sexy bad boy who answers her ad. Both get a big surprise when they meet for the first time. Their instant chemistry is off the charts. There is 2 main problems. Jake is 8 years younger and not ready for a serious relationship.

Can Drew get over the age difference? Is Jake ready to let go of his single ways?

I really love family stories and the first one in this series of 6 brothers and their children starts with Jake, the fifth brother. He meets Drew, a female who he thought would be male, when she comes to look at the room he has to rent because his younger brother has shipped out to Syria. He tells her 'No' but she persuades him. She only has a highschool diploma and no work experience at age 33 and no job. She spends her time job hunting and finally after 2 weeks she has landed an interview. Jake is 25 and has worked for his uncle in construction since he was a teenager and is now helping his uncle manage his company. This Friday he has a double surprise: his uncle is sending him out to manage the Denver operation until his Denver manager can get his drinking under control (if he does) and his uncle has somone for him to interview for a job - Drew This turns into a great story with the whole family involved. I recommend this book!

The book is well written and I enjoyed the interaction between the brothers. The book is interesting and a real page turner and I couldn't put it down until I finished it.
