How to Get Your Way in Business and in Life - Sell or Be Sold

I highly recommend this book to anyone. Totally changes your thought process. Grant Cardone is an extremely cool guy. I like how it was easy to read and summed up everything in the end. I've doubled my sales by just reading this book. Powerful stuff. Thanks.

Selling can have very poor connotations, but, as the author explains, the art of negotiating and persuading is part of life! I am going to read the book again; after I finish the other two books I bought by Grant Cardone. Many thanks!

Sell or Be Sold by Grant Cardone has an interesting premise...that everyone is a salesperson, no matter the profession. And, when you think about it, we all are. How well we sell ourselves or our product(s) is what determines our success (and how much) or not. I found there were several things he states that I already "knew." However, I had not really taken and owned that data to make my life better. It was interesting that as I was reading certain passages that I could immediately spot where I went off course in selling myself or my product and then started going downhill. There are some things which he repeats several times and while this might normally bother me I know he is doing this to ensure that the point gets across to everyone who reads the book. I wasn't expecting a lot of closing techniques when I got this as the description lays out what this book covers, but I definitely got more out of it than I anticipated I would. I then went to his site where he had a sale going on, some items at huge discounts, and picked up a few more useful books and audio mp3s. This particular book is for anyone in any profession who wants to do better in life, whether that means staying in the same profession but prospering or changing professions entirely.

I had negative perception about selling until I read this book and realized that selling is the part of our life. Everyday we sell, or be sold!

This book rearrange my mindset about selling and able to accept it as a part of my life. If you want to be successful in life, and business, you need to sell.

Many times authors seem to write to show how smart they are and that they can theorize. This author did a great job of proving how competent he is and that he understands the dynamics of the selling process. This is a book that all people should read; this can help not only in the vocation of selling but also in the process of life - not only sale's people, but all high school students should be required to read this.

This was my first Grant Cardone book, my position requires me to sell and that has never been my strong point. This book hit on all the things that made me insecure of my ability and has empowered me to refocus my time and energy on becoming great!

Packed with workable data on becoming not just a better salesperson but a more productive person in all aspects of life. This book is very easy to read and understand. The author has a fantastic sense of humor. I was able to apply the data from the book immediately and saw an increase in my production. I love it!!!! It delivers what it promises 100% plus!!! Can't wait to read Grant Cardone's other books!!!!

Very easy read. If you've ever heard Grant Cardone speak, this book is written the same way. However, don't look to this book for lots of specific examples, it gives strong general guidelines and is written to motivate you to take action.

Grant brings it and does not hold back. Finally someone who is willing to say what others are thinking. This book has already generated me income. The right pressure applied in the right place can create a diamond. This book is the pressure you need!

A lot of grant cardone's books are well advertised but his books don't have a lot of substance. Most of the advice in this book are obvious such as agree with your customer and treat them well. A lot of it is the same material from 10x
