I wanted to read the Bourne series because I really loved the movies. However, I quickly began to realize that the movies are nothing like the books. They are still very interesting and for the time it was written so filled with detail. It's just funny nowadays reading about tapes to record things on. Though I liked the movies better, the books were interesting for me to read. There's even a very interesting discussion Bourne has with a Russian agent in the Bourne Ultimatum that reveals a very telling line to what our American society has become.

I had read the other Bourne books before they were made into movies and really enjoyed them. I was not as impressed with this as I was with the others. This story is good I just did not like how everything was brought out. If you are a Ludlum fan I would for sure give it a go just don't forget it took place in a different place and time than the movies.

A thrilling conclusion to the Ludlum triology of Jason Bourne. The book had me hooked form start to finish. It described the scences so that you could feel like you were there watching the chase unfold.

I all read of the three jason bourne series books in one go.
I became a slight overload...
The books are good, well written, and I enjoy the multidimentional universe Mr Bourne live in.
A tad long winded when you read all the books in quick succession.

While the ending is a bit "Bondsian", I found this book very readable and enjoyable. To me it was almost like two books in one; JB conquers one task only to find he must conquer another. Very entertaining.

Too wordy with lengthy descriptions of everything including the character's innermost feelings.T. Locations are places non-world travelers are totally unfamiliar with. Plot moves entirely too slow making the book unnecessarily long.
