The basis of this book is contemporary information about the healing properties of using H2O2. There are formulas and ratios of drops to water, and more. I had to find out from a friend that it is essential to use the H2O2 in distilled water, and it is absolutely essential to take it on an empty stomach (no fewer than 3 hours between something going in your stomach and drinking the water, or gas will rise up uncomfortably,) and what it is good for.

The author has a few typo's and I wish there were better editors to look after a few details like that, but the paper pages were good, and clean. The writing is overall more than clear.

If I were rating this book solely on the importance of the information being rendered, I would give it five stars. Sadly, this is one of the sloppiest written and published books I have read in a long time. It might or might not be the author's fault -- it's hard to say. I have to believe she is a smart person, just being able to write a meaningful book on this subject. Rarely, if ever, have I read a book so filled with grammatical errors. It is as if the manuscript was written, sent off to an editor/publisher, then that manuscript was published as is, with no one bothering to proofread it for errors. I was unable to find the name of a publisher in the book, which leads me to believe that the book is self-published by the author. All of that aside.....

The information contained in the book is most valuable. The author, Mary Wright, knows her subject backwards and forwards and has an extensive bibliography of research in her book to back up her information. Not to mention her own personal experience of many years using the title product of her book.

It makes me very sad that I had to downgrade her book by two stars just on the basis of her sloppy errors (in delivery, NOT in the information itself) but it was the thing that I felt I had to do.

Good information, but repetitive and uninspiring. Formatting, organization and over all feel of the book left much to be desired. There are many typographical errors. The book was written in a conversational tone and sounded folksy rather than professional. I wish I had spent my money on one of the other books on this subject.

Although this book has valuable information about the use of Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide, it is one of the most poorly written books I have ever read. It obviously has not been proof read, which at times, I mean most of the time is just difficult to read. It is so blatantly repetitive to the point that I skipped parts just for a break. Also Mary Wright is not a doctor, however she gives direction about how a person should administer certain supplements, and this really isn't her area of expertise. Common sense for most people will allow you to make sound decisions with the information in this book, however common sense isn't always obvious.

Again, the book is worth reading, however just be warned that it can be difficult to read with so many grammar and punctuation mistakes. If the time had been taken to make this book more readable, it may be worth the price, however retail price of $27.95 is absolutely ridiculous. It's a $10 book at best, however I received it free.

Thank You all for taking the time to express your opinions regarding the caliber of material covered in "The True Power of Hydrogen Peroxide", her lack of edited writing skills and your references to "The One-Minute Cure."

I purchased "The One-Minute Cure" (copyright 2007) years ago and had started the H2O2 Drop Program on several occasions to get either side-tracted or disgusted with the taste (didn't try it with Aloe Vera as Madison suggests past 15 drops/serving) to begin to realize any true benefits of H2O2.

Fast forward several years and I started the Drop Program again the beginning of 2015. By the end of January, the "cell rejuvenation" and cleansing process must have kicked in and I found myself in the hospital with a swollen leg (trying to get rid of some infection) and a blocked iliac (leg) artery. Three weeks later, I was discharged to continue recovering at home from a new stent and all the antibiotics, strength & weight loss. Hindsight being 20/20, I probably should have started back on the H2O2 Drop Program, but I didn't. I put my entire fate in the hands of my doctors as we all tried to bring my poor body back to normal. Last month the swelling returned and another stent was put in below the first one.

It's January 2016 and time to re-examine the powers of H2O2 - Hydrogen Peroxide which brought me here to check for any recent and/or updated books on the subject. It appears that "The One-Minute Cure" and the book written by 'Mr. Oxygen' (both of which I have) are still the main Go To books. So wish we luck with this next go-around that I will start prior to my upcoming doctor's appointments and Thank You Reviewers of this book "The True Power of Hydrogen Peroxide" for not letting me waste my money when I already have the best "One-Minute Cure" guide.

This book contains some good information but the author's poor writing skills diminishes her credibility. It's as though it was written in a hurry and sent out for printing without proof reading .
I openly admit that I'm not a writer and never liked english classes back in high school, but even I can recognize poor writing skills.... It's difficult to loan this book to friends and family without first apologizing for the typos and poor sentence structure!
H2O2 therapy is an amazing concept and is a true life/health changer that's worth engaging in.... this knowledge needs to be spread to all citizens across America!
There are plenty of informative and well written documents out there pertaining to this subject, but, this one only gets a 2 star rating.

Possibly the worst book ever written.. Friend gave it to me, insisted that I read it..Dangerous.. lots of typos indicate to me that dosing info also lacks integrity. There are FREE books and articles like The Truth About Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide - James Roguski with much better, safer info..

The book tells how to dilute the Hydrogen peroxide and how to use it in many different ways on the body and food etc. It is important since a wrong dilution may hurt a person. I appreciate the book. It is a good source of information.
