PLEASE READ THE FIRST 3 BOOKS IN THE SERIES BEFORE READING THIS REVIEW!!!!

Ok - we basically start off where we left our darlings in Forsaken ....

Chad made sure all the bad guys were in jail, and he had this idea of 'The Circle' - a group of twelve people world-wide, who each own their own piece of information about the cylinder.
Should that all word out the way Chad planned it, it would make Amy and everybody connected to him safe.
And it looks like it's working - but there are still some loose ends ... like Jared, their former friend and hacker...
So Liam is working hard to make sure that they can live a happy and secure and free live from now on.

And with all the troubles still out there, there are also some happy moments...

Christmas is just around the corner...and some guy might propose to some girl ....
All very cute and romantic - in the midst of their still very unsure future.....

What will happen to Amy & Liam?
Is Jared one of the bad or the good-ish guys?
Will there be a HEA?
Will everybody survive???

Ugh :(((((( so sad. This was the last we'll ever hear from my darling Liam.

I was sooo in love with the first book in this series - Escaping Reality.
The bar was a tiny bit too high for the next three books. They just couldn't convince me the way the first book had...but I still loved them. You just have to. You needed to know how their stories would end.

And now that it's over, I can't wait what LRJ will come up with next!!!!

UNBROKEN was such a cute final novella.
It had this whole Christmas-epilogue feeling to it.

I loved it.

”Sometimes you’re the only reading I do breathe, Amy Bensen. But let’s make a deal. From now on, let’s breathe together.”

A bit of suspensy, mystery, excitement, romance, sexiness, love, hot-chocolate, fun and lots of adorable and sexy guys. Perfect ending to an amazing series!!!!!

GO AND BUY THE BOOK!!!!

Fantastic! Lisa Renee Jones created a world that was an intense roller coaster of suspense, intrigue and emotions, and yet was heartwarming as well as being sinfully sensual. It was such a captivating, beautiful, breathtaking journey for Liam and Amy that I loved being along for the ride. This series took root in my heart and it will take a long time for me to recover from such a breathtaking experience. The writing was just so beautiful and inspiring. Every scene, every word uttered every piece of the puzzle that I wanted to get answers to, played with my emotions. Unforgettable!

Liam Stone is Amy's safe place. And for him she is the only safe place that he has ever known and is in every equation of his life now and forever so, he kicks it in to overdrive, with his hot, bossy, sweet, demanding, alpha male control, but he does it with so much love that their connection is breathtakingly beautiful, in this swoon worthy conclusion.

Amy struggles with her emotions through her brother Chad's fake funeral, with the hope that this will help distance them from Chad and any enemies that think they have any knowledge of the "Cylinder". Seclusion is what Amy h as been used to for the last six years, a way of life that she had accepted, even embraced, out of necessity. But now coming home to New York, Amy and Liam will try to gain control again, by going out in public and hoping to finally be able to live a more normal life, just the two of them. These two damaged, deeply shattered individuals have lived defending themselves from future wounds with their self control. When Meg and then Jared show up and create more intrigue, suspense and another twist in their lives, will this cause their self control to falter?

You won't want to miss this ending it has quite the surprise. Will they be safe starting a new life together, creating new memories? Or will danger continue to be part of their new life together? Loved the ending! You will have to read this to find out how this series ends. Highly recommended!

An absolutely beautiful conclusion to one of my all time favorite series! Finally, it is the Happily Ever After we have been waiting for and Lisa Renee Jones finishes it with such grace and beauty.
With the enemies finally behind bars, Amy and Liam have a chance at living out their lives together forever. Amy is having a really hard time adjusting because she has been looking over her shoulder for years. On top of that there may be a couple missing pieces of the puzzle that are not accounted for. Liam is her safe place, her hero, her heart, but is it enough to finally move on from the past?

In the final installment of this beautiful series, one of my favorite all time heroes shows his romantic side. Oh don't be fooled, the dominant is still VERY alive, but to help ease Amy's mind, Liam tries his best to shower her with tenderness and love. Amy deserves the world, and Liam will do everything in his power to give it to her. With all of the turmoil and strife still lingering, these two amazing characters draw strength from one another, showering each other with love, affection, and devotion. The love runs deep and so intense between Amy and Liam, you can't help but envy their connection.

These two have been through so much. The obstacles, the struggles, all of it, testing their love day by day. Finally, their roadblock to happiness has been cleared.

I felt such a sense of contentment while reading this book. I feel like I know these characters inside and out. I've been emotionally invested from day one, and it is so important to have their ending go down as one of the greats. There is just something about Lisa Renee Jones' characters that get to me down deep. Amy and Liam are two of those characters and they will forever be remembered in my heart.

UNBROKEN is the fourth and final installment in Lisa Renee Jones’s adult, contemporary The Secret Life of Amy Bensen romantic suspense series focusing on Amy Bensen and billionaire businessman Liam Stone. UNBROKEN should not be read as a stand alone as much of the series premise and prior history is revealed in the previous three installments. UNBROKEN overlaps some of the events of FORSAKEN (book three) where the truth about what happened to Amy’s brother Chad, and Amy’s life on the run is revealed.

Told from first person point of view (Amy Bensen) UNBROKEN is the conclusion of Amy and Liam’s adventure. Throughout the series we are witness to Amy’s need to hide from the people who are hoping to end Amy and her brother Chad’s life. Chad has something the most powerful people in the world are hoping to find, but with it comes heartbreak and grief in the wake of their parent’s murder, destructive fire and Chad’s presumed death. UNBROKEN focuses on the Amy’s life following the loss of her brother Chad, and the continuing relationship with the love of her life Liam Stone.

UNBROKEN is a storyline that focuses on Amy and Liam’s preparations for their upcoming nuptials but it also finds our couple proactive as it pertains to their personal safety and the appearance of the CIA and an agent who may or may not be on their side. Chad’s loss finds Amy the target of some powerful government agencies, and Liam is consumed with the need to keep Amy safe. Amy and Liam’s backstories are heartbreaking-both are broken souls who found one another at a time when it was needed the most.

The relationship between Amy and Liam continues to be sexually aggressive. Liam is a man who expresses his love for Amy through $ex and physical contact; Amy is a woman who has fallen for a man whose overriding need to protect what is his finds Amy surrounded by body guards at all times. The $ex scenes are erotic and intense.

UNBROKEN is the culmination of Amy’s life on the run in the hopes of staying one step ahead of the people who destroyed her life. The premise is intriguing and suspenseful-the truth about what happened is a mystery until book three. There are moments of action and drama wrapped in a bubble of questions and mystery. The characters are colorful, engaging and charismatic; the romance is the stuff of fairy tales and happily ever afters.

Lisa Renee Jones UNBROKEN is a satisfying conclusion to The Secret Life of Amy Bensen- a series in which the heroine’s story is shrouded in mystery-revealed in layers of intrigue and suspense-ending with Christmas celebration no one will forget.

This book was sadly, a disappointing wrap-up to the series. I felt like there were still a ton of unanswered questions left by the time I got to the end. For example - what really happened to Meg, what happened with Chad/Gia after the ending (they didn't really get their HEA and we still have no clue where they were, what they're doing, etc.), how did the trial of all those who were arrested go, do Liam/Amy eventually move on to live a normal life without having to worry about their safety?

This book was simply a means to get Liam and Amy married and that's about it. No real surprises, nothing dramatic, no suspense/action, just filler - in other words, the book really didn't add anything to the series and wasn't necessary. I had really hoped it would wrap up all the loose ends with a nice bow, but that's not what we get.

What a really great conclusion to such a wonderful series that truly kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time. This was a very quick read as it was a little bit longer that a normal novella but I loved that although the author needed to write more after the third book to conclude this series but that she also did not drag conclusion out and fill the final book with filler just to get a longer fourth book.

Unbroken picks up right were we left off in Forsaken with Chad once again faking his death, disappearing with Gia leaving Amy to move on with her life with Liam while things die down. But both Jared and Meg are still out there and not known where they are or if they still possess a threat to Amy. As Amy buries her brother, even though he really isn’t gone, she still feels the loss she felt 6 years ago when she first thought he died. She is unsure if Chad will live up to his promise that he is not gone for good and fears for his safety. But Amy is determined to get on with her life with Liam, the man she truly loves and adores and plan their happily ever after. As they plan to start the next chapter of their life together as husband and wife it quickly becomes apparent that the danger has not disappear with the death of Chad and the capture of Rollin and his father. So the question becomes will they get their HEA and not have to continue to live in fear.

Although this book is much shorter than the first three and is the conclusion of the series, this book did not let up on the intensity of the suspense nor did it fall flat at any point in the storyline. And we get to see so much more of the Amy and Liam we get to know and love in Escaping Reality. I really loved that we continued to see Liam as that Alpha male who needed control but was still the tender loving knight in shining armor for Amy, willing to do whatever it took to keep her safe and give her all that she needs and has missed over the past six years to make her once again feel like she is living a normal life. For me, Liam was the absolute perfect man, strong and controlling, a man you did not want to mess with but he was also not overbearing and at the same time he was also so loving and thoughtful when it came to Amy, he truly made her feel like a princess determined to give her fairy tale ending. Both Liam and Amy were such great characters, throughout this whole series and really enjoyed that throughout it, we saw they stay true to their characters, so many times I have seen not stay true to the characters we become invested in and it really ruins a series for me.

Overall this was a really great conclusion to a fabulous series, it kept me intrigued and engaged every second of the way and I really enjoyed where the author took this story to conclude it. The only thing that makes me a bit disappointed is this one is the ending. The book ends in a good spot but I am also left with unanswered questions and feel like there are too many things left up in the air for this to be the end of the series. For me this was a series that with the book ending where it ended, it truly needed an epilogue, I needed to see more, I needed to not have so many unanswered questions and I feel that an epilogue would have given me that closure. SO my hope is that this isn’t the end and that hopefully we will see a spinoff book, would love to see Teller’s story told, that is one many that deserves his HEA. This series was my first to read of this author but definitely won’t be my last.

Unbroken is the last installment of The Secret Life of Amy Bensen series. I can’t believe it’s over, but I couldn’t be happier for Liam and Amy to get finally their happy-ever-after. After countless times of running and hiding, Amy finally found Liam, who will give her everything she has lost. Not only love, safety and security, he will also give her a chance to settle down.

This installment starts shortly after Forsaken had ended. Because of the dangers of what their father had left them, Amy and Chad are yet again apart. Unfortunately, even apart, Amy is still not safe but Liam will step to the plate and do whatever it takes to keep her safe and happy.

Ms. Jones gave Amy and Liam a very happy ending. I’m ver satisfied with how things worked out for this couple and this series. She kept Amy and Liam’s characters consistent as well as the amount of romance, suspense and plot twists within the story. The Secret Life of Amy Bensen is a well worth series to read.

From the moment she lost her parents, Amy Bensen has led a tumultuous life. She's had to become someone else entirely, while looking over her shoulder at every turn. Deep inside, she wishes she could live a peaceful life and never have to fear the unknown. Sometimes, however, that's just wishful thinking.

Though I began this series from the previous book, Forsaken, I have to say that Lisa has done a wonderful job in making this story stand on its own. We get tidbits of the previous books interspersed within Unbroken's tale that allows the reader to catch up on what's happened in the past with Liam, Amy, Chad, and Gia.

Unbroken picks up from Amy's point of view, allowing us to see how she deals with the chaos that constantly surrounds her. She's a woman that should be completely broken and hurt, but has done her best to overcome each adversity she's experienced. Time and time again, Amy pulls herself up and out of the fear and uncertainty she constantly feels. The fact that the future is truly unknown also feels daunting to her.

I love the fact that Liam is always there to catch her when she falls. When I first read about him in Forsaken, I thought he was a bad guy. I know now that he's not. He's always had Amy's best interests at the forefront and it shows. Liam complements her in ways no other man every could.

Bittersweet moments are full of love and heartache. Moments that neither will ever forget. Yes, there will always be unanswered questions that surround them, but at least they'll be able to find their happiness, once and for all. The best part? They're not alone in the world they live in. They'll always be surrounded by those they love, a certainty Lisa has ingrained in the story from the get-go.

Freedom, something that Lisa has dreamed of for the last 6 years. Freedom, but at what cost? Losing that which she just found? Chad. Would his sacrifice be worth her living a life with no fear or having to hide? And would it stick? Would they leave her alone?
Liam wouldn't let her suffer or live in fear again. No matter what!
The Fairy tale that is what this the final installment of this amazing and intriguing series is about. Don't get me wrong we still have the suspense from the first 3 books and the thrill of danger that is present and lurking around every corner. What we have more of is Liam and Amy. Their love, their devotion, their willing to protect each other no matter the cost and sacrifice. But most of all it is about the fairy tale that we all long for. The Happily ever after that we crave in our lives, that Liam and Amy give us. I mean who wouldn't want a Prince charming to come and save them, cherish them and protect them from anything and everything? Who wouldn't want to meet their soul mate? Amy was lucky in the fact that as she was running from the danger, Fate put her future and soul mate in her path to show her happiness.
And what didn't I like about this amazing series? Nothing it was every bit as suspenseful and exciting and romantically hot as I knew Lisa would be. Another great series filled with everything that we crave, Heat~ Smoldering, Love~ Passionate, Suspense~ Riveting, Danger~ Griping, Mystery~ Haunting. Like I said Everything you would want in a book by Lisa Renee jones.

Favorite Quotes:

“He gently removes a strand of hair caught on my lip, one of those mindless tender gestures that make me feel special in ways only Liam can.”

“I swear, Liam Stone. Somehow you manage to be bossy, arrogant, and demanding, and remarkably still say and do all the right things.”

“‘Baby, I can vow to love, cherish, and honor you, but I can’t promise not to make you mad.’ He kisses me hard and fast. ‘But the makeup sex is going to be worth it. That, you can bank on.’”

“Our new beginning started the day we met.”

My Review:

Swoon, Ms. Jones maintained the suspense, tension, and drama through four books before providing a very satisfying and sweet conclusion to this steamy adventure. I was team Liam from the beginning, although Ms. Jones did throw up some curve balls and misdirection. The plot remained complex and the story line remained taut, intriguing, and highly sensual to the end.

Unbroken, the fourth and final book in The Secret Life of Amy Bensen, was a fantastic but bittersweet read. Even though I wanted Liam and Amy to find their happily ever after, I hated to see the series end. Amy has grown so much as this series progressed, and since meeting Liam Stone, has become more sure of herself, and better able to meet obstacles in her life head on instead of hiding from them. For the first time in six years it looks like Amy will be able to live a normal life, or will she? This book seemed to tie up most of the loose ends, I mean with the secret that these people share, there will always be a certain amount of angst among them. The moment that I think all of us readers have been waiting for finally happened, and Amy became Mrs. Liam Stone, and neither one of them will ever be alone again. To me, the sign of a great author is when they can make you fall in love with the main characters, the secondary characters and feel not only their pain but also their happiness. Lisa Renee Jones, did that for me with this series. So if you love a romance filled with suspense, drama, heartache and hope, a book that will keep you on the edge of your seat, wondering what will happen next, then this is a must read for you.
I give this book, five well deserved stars, and highly recommend it. A perfect ending to a fantastic series!!

"Apart, Liam and I were indeed broken. But together, we are unbroken."

For six years, Amy has been in hiding, relying on only herself to keep her safe, but now that her brother's enemies have been taken care of and there's a plan in place to protect the cylinder, she can now breathe easier and hopefully regain some of the control she lost while on the run.

Unbroken is about facing fears and reaching for and finding that safe place that Amy has only dreamed of, and with Liam Stone by her side, it seems like anything is possible. He works hard to give her all her desires while protecting her, and in return, she helps to put his broken pieces together with hers to have a future filled with love and happiness.

The puzzle doesn't seem completely solved even at the end of Unbroken, but that works well for me because there are still many variables at play and a close eye needs to be kept on all of them to ensure that Amy, Chad, and Liam are no longer in danger and they can get back to living not just existing.

I've loved this series from the beginning, and Lisa Renee Jones gives Amy and Liam exactly what they need at the end, and while it may not be perfect and there Amy still might be afraid at times, she is no longer broken.

Unbroken is the FANTASTIC!

If you have not, please read the following books before reading this one. Escaping Reality, Infinite Possibilities, and Forsaken. Unbroken is the 4th book in the Secret Life of Amy Bensen. It is a wonderfully written series that has you picking up the next book as soon as you finish because you can't get enough.

The story is and romance with a mystery to solve along the way. In this final installment you finally get the answers you are looking for while following Amy and Liam on their happily ever after. There are many thing to uncover and figuring out who you can trust is something you are not sure of until the end and even then are you really sure? Amy has been running for her entire adult life and not really sure from what, just that her life was on the line. In the process, she met and feel in love with a man that was a little broken as well. Together Amy and Liam fight their demons and find true love.

Pick this up and enjoy a little time getting to know Amy and Liam, you will not be disappointed!

In this story you meet some interesting people that I hope we will see in books in years to come. Thank you to Lisa for wrapping this story up and giving us another series to fall in love with!

A great ending to another phenomenal LRJ serial. I fell in love with Amy and Liam in book one, and then I hated Liam, albeit briefly but still! Then I was devastated to learn of Amy's past and the tragedy she had to endure. Thankfully Liam steps in to protect and create a new normal for Amy.
The beginning of Unbroken was shocking, I had to put the book down for a bit to compose myself, and remind myself that Lisa would not disappoint her readers, mess with us, sure, but not destroy us. Thankfully Liam has a plan like always and of course Amy's safety and wellbeing are driving his decisions.
I loved when Liam and Amy make it home and the wonderful surprises he has waiting for her, such small things that are so meaningful,I could picture it perfectly and I loved that. They are both such broken souls and finding each other has rebuilt them both from the inside out.
This book was the perfect wrap up to the series, I loved Chad's book, and seeing his perspective, I would have liked to see more of him and Gia, I understand that wasn't possible, but still!
Another home run for LRJ, can't wait for more!

UNBROKEN is the fourth and final installment from The Secret Life of Amy Bensen Series.

The basic and main premise of the story follows what happened after Forsaken. In this case it was, Liam wanting desperately to do anything and everything to make Amy happy and of course to marry her.

“And in case you don’t know. Any place you are is a home to me” - Liam

He has to gather all high ranking resources in order to protect Amy and to prevent their past from repeating itself all over again. For this reason, we get to meet two new characters which I adored so very much, Josh and Dante. Even though they only have a few scenes in this short story, I admit the author represented Josh and Dante as almost robust personalities really well. As a result, we cannot help but get rather attached to them and instantly love these new characters. I honestly did love Josh and Liam together, and cherished the witty banter they had throughout the story.

“Oh no. I’m no Stone Man. I only have millions. And I’m much better looking than him.”

“whatever makes you feel better when you get up in the morning Josh”

– Josh & Liam

“Would I kill someone? Yes, in appropriate, necessary situation” – Dante

The main emphasis of this 132 paged final installment was on Amy and Liam relationship. I went into this book anticipating and expecting the author, Lisa, would deliver something with hardcore suspense and romance scenes like the previous installment. However, unfortunately I felt a tad bit disappointed because unbroken turned out to have a slower –pace. At first I was about to give it 2.5 Stars, but because there were some surprises in the story line from old characters which I SINCERELY DID LOVE (I BET YOU WILL LOVE THOSE SURPRISE TOO) I ended up giving it 3 stars instead.

Until Next time XO

With Unbroken we finally reach the end of the story of Liam Stone and Amy Benson and what a great story it has been. We get to see how two broken people can live and most of all protect and love each other and become unbroken. I really hope that we get a novella of some sort letting us know that even though Liam and Amy have their happily ever after there is some children that have filled their already happily and so in love lives. I would also love to know more of Chad and Gia..
It has been bittersweet to see this wonderful series come to an end as it kept me company many nights where I couldn't go to sleep not knowing what was going to happen next. As always Mrs Lisa Renee Jones does not disappoint and this is one series you will want to read over and over again.

Please read books 1 through 3 before reading is review! I HATE spoilers myself so consider yourself warned!!!
I received an ARC from the author. I feel obligated to say it but that fact will in no way will detract from my review.
This book is a culmination of the relationship between Amy and Liam. I don't think it's a suprise that there is a wedding. I will say that my review in book 3 pointed out the huge shift between the two lead characters Amy and Chad and their significant others. It bothered me. BUT, I now see why this was the case. The author had to establish Chad's character in book 3 in order to tell the tale in book 4. So, if that fact disappointed you in the other book, never fear. There is a reason.
There are numerous threads unanswered. It was almost as if this was two books. Here is the scoop:
1. A good old fashioned mystery. I loved it! Who to trust? Who not to trust? What was going to happen? The only frustrating part of this book is these questions are all unanswered. Fingers crossed that at least a few of these questions will be resolved in the next book.
2. The wedding and Amy and Liam. It wasn't my idea of a wedding but it worked for them. No spoilers for this one.
3. Teller and Derek. There is some unresolved stuff here and I'm going to personally beg the author to continue. Also, a new security man that I'm a little intrigued with.
This sums it up without givi too much away. I will keep reading. These books are fun, easy and addictive. Good luck!

This may be my favorite Lisa Renee Jones book yet! I absolutely loved every page of this book. There was the usual amount of suspense with Amy and Liam attempting to come back into the world from hiding. There were tears throughout the book...some sad, some happy. It was a very emotional read. You can feel every emotion right along with Amy. This book pulls you in to the point that you feel like you are right there with the characters. Can Amy and Liam get their fairy tale ending? You must read to find out! If you haven't started this series do it now. Great book!

Compared to the rest of the books in this series, Unbroken was a short read, but it was also a great read. FINALLY Liam and Amy get to have their HEA and get married.

The author did a fantastic job of tying up all loose ends in the series and even creating some more suspense.

It may seem odd to some, but I particularly liked the way the author went through the marriage license process in the story- I don't think I've ever read a book that included that, everyone normally just gets married without this ever being mentioned, but it is a step that every couple takes.

For the first little while I thought this was just going to be more of the same wishy-washy heroine and arrogant jerk hero that filled the first two books. I’m so very grateful that we get more than that. I felt like Amy finally found her backbone in this book, and Liam is finally hearing her concerns. This book also nicely wraps up the few remaining loose ends from Chad’s book.

Amy has lived in fear looking over her shoulders for six very long years. For all of those years fearing that she had lost her brother along with her parents in the horrible fire that forever changed her life. Thank you Ms. Jones for giving me the conclusion to Amy and Liam's story that quenched my reading appetite, leaving me feeling satisfied that they have found their HEA. I invested a lot of reading hours on this couple and while it saddened me to see their story come to an end, I was gratified when I came to the close of the story to believe that this is a couple that will last.

Liam and Amy had many things to overcome and a host of enemies that had to be dealt with. Ms. Jones took us on a turbulent journey as they completed their mission. I will miss this couple, and hope that maybe Ms. Jones could give us a novella of their future or even take us on another adventure with Chad and Gia--they seem to be a couple that would stay on the edge--that includes a glimpse of Liam and Amy. *hint-hint*

Oh and before I complete this review I need to give some cover-love, I absolutely adore this cover and wish I could add it onto my print keeper shelf! Alas, that isn't to be as this is being released in eBook form only. *sad face*

Lots and Lots of surprises. The beginning will blow your mind. As the story progresses and you will begin to read the unraveling of what one thought was a fact when in fact it was a fallacy. Complicated enough for you?
Was a very enjoyable fantastic journey to Liam and Amy's happily ever after. I wish I give a more in depth review but anything said with this book is a spoiler.
Thank you LRJ for the ARC to review.

I received an ARC for an honest review. I highly recommend Unbroken which is the fourth book in The Secret Life of Amy Benson series. I must be honest and say I cried so hard during the first paragraph that I put the book down for 24 hours! I also found myself crying again at the ending. The storyline is exciting and truly fantastic. Enjoy!!!

Wow, what a wonderful conclusion to this series. Two people broken by their past find love and friendship. They become unbroken.

Chad once again has to leave Amy behind. In order for her to be safe, he cannot be apart of her life. Amy needs control, and she quickly spirals out of it when Chad fakes his death yet again. Liam is her rock. He has quickly become the one constant in Amy's life. He will do anything to protect her. No matter the cost. Amy and Liam are good for one another. They understand each other on a deep level.
This book was all about closure. I got that and more. I'm sad this is the end but it was perfect!

Received in exchange for an honest review.

This was an amazing ending to Liam and Amy’s story. Their relationship was a roller coaster of emotions, but they stayed strong for and with each other. I loved seeing them manage to move forward with their life and find their HEA. It was also great to see Amy and her brother Chad find each other again.

What's an HEA without a beautiful wedding? We've known for several books that Amy and Liam were headed for the altar. What a wonderful reward for the fans to see them make the final commitment at last. Of course, it wouldn't be Lisa Renee without a little bit of suspense threatening the blessed event. However, the gang's all here as they kickoff this new beginning
