Children of Time (The After Cilmeri Series)

I've just finished reading the whole series, including the prequel, and am keeping my eyes peeled for the next in the series when it comes out. It started out as very enjoyable, and got better with each book and the last one I'd give five stars!
An interesting twist on the real history of the time and while I don't like messing with history, it was totally believable.

How wonderful to travel with David and his family/friends as they weave a wonderful and enchanting tale. The story winds along a different path than I would have originally thought but is wonderfully delightful.

I'm a fan of historical fiction and time travel. This book, and in fact the whole series, was well thought out and presented some wonderful family dynamics and political intrigue. I'm looking forward to reading the next book in the series and I highly recommend these books to men and women alike.

I have completed reading seven of the books in this series! I thoroughly enjoyed every one of them. Don't know it there is more coming but I wouldn't hesitate to buy it if another was published. It was an ideal series for me; having both of my favorite readings combined - time travel and history.

Brilliant story. What an amazing adventure. Can't wait for new book later this month. Dafydd's reluctance to take the throne and his feelings of discomfort regarding the legend of King Arthur was great to read and something every reader can relate to-living with the expectations of others. Thoroughly recommend.

Sarah Woodbury's fourth instalment in the After Cilmeri Series is brilliant! I have really enjoyed David growing up and taking the responsibility that is put on his shoulders. I feel so proud of him! Another great read with lots of suspense!

The author has made time travel seem like a viable form of transportation. She combines real history with real characters and transforms the story into a fictional timeline that "could" have happened. I am enjoying the whole series.

Now, Sarah brings us into the lives and maturing of the children of the King and Queen of Wales....how they are adapting to the life of the 13th Century...and how they can not even dream of their old lives in the 21st Century. Brilliant!
