Please remove from pending list. I order too many books to review each. Additionally, individual's tastes differ and my opinion of a book should have no bearing on anyone elses. If enough people like it, it will make the best seller list.

Plenty of detailed reviews available so I'm going to make it short and sweet. In addition to being a great author, Flynn was a patriot. I have read the entire Mitch Rapp series and can tell you that Flynn doesn't disappoint.

This time around, Vince Flynn spends more time concerning himself with life issues, relationships and just plaine talking when compared to other outings. They (the Terrorist, both here and abroad) need the counterpunch Mitch Rapp is known for, it's the language they understand!
I hope his next brings back the 'eye for an eye' formula, because it works so well.

Vince Flynn's strengths are interesting plots and compelling male macho characters. I've read a few of his books including this one and I've noticed an offensive pattern emerge. With each book he has bothered less and less to disguise his radical, hawk, right wing politics and the result is a predictable, boring, not at all subtle, underlying political rant from cover to cover. It's too bad because without the political silliness the Mitch Rapp character could still be an interesting one--maybe even more interesting if he could allow a little grey into his world view. That is the problem, really--there is no grey in Flynn's world. All politics with a liberal bent is pussy behavior and all violence in the name of the US flag is admirable macho, patriotic behavior. Political correctness is worthless and everything can be solved with violence. However, Flynn fans needn't worry. As long as Fox Faux News exists this series will have a loyal buying audience. I, for one, am opting out--enough is enough. Besides, thank heavens, we have Lee Childs' Jack Reacher who is still a man's man but without the wingnut silliness.

After a somewhat disappointing, for me, Extreme Measures. Vince Flynn has given us an exciting chapter in the life of Mitch Rapp and the polluted waters of Washington. He has successfully moved the intense character of Rapp, to another level. Politics is the most intense 'big business' but keeping a nation safe, you would think, would be even bigger. Through the writing of Vince Flynn, the politics in his book resonates with the real climate of Washington. In the book you get a sense of justice pure common sense justice. This reader only hopes that possibly just possibly, there are still people in our government who might read the book and get it. As far as I am concerned Vince Flynn gets it and then some.Great job Vince.

Pretty sure this is the last Vince Flynn Mitch Rapp novel, and it is definitely in the fold. As always, good pacing and plot structure. I will definitely continue to read the series as it goes into its next phase.

Rapp and Nash are at the forefront of this novel. After a successful terrorist attack on the US, the brain part of the cell are still at-large. The leader is still determined to embarrass the US. Flynn gets into the minds of the terrorists.

Number 10 of the Mitch Rapp series. Riveting, and I always hate to put them down to come back to reality. Although, I don't think the storyline is too far away from real world situations these days.

Jack Reacher, Mitch Rapp; these guys are worth remembering because they keep me mindful OF THE REAL heroes of our nation past and present, recognized and amid the many, who once stood or continue to 'stand on that wall.' HUA. bb

As usual, Vince Flynn spins a great action-adventure tale with Mitch Rapp and crew. Ripped from contemporary events, the characters are compelling and the heroes are front and center in Flynn's "America-first" novels. I can hardly wait to buy the next one when I finish the previous novel.

Vince Flynn is able to combine both his creative writing skills and his obvious modern knowledge to make an exciting and believable read. Those with an interest in espionage, special warfare, and world conflict will love all the suspense that MITCH RAPP confronts and conquers.

I enjoy reading and listening to Vince Flynn and his hero, Mitch Rapp. I am very sorry that Mr. Flynn has passed away as his writing was always action packed and presented a point of view that we should think about when trying to cater to those who wish us harm. The CD's are well done.

Another suspense thriller that just keeps you wanting more and more. I found myself anxious to get to next chapter to see what would happen next. I really like how other characters from the previous books were incorporated . Thrilling thru out

Too often, we read about the good guys having to "stand down" and let the bad guys get away with something. Not Mitch Rapp who Flynn beautifully portrays as a soldier/operative that would rather lose his job than lose his honor. Great read!

The book holds true to the Vince Flynn style which I find enjoyable. I read technical manuals, codes and standards every day for work and I find Vince Flynn and the Mitch Rapp series of book informative but not too technical. Plus I am a sinic when it come to the government, specially Congress, and I really like the way they are portrayed in such a selfish and negative manner, which I beleive is true. I wish Mitch Rapp was a real figure that we could turn loose on Congress to keep them honest.
