Purchased for a young relative who is a avid Star Wars fan-- while he admitted he can't read it easily quite yet, he's really excited about the "handwritten" additions to the book by famous Jedi and Sith characters. It's a very well-made set and seems like the sort of thing that can be read over and over again without being dull. I also think the fact that his uncle and father almost immediately took possession of the books and started reading them = good sign.

In tandem, this two-book edition is the undisputed, ultimate guide meticulously detailing the intricacies and understandings of the Force itself. Also provides detailed lore as well as unique written perspectives from some of the saga's most powerful characters and their own interpretations of the Force and how it should be wielded. Canon or not, these books are guaranteed must reads for any casual or die hard fan of the fictional Star Wars mythos seeking to fully comprehend and understand the depth and scope of Force users, their abilities, and (to a larger extent) their philosophies.

Really love this Set of Books, they really feel like they were written for students of the Force. Havent finished reading both of them yet, but they are very informative about the Force! Stuff that I never even heard of from watching the Movies or the TV Series!

I've only briefly skimmed through these books, and they're amazing, Legends, but amazing none the less! The Jedi Path is written by what looks like a sole Jedi, since improved upon and commented on by other Jedi. The Book of Sith is written by multiple Sith, from Bane to Sidious, and I could be wrong, but I think Plageus is in here as well and Vader.

Was always looking for esoteric knowledge like this about the Star Wars universe. Great to see they come in a box set! Could not be more satisfied with the purchase. If you are like me, a Star Wars fan looking for a deeper understanding about the Jedi Code or Sith Creed, these are the books you've been looking for!!!

This was a fun bit of world-building literature. I enjoyed reading The Jedi Path, and the Book of Sith was OK. Maybe trying to read all of it in one sitting is the only reason I'm less enthused, as I got burnt out pretty quickly early on in Book of Sith.
Nevertheless, I gotta say, it's an excellent item to have on the shelf of any die-hard Star Wars fan.

These books were extremely well done. The "comments" done by others was an awesome addition. My only complaint is the so called comments of Ahsoka. They actually take away from the Jedi book. For example on the first page after the Content pages it talks about the Jedi code, she has a comment that says, "Yoda was a youngling?!" There are plenty more of these comments by her that are useless and detract from the book.
