What can I say. This is another riveting page turner that I could not put down. I stayed up way past my bedtime to finish it. Harlan Coben is excellent at keeping his readers guessing until the very end.

Once again Coben doesn’t let us down with character development, action and suspense, even if the plot motives seem more than a little improbable. The book perhaps deserves more than the three star rating I’ve given it, but is marred by the beginning. It’s great to have a good understanding of character traits but do we really need to know all the ins and outs of each (some going all the way back to early school days – and few that seem to have any real bearing that would detract from the tale if left out.
Mundane reminiscences, inane points of view and convoluted trivialities seem to dominate the first twenty chapters, and it’s not really until after this that any real action relating to the story takes place. Had I not been a fan of some of Coben’s other work, I probably would have put the book down long before I got this far.

This is a very taut and suspenseful thriller. There are enough twists and turns in the telling of the story of a father's fight to recover his kidnapped daughter to keep one up late at night. Harlan Coben has been a nice find for me and if he is not on your reading list yet, I trust he soon will be.
Drop Shot (Myron Bolitar, Book 2) :: The Final Detail (Myron Bolitar, Book 6) :: One False Move (Myron Bolitar) :: Long Lost (Myron Bolitar) :: Deal Breaker: The First Myron Bolitar Novel

I enjoy reading Harlan Coban. He's a local author so I know the areas he writes about. It's a fast enjoyable read and often unpredictable. His characters are relatable and basically the books are fun.I can't put them down.

Once agasin his books are great. You want to keep reading and not putting the book down until you are at the end. You just don't know who the bad guys are until the end and the interesting thing is at the end the whole story makes sense ! He's GREAT.

While a break from the Bolitar series, there are still several crossover characters from previous books. You don't know how it will end till you finish. And you also don't have a perfect happy ending.

No second chance? Well not really, as there were two more
Still very satisfying and gripping, with plot lines meshing smoothly and without being telegraphed too much
I am a fan of Robert Crais, and find his books to be similarly engaging, but Coben has me hooked as well
A great read
