Great for reading to bilingual kids to keep up their Spanish. I recommend it for kids or adults learning spanish as well. It's the classic clifford stories, and more practical to take with you in a large volume like this.

I bought this for my very young granddaughter...she is not reading yet, and I thought this book would bring her great joy while her mama read to her. The pictures are so cute and she loves doggies. She loved it!

The color and drawing style of this book are good for my infant. He is very happy to listen to my reading. He can turn the page even though the book is very big. He doesn't care about the plot of the book. He cares about how many pages this book has.
Clifford The Big Red Dog (Clifford 8x8) :: the big red dog) by Norman Bridwell (2001-05-03) - Clifford runs to story time (Clifford :: Memoirs of a Young Girl in Nazi Europe - Facing the Lion (Abridged Edition) :: The Sickness :: The Immortal Rules (Blood of Eden)

My daughter usually LOVES Clifford books. She is 19months old. This book is definitely not for the little own. It's a large, thick book with thin pages.. I can't see many kids liking this type of book personally.

I love reading novels to my children, especially when they are ones that promote more reading to my kids, because they relate to something that they already know and enjoy- like a popular kid's TV show. However, I have found that the older my son gets, the more he's beginning to realize when they just don't make since.

The ending in each of these Clifford stories were abrupt and sudden, and some of the things that Emily E. and Clifford were doing just didn't make since (like playing with bear cub?). When my five year-old and point out to me that that was dangerous, I know that something just doesn't add up the way I expected it too. I love the show, they are thought out and well done; however, I felt like a few pages had been taken out each of the stories so they were all incomplete.

My young kids are learning Spanish through songs, DVDs, and books. They love the Clifford series in Spanish. We hadn't known about these books in English beforehand. Anyway, it is really a fun and wonderful way to learn and review Spanish. My kids love all the Clifford books in Spanish, which we check out of our local library. They especially love this collection of stories and asked to check it out again.

My young kids are learning Spanish from CDs and DVDs and books. We discovered the Clifford books in Spanish, and they are great to help kids learn Spanish, since the events are familiar. My kids, age 7 and 5, love all the Clifford books in Spanish (we hadn't read them in English). This is a good group of stories, and my kids especially enjoyed this collection.
