Children's Books
Review:My son was jaw dropped when he saw this book. All he could say was wow, each time he turned the page. He just studied each and every picture. I highly recommend for the tots who are showing interest in this kind of stuff. Read more
Review:I was a little shocked, I didn't think that George RR Martin did anything in less than 150 pages. it's an interesting story, but it doesn't really seem to fit with any of his other works. All in all, a good purchase I'd say. Read more
Review:My kids love this story. Easy for early readers. Seller had used version in very good condition. I bought several Seuss early readers and didn't want to pay $8 each. I'm very happy with the quality, and my daredevil daughter loves to 'read' this to herself regularly. Read more
Review:I have loved Diana Wynne Jones for years (gad! over 25 of them). Each book is a unique pearl, well written, engaging, and delightful fun. I heartily recommend all of her work and this one is no exception to that. Delightful. Read more
Review:These were my favorite scary stories to read as a kid. I recently pulled these books off the shelf and gave it a quick read, not as scary as when i was a kid, but it sure was fun reading it to my 3 daughters and giving them a taste of "scary stories." Review:Books are in excellent shape and just as I remember as an elementary school kid opening them for the first time. My daughter loves them! Only issues is the collectors tin was damaged in transit. Two large debts in it! Read more
Review:My (almost) 3 year old loooooves this book! He doesn't get scared easily and loves ghosts, pirates and all things spooky. How is this a book for kids??" Especially about the girl named Jenny whos head falls off.. But for some reason my son thought that was funny and that's his favourite story in the book.

Review:Who didn't grow up on Shel Silverstein's A Light in the Attic?
If you missed out, I am so sorry for you. My teacher read this to us in 5th and 6th grades and I loved hearing the whacky poems. If I hadn't already been in love with reading, this would have done it.
Shel Silverstein's poetry is a must-have for anyone's home library - whether they are children or adults! Read more

Review:Bought this set for my son. I was really excited to get it for him. The stories are the same, however the artist changed. I was a bit disappointed with that because i thought the original art was much more creepy than the new artist. But it is about the stories so I'm happy with the purchase. Read more
