First off the MC has a hugely refreshing out look on sex and relationships. Not the typical romantic female lead. The guys are OMG breathtaking! Not just looks but also the way they treat her... I laughed I sobbed I may have sighed and yelled at the book in public but I read it in one sitting... and kept trying to turn the page for more. I can’t wait until the next book is out!

This was a good start. Some minor editing errors but otherwise great. Not too many RH are believable, but I liked how the guys had down to earth problems and how even one had the spoiled U get what I want mentality that "we" associate with rich people.
Overall good read and I would like to see where Rebecca goes with it.

This is a contemporary reverse harem romance and the first of three books. I really enjoyed this book. Giovanni is used to being ignored by everyone including her parents. when three frat boys start paying attention to her she is convinced it's a joke, but when they come to her rescue she gets a pleasant surprise. I can't wait to read the rest of this story.

Loved, loved, loved Vonni! She was such a complex, interesting and well fleshed out character. Wow! I loved her quirkiness, her honesty, her vulnerability and sensuality. What a great start to the series. I can't wait to read the rest. The other MC's are so well written as well. Definitely recommend this book.

This was a great afternoon read. The characters are believable, the relationship starts slow and honestly (none of that smitten and trusting at first sight nonsense) and most of the events are simply natural. I love the title and while it doesn't really fit the book as a whole, it fits Vonni's view of what they have. I hope the next one are KU as well!

Library Girl-those words were the beginning of an unusual relationship between Giovanna and gasp, three Fraternity brothers-Maven, Chance, Banyan. They are determined to get to know Giovanna. She shy and not sure. Love how they convince her to take a chance on them. Can't wait for next book. Received a free copy and am voluntarily leaving an honest.

I am not normally a fan of fraternity/sorority but I really liked this story. Giovanna is an amazing character - I liked that she was self-aware and knew what she wanted, but is also socially awkward and in her head a lot. The guys are great and each have their own issues. I like how honest they are about the relationship. I hope book 2 is out soon!

Unconventional is one of my favourite stores from Rebecca Royce. I've earlier read some of her paranormal series and wasnt sure what to expert with this new story as it is set in the *real* world, but it blew me away. Giovanni is so relatable as a character, especially as the is an introvert, which relaxed greatly to me. She has not have än easy time with her parents and is used to feeling unloved and unwanted. In her Three boys she finds an acceptance she hasnt found anywhere before, opening up a New path in life she hadnt expected. Read this, it Will blow your mind.

I received a free book and voluntarily chose to review it. The story of Giovanna will be completed after three books and each book is novel length. If you are not familiar with a reverse harem story, it is one woman and multiple males. Giovanna is a strong woman but she does wonder what is happening in her brain. Can’t wait to read the next book.

Vonni was always a bookworm and had no dealings with frat boys at all. When the unexpected happens, she is thrown in a "friendship" with Maven, Chance, and Banyan. Loved the adventures and the way the characters interacted with each other!!! Awesome RH story!!! I highly recommend it!!!

Mundane, the storyline was... unoriginal, unimaginative, and I couldn’t relate to the characters at all, especially the main female character who was beyond bland and one dimensional. At one point I thought she had Asperger syndrome, but then the author cleared that up by explaining that although the female character, whose name I can’t remember because that’s just how forgettable she is, was nerdy and “extremely” socially awkward, while somehow also being hyper-sexualized and bold. I finished the book dazed and confused about what I had just read.

This was a good story. Giovanna is so different and is honest and that’s why drawls Chance, Maven and Banyan to her. They spend time together and don’t want to be apart. I really want too see what happens next when they return to campus after their little vaca.

Would not expect any better from Rebecca Royce. Love her work and this one did not disappoint. The MC is awesome. The relationship between her and the guys is open and honest that you can’t help feel for them. I can’t wait to read the next in in this series. :)

A very good story about being comfortable with certain people no matter how shy you are. I look forward to seeing how this plays out once school starts back up again but I really really hope it doesn’t involve cheating! That really kills a story fast.

I actually really like this storyline. It felt a little rushed or disconnected at times and the characters lacked a tiny bit of development. With that being said, I still give it 5 ⭐️’s because I can’t wait to read the next one.

I really like the unconventional relationship they developed and the way they were open and honest with each other. It pulled me in and I loved how they all got along perfectly with the others.

Lovely. Just lovely writing. I loved the characters. This is such a cozy book. You know what I mean. It has all the qualities of a good, rainy day , warm beverage, wrapped in a cozy blanket and cuddled up in a big chair, book

This story is a steamy hot contemporary reverse harem. I need to know what happens next in this series. Giovanna is a character I want the best for! Maven, Banyan, & Chance have got to be the guys I want them to be!

With her parents off on some amazing academic journey to discover new things, Giovanna finds herself stuck at college over the holidays. Used to being alone, she's making the best of her time. Unfortunately, an accident at her dorm leaves her temporarily homeless. Good thing she ran into Maven, Chance and Banyan, the hot as hell frat guys who seem hell bent on her spending time with them.

I've really been looking forward to reading this book. I love Rebecca's writing and while I enjoy her scifi and paranormal work, I was so excited to see what she would do with contemporary. I was NOT disappointed! Vonni is a very unique character. She's an introvert and she's awkward as all get out, never really knowing what to say. I related with her so much. Being around the guys though, she's like a different person. She's funny and talkative. They seem to just bring out a whole new side of her. They understand her. They don't push and yet they open up new doors for her.

This is a hard review to write b/c I don't really want to spoil anything within the book. You don't have some huge drama or mystery that needs solving. It's just a girl, three guys and a holiday vacation from school that turns out completely different than any of them expected. There is plenty to hold your attention though. This is what I can tell you. This book starts the series and the first bit gives you a glimpse of the end of the series. There will be three books. We do not end on a big cliffhanger or major event. We do end in a spot that has me dying to know what's going to happen next. I think that's more to do with the fact that I adore these characters and just want their whole story now. I'm greedy like that.

No matter if you love Rebecca's books or have never read them before you need to pick this one up.

Giovanna's story is one that starts in college with 3 fraternity brothers. Normally, college romances aren't my cup of tea. However, the tale that is woven is so detailed about who the people are, and how they are shouldering the past that it is so much more than a college romance. I have the feeling that we are only at the tipping point of their relations. I should have also known two things when I started this book 1) I was going to love it and not be able to put it down until finished 2) I was going to be crushed when I got to the end that I'd have to wait for the next part. The ending wasn't a cliff, but it wasn't the end of the story.

I truly enjoyed this contemporary romance.
I found the characters to be interesting, especially Vonni. She was a unique blend of quiet and yet unflinchingly honest. The boys really seemed to draw her out.
The boys themselves all seem to have interesting pasts, and I'm curious to find out more about them and what makes them tick.
Yes, this is a serial. It is novella length, which felt a little strange for a serial, but the story was so good that I really didn't care about the length. However, the ending definitely kept me wanting more.
This was the first book that I have read by Rebecca Royce, and I will definitely be exploring her other stories.

Giovanna has always been a hard working student trying not to be a disappointment to her brilliant parents that everyone loves. While staying on her college campus over the holidays Giovanna finds her self fast becoming friends with 3 very sexy frat boys. She also finds herself living with them after an unfortunate event until school starts back.

I didn't want to put the book down to go to work. Royce did a great job creating characters that you can't help but love.

Part one of this contemporary RH was fantastic and I have no doubt that part 2 will be just as great. I can't wait!

I usually don’t read contemporary RH book, because I find it harder to get into the story, but with one of my favourite authors writing it I decided to give it a chance. And I love it!
Giovana is an introverted university student, with parents that aren’t around much. With her social awkwardness she doesn’t want to burden her friends on the holidays, so she stays at the dorms. But when an accident happens she is stranded, but thankfully there are three gorgeous men willing to help her out. The guys take Giovanna in and make this holiday season one of the best she ever had, or did they?

This is contemporary RH and so different from the authors usual books. This was different but so good. Giovanna is a girl who struggles with feeling unworthy. She has to work extra hard to keep up because of her dyslexia. She meets these three guys who get her and help her when she is stuck with very little money and no place to stay. I am wondering how their relation will be affected when college starts again. Looking forward to reading the next book in the series.

The connections that were made between Giovanna and her frat guys were spellbinding. Her vulnerability she showed in the beginning with each of the guys was endearing and truthful. It was fun seeing how she reacted to each of the guys personalities and watching her find her footing with each new relationship. I really can't wait for the next installment of their love story and witness the development of each of the characters. Great job! Great storyline!

Very good book. It kept me interested from the beginning right up until the very end. This makes the third book that I’ve read of Rebecca Royce’s and she definitely has the gift of being able to write in any genre and keep the reader hooked no matter what she writes.
So yes I do recommend this book because I think it’s great story to climb into.

I usually prefer paranormal reverse harem novels over contemporary ones, but I really enjoyed this book. The book focused a lot on character interactions, and i really enjoyed the sex positive attitudes of the main characters.

SMALL SPOILERS AHEAD, PROCEED WITH CAUTION Chica bow, chica bow, wow! Some flash, no substance. Ok in all honesty and full confession I haven't watched a porn before and I'm not a prude; however I feel like from all the jokes I've heard in my life time about porn having bad plots or not plots I feel like this would qualify. Perhaps Ms. Royce is missing her true calling and should phone in scripts for porn rather than phoning in 1 dimensional stories. The story just needed the pizza delivery guy or the plumber or whatever random stranger it is to show up and add to the harem. When I read I enjoy writers taking certain liberties. I will suspend reality for the moments, generously give benefits of the doubt and even overlook plot holes or misstated facts as long as they aren't to blatant. This one though I couldn't, the main character was odd, the conversations were awkward, forced. From the beginning the story had no real flow of the story and characters didn't mesh. There wasn't much development of the characters or the story. It was so bad for me all around I can't even clearly articulate all the things that made it so. Too many things to point out. It just felt disjointed. One day she is going to the library, that night her dorm catches fire, next thing she is at their frat house as a guest, all the guys like her. She is apparently so beautiful that the "hottest, riches" guys on campus notice her, but not another soul at the school of 2k does or has the cojones to ask her out. And of course she isn't aware of it. She has limited sexual partners or experience, yet you kiss her just right it gets her going she can't stop. Which chica bow, chica bow wow! Ask 3-4 (?)guys if it's ok if it leads to more that you don't know anything about at all really because you just met. There is so much more wrong with this book. I'll just say it wasn't an enjoyment to read it was suffering to my eyeballs, mind and imagination and time.

I loved this book. However I clearly didn’t read the blurb at the beginning of the book ?. I loved the characters, the interaction, as well as the sexy times. What I didn’t like, and what caused me to give this a 2 star rating was the totally unexpected cliff hanger. I HATE CLIFFHANGERS. Not gonna read the rest of this series. I’m really disappointed that I spent a day reading this.
