Sometimes It Lasts (Sea Breeze)

The prologue had me going back to it numerous times. Had me stalled for a bit too. I kind of hated knowing that something really bad was going to happen at some point, but I knew Abbi wouldn't leave us heartbroken!
Poor Eva and all her loss. Cage was perfect though, and in the end he & Eva were wonderful together!

Once again thank you Abbi Glines. You always write the perfect story. I have yet to read a book by you that hasn't been absolutely amazingly beautifully written. You are a goddess to me.
If you've never read a book by this author, then you need to start. They just get better every time.

DON'T READ THE PROLOGUE!!!!! I like this sequel but I would have rated it higher if it wasn't for the fact the Abbi Glines RUINED it for me by telling you in the prologue what happens before fore you even get to the first chapter. Very disappointing reading experience for me :(

This book will have your emotions going crazy. Cage and Eva's story is definitely filled with ups and downs but their story is worth reading. The last few chapters in this book are amazing. This is a beautiful story.

As always Abbi delivers. Her writing is easy and enjoyable to read. She never fails to capture your heart with her characters. Sometimes it Lasts is no exception. Cage and Eva go through it all, Love, Loss, Hurt, Lies. I loved going through the emotional rollercoaster with them.

Abbi has done the impossible, it's even better then the rest. I love Cage and Eva! Emotional highs and lows throughout the whole book. Sometimes you let the wrong people in your life and bad thing happen. Always fight for what you believe in.

**Sigh** Cage York **Sigh** Loved this entire series! Cage & Eva story is so emotional. Loss, emotional baggage, and more loss. Very well tied together with the rest of the group in the series. Loved it! Loved it! Waiting for the next book. Abbi just keep on writing!

Abbi is my all-time favorite author. I have been hooked on the Sea Breeze Series from the beginning. I will say I was not expecting the twist in the middle of the book but I understand why. Abbi Glines has not only inspired me to write again but to enjoy reading again. Thank you

I love the relationship that Cage and Eva have. It's just filled with lots of love and trust. Just perfect! I know that they had a horrible six months apart in this book, but they eventually worked through it.
Love them both and I hope I still get to read about them in the next few books!!

Abbi Glines is one of my favorite authors. I really love all of the characters in her books. My only complaint is that I wanted more of Cage and Eva's story. I wish it would have been a little longer. It's a must read!

I just discovered Abbi Gines and I love the 4 out of the 7 Sea Breeze books I have read. Two were very reasonable, Hold on Tight and Breathe were $1.99 but both of Cage's books were over $7. I would love to read some of her other series but I will not be paying over $7 for them.

On to review Cage's story - I gave this book 4 stars because of the price. Otherwise this was a great story. I enjoyed both his books. For me a series has a lot to do not only with the primary characters but very importantly also the family and friends that are part of the series and this series does not lack. I read these books out of order and I can tell you that I never felt like I was missing anything. I loved reading about them throughout the series and keeping up with them. Their contribution and support for the main character, in this case Cage, was wonderful. I'm so happy that Cage got his HEA, he and Low really deserved a family that loved and cherished them.

My favorite Abbi Glines book is While it lasts, so i couldn't wait to read this book, and i was not disappointed! I ended up reading it in one sitting. Made me cry and laugh. Was so glad that they got the HEA!
I can't wait for the next in the series. This will be one that i read again! LOVED IT!

I really liked seeing more of this couple! I just wanted this to be a lot longer! Especially towards the end and overall it was too short. I do hope we see more of them possibly in Jeremy's book if he has one!

This book was an amazing story of loss heartbreak and happiness. It broke my heart made me cry and put my heart back together again. I love this series I wasn't expecting a sequel to cage and eva's story. It made me realize that dreams change and that not everything you want will end up being what you need. Reading story of true love and how much someone needs that to make them whole was amazing. I love to hate cage but in the end he turned out to be the best and Eva was so lucky to have someone fight for her. Amazing read.

Cage York is definitely hot and I loved the previous books in the Sea Breeze series, but this one seemed rushed and part of the plot line was pretty far fetched. Overall, just okay. Definitely not worth the price this time. Sorry Abbi.

LOVED this book! Started and finished it in one day. The prologue shocked me. I loved it, but it also kinda gave away a lot of what was going to happen in the book. That being said, it didn't spoil it. It left me wanting more! Sexy, hot, heart breaking, HEA, this book had it all. Another amazing story by Abbi Glines.

Full disclosure, I am only about halfway through the book. I am enjoying the story line, as I have the rest of her books. However, there are so many typos and grammatical errors in this book I'm super annoyed. I think it was rushed to Kindle, someone needs to go through and fix these errors! Having said that, I'll get back to reading...

I liked the book, love their story. It seemed like she rushed writing it, alot like "Never too Far". The biggest part of the book was told in chapter one, the rest was just details. There were no surprises. For the price she could have ended it better and made sure there wasn't as many mistakes.

Even though the ending was predictable it was just what we wanted. I love how all the sea breeze characters show up and we get a glimps of life for all. Can't wait for the next installment in this series!
