I really enjoyed reading this book, even though I had no experience in remodeling or what to do when deciding on contacting a contractor. Now I have good Idea of what to do and what steps I should take towards deciding on my future house without spending lot of money.

This is an extremely thorough look at remodeling and how to run a successful project. As an architect who's been doing this kind of thing for over 2 decades, the author knows his stuff and I'm so glad he shared his knowledge in this book. It's a great read for anyone who is contemplating a big remodeling project and wants to ensure the process goes smoothly.
