Have read so many romance books over the years. Most were pleasant to pass the day but a select few make it to the keeper shelf. This is a keeper book. Great story, good dialog laced with sometimes humor, sometimes menace, complex characters worth caring about, entertaining sex appropriate to the storyline. Maybe a little sketchy on the redemption aspect but this is a minor item. Highly recommend all the books in the series

One of my favorite in the entire series. Liked that London and Pic were a bit older and liked that Joanna portrayed them as still having an active sex life and lust. Thought the characters rang true and enjoyed the additional characters (Painter) also and can't wait to read his story next month. Joanna has become my fav author because she keeps it real...

Loved this book!! The characters were really well developed, and I love how Joanna Wylde makes you love a character one minute, hate the next, and then love them again! I adore this series and I can't wait to read what's next!! The epilogue at the end was an awesome addition and I loved getting a glimpse into the MC families and futures!!

Another excellent additional read to the Reaper's series!!

Just WOW....O-M-G

Joanna has outdone herself with Reaper's Stand. Her writing keeps getting better & better.

Read & Ride along as Picnic & London's story unfolds.

Him...club pres, widower, father and resident, even self proclaimed, male w****.

Her...single mom to her cousin, hard working business owner who literally put all of her life on hold to raise her, cause family comes first.

Watch as their paths cross for business quickly turns VERY personal.

You get EVERYTHING in this read. Family, friends, betrayal, redemption and love, everlasting & here-n-now.

Congrats Joanna on this release!! Can't wait to see what comes next!!! ANTICIPATION!!

I love this series! It is not sugarcoated and sweetness. There is not needless violence, but is violent enough that you know these are not boy scouts. I would love to have one of these men for my own. Really honest and trustworthy! Men of the "Polite Society" should take notes! I pray that we don't have to wait too long for the next installment...

Wow! Hot sexy mature Alpha man, president of the MC club! Mature woman, strong, sassy and beautiful.

He wants her but doesn't think it's a good idea. She is attracted to him, but she is dating someone else.

Circumstances keep bringing them together, but something unthinkable will tear them apart.

Great read!

Excellent story about Pic and London. This story kept me glued to the pages. Pic is a major man whore who is never taking another old lady. He meets London. She's strong and independent and is guardian to a messed up girl. This story take you on an amazing ride. Great read.

I love reading about the Reapers. Their story is always sexy and intense. The President finally got someone for himself. A feisty woman named London. The chemistry between then just off the pages it's so hot. I totally recommend you read the series.

The H is irredeemably disgusting, and the h is not turned off by it; 38 pages in and I'm done. Not at all what I had in mind. Not interested in their dynamic, particularly for this genre of literature. When the story begins as such, it doesn't make me want to invest in their relationship. I just can't.

The 1 star is for effort. It takes commitment to write a story--a series, for that matter. I commend the author for her creativity.

I absolutely love the Reapers. All of the,. This series is a must read. Pic and Londons story was beautiful. It was nice to read a story with the characters in their late 30s early 40s. The reapers have fun in their stories and so much love and feelings.

I love this series. Another good read from Joanna Wylde. I was interesting to read about an older member within an MC club but also the fact that he was the president was good. I hope that the next one will be just as rewarding and thanks for the little extra provided at the end you tease!!

maybe this is a mistake.... maybe like the million other books I have read in the past couple of months I will be heartily disappointed. I am only 12% in after all..and I am an unbelievably tough critic. I did not like Reapers property and have not read any of the other books in the series. Out of sheer desperation(having just finished Deacon by Kristen Ashley and being devastatingly disappointed) I gave this one a try not being too optimistic.
Having said that...
Three cheers for this book. Wow....wow...wow...love love love the banter. I love London. I love that she is older and pic is older. I loved the whole weird first scene with her talking to him under a very compromising situation. I actually had to put the book down a couple of times so I would not plow through it...
Such a well written fun read so far....and you know what? Even if the rest of it sucks..the first few chapters were worth the 6 bucks.
Well done Ms. Wylde.. well done!!! I know I sound weirdly excited but it really has been a while since I read an MC book or alpha male that did not totally suck.

London was a wonderful character: strong, confident, brave. Picnic was too juvenile. I wanted to love them together, but I couldn't get beyond how he used sex with other women to push London's buttons.
SPOILERS...
When London arrives unexpectedly at his office, Picnic continues to receive oral sex with some skank as he carries on a conversation with London who barely knows him and sees clearly what I'd happening. Beyond rude.
Later, he tries to make out with London after just screwing Sharon. And she cleans his house as he screws Sharon loudly, again so rude...and gross.
He was such a manwhore. No wonder London didn't trust him when she's in crisis.
Essentially, Picnic was too much of a jerk.
Also, her attempt to shoot him in the prologue --she pulls the trigger--was too much to get over. I don't believe that he or his club would ever let that go.
Lastly, he never seemed to really get over his wife or love London as fully. It was a frustrating book, but a good read.

Joanna Wilde did it again. What a great story. I loved it. This is Picnics story. I highly would recommend you read book one to get the background of these characters. I can't wait for the next book.

I religiously follow Joanna Wylde (I also enjoy her sci-fi romance series about the Saurellian Federation). Every one of her Reaper's books has been amazing and this one is too. I was a bit skeptical about London's actions against Reese, but the story was just so good I could overlook the mild implausibility of it. It was a nice change to read about an "older" couple, since their priorities are different than the younger couples in previous books. Still, the story is wonderfully hot and emotionally compelling. You can't get any more alpha than the men in the Reaper's books. Thank you Joanna Wylde!

Ignoring the unrealistic situations was easy. Some were very far fetched but needed to keep the plot moving in the direction the reader wanted. I enjoyed the dialogue and the "heroine's" inner voice. This book was quite enjoyable.

This is a great story with wonderful, strong characters. I loved the relationships and dynamics among the women especially!
This book never dragged and it kept me on the edge of my seat! Now, I have to wait for the next book!!! Darn it!!!!
